This is the first time I joined them today, because my beauty clinic is in Jakarta, so I don’t know how is the result, the only thing I was not happy is they didn’t tell me how much I will spend for the treatment because when I paid it cost 3 times from the price list, they should tell the costumers first about how much exactly the price the costumers will pay before they do the treatment. I hope the result of my treatment is worth with what I paid.

This is a very average facial place. I would say the extraction is good but I paid more than 1 mio for retinol mask where my assumption there will be more advance tool, such as lifting tool, oil suction tool, or steaming before extraction. I would say expensive for this such of type facial

My grab ride mistakenly drop me here, and just went with their amazing service. I was greeted so politely and given a bottle of water and a space to decide what treatment I wanted. Went for consulting and Dr.Probo gave me an honest feedback then tried it out with amazing results in one treatment. I returned again for a quick mole removal . So relaxing, very professional, the team were so welcoming and the results were fantastic. Feel like a new person. Thank you so much. I will be returning when i comeback to Bali.

One of my friend suggested this place to me. I booked the appointment via whatsapp. I met the doctor, and she checked on my skin condition and asked me what troubled me the most, and then suggest the suitable treatment. I had PICO Anti Mela laser treatment, for removing the spots on my face and improving my skin texture. I can feel that my skin is softer after my 1st treatment. I also have to mention that the premises is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are very accomodating and friendly. I am so looking forward for my next treatment.

First time taking the 3in1 Facial treatment at Miracle Kuta, really worth it! Handled by Ms. Dwi who is painstaking, patient and kind. First, we look at the condition of our skin, then we are advised to take the appropriate treatment, I was advised by the therapist to take the 3in1 Facial and Vitalif Neck Treatment Scrub, a total of my best 2 hours today. Each step, Mbak Dwi explains the benefits of the treatment that is carried out, when extracting blackheads it doesn't hurt at all. This is the first time extracting blackheads can make you fall asleep. It's great, I will come back again for this treatment.

The team was super helpful and was very efficient. I had made an appointment by mistake at their Denpasar location by mistake and the team was able to arrange for me to have the consultation and work done in Kuta with no waiting. Consultation was quick and easy as I had some skin tags I wanted removed. Procedure was very fast and efficient. No pain at all for me. I have to share how fast everything was as I arrived at 9:45 and was done by 10:30 and this included the time for changing locations. I was also very pleased with the pricing as total charge was IDR 850,000 which is about US$55. As comparison to having removed some skin tags in the US, the cost was about $500 and I had to wait for an appointment over 3 months. As you can see, being able to walk in or 1 day notice and huge savings, you can bet I am coming back if I need something done and I am going to be on vacation in Bali which is nearly a yearly event for me and the family.

I like and really enjoy having treatment at Miracle, the place is very clean and comfortable, from 10 years ago since the first time I went there it has never changed, in fact there is always improvement and it is always better than before. The WA admin is very responsive in answering all my needs and questions. So it doesn't take long for me to choose what treatment is needed and suitable for me. A few days ago I had a premium gold facial treatment with the therapist Ms. Susie, Ms. Susie explained in very detail the facial stages before the treatment. His hands were very dexterous, his massage was especially delicious and made my body and mind relax. What I was most impressed with was the blackhead extraction process which didn't hurt at all but all the whiteheads and blackheads were all removed, that's because Miracle has a special tool for removing blackheads which I noticed that other beauty clinics rarely have. In my opinion, doing a facial treatment at Miracle is not only for cleaning your face but it feels more like coming out of a spa, your face immediately glows, stress is gone, your body is relaxed and not tense. After the facial I was served a glass of hot ginger wedang palm sugar (this is my favorite drink) I think it tastes really good. I can say that Miracle really pays attention to all the details from the beginning to the end of the treatment, and really understands what customers like. I can't ask for more.
