Change your administrator!!! This is awful customer service😡😡 ignore the calls, ignore the messages, not friendly at all. Administrator is a face of your clinic, so even if doctor are good, I am already do not want go there because or this👎🏼

I saw Dr Adams 2 years ago and had 4 implants done. They have been great. Went to my local dentist here in Australia last week and he x-rayed my mouth and said they are some of the best implants he has ever seen. Very happy. Would recommend.

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

I'm one of those people who is terrified of dentists, and Dr Wira and his team are amazing and always put me at ease for a painless and stress free visit. He has a wonderful calm nature and immediately puts you at ease. Highly professional yet very affordable. Without doubt the best dentist I've ever seen. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This is a terrible clinic. Where the doctor may simply not come to the appointment, even considering that he has been waiting for more than an hour. My visit was scheduled for 9.30 am, at 10.30 am the doctor is not there. This is not the first time. Sometimes administrators make appointments when there is no doctor at all. I do not recommend visiting it

I would like to thank Dr Adam and her team at Kuta Dental Clinic for the amazing service I received. I am scared of the dentist but they made me feel very safe and comfortable. The clinic and dental room was very sterile and clean with latest dental equipment. If your wanting to get Dental treatment in Bali this is the Place to go

The service you get from these guys you will not find at home (Australia). I got a mouthguard for my son, and a grinding plate. They helped with transport home and delivery of items to hotel. They fit perfectly and a fraction of the cost at home. In saying that they are not as thick as the ones in Australia, good for pretty much all sports apart from boxing. Overall extremely happy, we could learn alot from these guys. Thanks again 👍

recommended, I received a lot of treatment that I didn't need at the other dentist, but here they always give the right portion for my treatment.

My husband had a full top denture and a part bottom denture made both made and fittings,adjustments all done from our first visit to leaving with the finished dentures in 1 week (7days) wonderful services and a fantastic price would highly recommend Kuta Dental

Had bridge and crowns plus root canal. As good as Australia or better and prices are great, quality great would give 10 out of 10

Was.initially happy with services...but a.word of caution...I had implants...having to revisit every 6 months for fixing..as.implants come.loose, and no other dentists will review..can be expensive ...just my experience

Updated review: good service, professional doctors. Earlier there were some issues with administrative stuff regarding scheduling, but they improved that.

Dr Adam is a brilliant dental specialist and qualified to do root canals. Due to her being so popular it can be difficult to get a fast appointment. But persist, book in advance before your trip begins, if travelling. My work included a root canal and few crowns, fillings and a clean. Exceptional team, reasonable priced compared to other surgeries in Bali.

Hello Kuta Dental. I just wanna thank you for taking care of me when I was on my vacation in Bali. I honestly waited patiently before I make a review just to make sure how well you did on my teeth. I was only able to get fillings and x-ray and cleaning, I know I wanted to see more complicated stuff to know if you are really good at what you do, but I could only hope that you really are good. Overall, you were able to deliver the excellence as what I have expected. The dentist who I forgot the name, was really respectful and he explained to me every part of what is gonna happen and what I am gonna be expecting after every procedure. Also, wow and wow! I did not feel any pain even though I am a scaredy cat I am so so thankful for you for exerting effort to gain my trust. I also wanted to say that I am happy with your secretaries or receptionists who were really good at what they do and made our stay comfortable, they even offered us/me a drink and talked to us/me so politely and attentively. Thank you thank you.

For the first time I felt so disappointed with the clinic system:) I really like how’s Doctor Wira treating me as a patient. My tooth is really better than before! But the system is unsatisfactory:) not like it used to be Now, why they’re prioritizing patients who have no appoitment than patients who have made an appointment. If just focused to earn money please don’t be like this:) I said before I’ll have a meeting so please be ontime. But, I have to wait for around 30 minutes
