Been waiting for the opening of this new Marriott Bonvoy property and it finally did! Truly enjoyed my stay on the opening day. The hotel is directly connected to Beachwalk mall; how convenient! Breakfast buffet was superb for a hotel at this price point. The design fits the Aloft brand well. I liked that every room has a balcony. Service staff were all really friendly too. Marie, Ingrid and the team did a wonderful job in putting everything together. Looking forward to my next stay!

This hotel was the best I’ve stayed at in the Marriott line. The rooms and lobby were very stylish, the service was fantastic, the free breakfast buffet had many great options, and the hotel provided us a couple of complimentary snacks and gifts for being loyal customers. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It is far superior to the other more high end Marriott resorts on the island.

Loved the room. The small fridge is really helpful, and the sofa is also comfortable to be used as working chair. Overall, had a great time staying here and it is connected to the shopping mall. So it is easier to find foods and shop around. The swimming pool is smaller than I expected 😄. The breakfast is good as well. Just need to add additional staffs to help out with the chef that cook the omelette.

The highlights of this hotel are the staff. They are very friendly and always smiling. The room was super clean and well maintained. We loved everything. Facilities are available, such as an iron and a hair dryer. The location is excellent. It is adjacent to the mall, so you can easily go in and out or grab a taxi. They were kind enough to surprise us with a cake since we were celebrating our anniversary. Overall, our stay was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Aloft is a good choice for any kind of trip or guests. Staff is extremely friendly, they always chat with guests, ask for feedback, say hello whenever we meet. Breakfast is appetizing, have both traditional Bali food and modern food, especially Bali coffee. The room is very clean, new. The hotel is excellent, located on the main street of Kuta, in front of the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, perfect location directly above the Beachwalk Mall. Lots of restaurants to chose from, close to the beach. The hotel itself is fairly new, modern and very clean. Breakfast was very good, staff was incredible! Pool was nice, good service at the pool. Unfortunately our booked king-size option was not available anymore, so we had to sleep in 2 queen-sized beds. We have experienced 6 different hotels during our stay in Bali and this one was by far our most favorite one (even better than most 5 star hotels / resorts). Would have loved to stay longer.

This was our first time staying here and would definitely stay with Aloft again. Femsi from the welcome team was a gem, she helped me when I arrived sick by allowing us to check in early and brought ginger tea and fruit to our room - I can't thank her enough for her kindness and going above and beyond. The service was impeccable throughout, the hotel and Depot restaurant staff including Ari were always welcoming, smiling and happy for a chat. The room itself was modern with great tech amenities and universal power points (so handy!). They even allowed us to borrow a Chromecast for movies. The location is very central to Kuta and well-connected to the beach, Poppies or Beachwalk shopping centre. The only downfall being it was easy to hear things happening in the hallway and there is no door on the toilet.

What can we say? Amazing hotel!!! Location is the best! The hotel is next to the mall, and there are lots of options for cafe or restaurants. The beach is only 5 min walk away. You are in the middle of Kuta and you don’t need a cab to go somewhere which is great in Bali traffic. The hotel itself is also extremely nice. The lobby bar is so great that you can even sit with your kid and play games, the service is so fast, cleanness is top notch, breakfast is really good. The best option to stay in Kuta. The staff in housekeeping is amazing as well. We couldn’t get the names but everyday our room was cleaned perfectly. We were hanging our swimsuits in the balcony and they put a hanger without us asking for it and thanks for the nice bracelets they put on the last day. I haven’t seen this kind of housekeeping service before in any hotels. Thanks Aloft!

Stayed 5 nights here. With a location in the center of Kuta, very strategic. 15 minutes from the Airport, just 2 minutes walk to Kuta beach. Just 1 minute to Beachwalk Mall. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no special treatment between local and international guests, everyone is treated well. Yesterday I got a room with a pool view. (all rooms come with a balcony anyway). The room size is not very large, but at least we can sleep on a king size bed. Plus a sofa and 55” smart TV. Wifi is good. The bathroom and toilet are clean, hot water runs smoothly. Tap water can be used to gargle because it is not salty, even though the hotel is next to the beach. Even though the hotel is located above one of the busiest malls in the Kuta area, surprisingly it didn't affect the comfort of my stay. I can sleep soundly every night. The downside is in the Food and Beverage section. The breakfast menu doesn't have much variety, especially in the local foods section. Maybe it could be an input for adding a variant to the breakfast menu. Sure, I will stay again at Aloft Beachwalk Kuta for my next visit in Bali.

I can say it definitely worth the price! Staffs are so helpful, many activities in lobby area start from free PS5, Jenga, Pool and else! Room was big and comfy. Very clean. We ordered twin bed and it comes with 2 queen size bed. Worth the price. Location also in the middle of Kuta, and located above Beachwalk Mall. One thing I hate here is the traffic jam.

I cannot state enough how much I enjoyed this hotel. I booked 3 rooms for family for our stay over the holiday season. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The amenities were great at a very reasonable price. If you’re staying in Kuta and want a terrific experience, stay here!

I really felt like a valued guest at this hotel. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The entire staff was so nice and thoughtful. The room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The gym was also awesome, it had machines and equipment hotel gyms usually do not have.

The staffs' hospitality is impeccable! From receptionist, bell boy to cleaning officers, they were always smiling, the response to each our request is also fast. I have nothing to complain. We just came from Melbourne and Sydney the week prior. The hospitality FROM Bali people are very cordial compared to the latter two. 🤣 Room is clean and cozy, the balcony is wide so you can get fresh air. The location is great if you like Kuta, it's right in the Mall so ypu won't get any difficulties looking for cafes and foods. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent location, in the shopping center Beachwalk, across from Kuta Beach. Exceptional service from concierge to restaurant servers. Very accommodating. New hotel, only open since 4/2022. Overall 5/5 with excellent value for the money.

Highly recommend the newest and hippiest Aloft in Bali. The staff took such good care of us and especially Wan who always greet us by names and a big smile. He is such a wonderful asset to the hotel and we can’t wait to stay there again. The location is really convenient with a big mall that satisfies all our retail needs and the beach with its famous sunset just next door.

This hotel saved our honeymoon! We came here because I had eaten something wrong and we wanted a nice&clean hotel. This hotel have us everything we needed and the staff was awesome! Breakfast worked out super nice, we could stay longer and the reception worked out everything perfect for us. Thanks again, if we ever come back to Bali be sure we will return here!

Loved this hotel. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was way more than exspected, very good. Rooms were great but i LOVED the shower best. Its also located above the mall and next to beach which makes the location great. Also close to airport for quick layovers. Would definitely recommend.

Just finishing up a week in Kuta, Bali and my hotel accommodation was great. Personal care & service is the mission of this very convenient hotel with a shopping mall right next door. This brand new hotel sports very nice & clean rooms, an inviting restaurant for breakfast & all the other usual amenities you would find in a Marriott Hotel. A shout out to Danielle, the hotel manager & Surya, at the front desk. They, along with the entire staff work very hard to make your stay very pleasant. The price was right & so was my accommodation. Enjoy!

Great location, despite being atop the Beachwalk shopping centre, you can't tell when you're there. Very quiet and feels secluded. Clean, tidy and practically new. Was not left wanting when it came to amenities, the staff were also friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was top notched, with plenty of varied options from Western, to Balinese and South East Asian flare. Would definitely stay again.
