Beginners leave good reviews because they have no idea about surfing. But once you understand the surfing rules and safety precautions, what the instructors do is very dangerous. They dont care if someone is already on a wave or not, they just push the students into a wave. The same instructor pushed a student into someone's wave, then he dropped into my wave, and pushed the student again into my next wave. Luckily I could turn my board in time to avoid hitting the student. Please teach your instructors some manner before they teach other people. Jangan mentang2 lokal trus sok jago n bahayain org lain!

Staffs were good, facility was bit old but nice as well. but the price is definitely NOT worth it. 190$ 2 nights. Srsly? And when I enter the room I can directly smelled the fungus from uncleaned AC. Plus, heard strange sound in the night there was index size finger cockroach crawling in my room. Worst experiences. Literally I can’t sleep at all.

Probably the best surf school around, great instructors, very professional staff and well kept facilities. Can't fault a thing.

Incredible surf and stay combination. The rooms are clean, with no bugs and fullyñ equipped (over the standard for Bali). The surf lessons are long, comprehensive and super effective, my girlfriend and I were standing on the board within the first few minutes. It is tiring but very very fun. The staff and the teachers are flexible and did a great job adapting to our travel needs. What else could you ask for? Oh, the place is really close to the beach with many small restaurants, supermarkets and even a pharmacy nearby. You also have a shopping mall at walking distance.

Their photographer takes photos of you during the lesson to make a review on your technique later (and you can also buy those photos). This is claimed to be included in the service. During our lesson though, we all had been photographed, except my girlfriend. She was pretty upset when it turned out no photo of her at all had been made for some reason... Despite having admitted the mistake, they strongly refused to give us any discount. This is the only thing that was frustrating about my lesson there. Good school otherwise.

In general, it was a nice experience to stay there. However, at times, we had doubts and didn't quite get the best vibe in the camp. It is definitely not the ideal place for solo travelers. Within the camp itself, you only experience action during the surf hours; afterward, everybody disappears. The Russian instructors seemed rather self-centered, not even extending a simple hello to new students. But the reason I'm writing this review is to say thanks for the international instructor Hanaffi. He is genuinely passionate about what he does and has the ability to ignite that passion for surfing in others. I am very grateful to have learned from him, and I have no complaints, only compliments. This surf camp would be exceptional with more instructors like him!

Came for 1 week, stayed for 5 months :) The best place to start your career in surfing or just make a short stop in Kuta. Unbeatable packages for stay with surfing lessons. Unparalleled attitude from instructors - friendly, attentive, you can tell they are genuinely interested in you getting the most of your surfing lessons. Thorough extensive feedback during the lesson, and especially after the lesson when you watch and discuss lesson videos during debrief. Nice cozy common area, café with good coffee. Abundance of plants soothes a sore eye after Kuta :) Good quality of included breakfasts, plenty of options for lunch. Some rooms need a slight renovation, but nothing bad - clean, spacious, everything works. Surf-skate lessons in the pool in the camp are real fun - whether you want to apply those skills later on the wave or just have some fun Presence of other surfing students creates a nice feeling of community. There are some Bali trips on Sundays and movie nights to hang with each other. Good location - the beach is really near for first lessons on white water, plenty of other surf spots nearby accessible on surf trips which are daily.

I've been to the camp twice - 5 years ago and a couple of weeks ago. It's impressive how much they have improved many things. The schedule has become much more flexible, photos during class have been replaced by videos, camp now has a pool and gym, etc. I can't wait to see what else you could do better.
