Warning please read. I went to their clinic. The doctor and staff were excellent till I got the bill. Very disappointed in the bill. I had a ear infection. I was told it was 350000 to see the doctor. I seen the doctor and now there is a charge for him to do something. Since when is tables more expensive then a doctor. They charged me 900000 for medication. I WENT to a different pharmacy the day after and for the same medication they quoted me 200,000. I have been ripped off. He cleaned my ear out with water to clean the wax out of my ear.. One ear only. Doctor fee 350,000 Indo or $35 Australian Cleaning of ear 300 000 TABLES 900,000 Miscellaneous 150,000 Tax 38,000 Total 1738,000 $173.00 aust dollars That's one he'll of a bill.. I can't believe how they charge. THIS PLACE is a rip-off If your going to see them ask what the bill might be so you have a idea . And don't buy from the pharmacy..

Really friendly staff but the prices are steep. The person infront of me with his family were complaining about the cost instore. I thought he was just being cheap. I received the bill for flu treatment and got smacked with $200. $35 for seeing the doctor $165 for medicine. It was a lot of medicine that I received but even still.. shouldn't have accumulated to so much. You live, you learn situation.

Update: The below explanation from the clinic is unsatisfactory. The doctor told me that within 1-2 hours I would feel some relief from my pain. I have not, and still have not any sort of pain relief. They have said to me in private email that the medication was chosen to suit my medical history. This is ridiculous. They never have asked any information on my medical history. It is a poor excuse. On the phone call I was not offered a new prescription for alternative medication. They asked for more money for a new prescription or to return and see a different doctor for a new prescription. I declined as I have already paid to see one of their doctors. I should not have to pay to see another one of their doctors for an issue that a short period of time has passed. When I explained I was not able to visit their doctor again they lost all interest in helping me. I stand by my statement and recommend avoiding this clinic with any type of ear issue. —————————————- Went in with an ear infection and the medication they gave me doesn’t work. I paid almost 200€ and when I called them asking for alternative medication they wanted more money. They laughed on the phone to me. The doctor in the night was polite but avoid this clinic at all costs.

Amazing service! We called the doctor out to our hotel in Nusa Dua. The doctor and nurse were amazing with my 3yo son who had an ear infection. He got all the medication and treatment he needed. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you for taking such gentle care of our son!

Had two ears flushed out. Very efficient and professional doctor and nurse. Super friendly and accommodating. Took my blood pressure, oxygen, temp, and heart beat, my doctors in Australia don’t even do that. Visit totalled nearly 60 minutes, cost me 1.3 million rupees, $130. Yes, a bit expensive but walked away with two clean wax free ears ready for flight tonight plus some antibiotic. I usually pay $105 AU in Australia for about 10 minutes, so not unhappy. Would recommend this medical practice but be aware of pricing. Thanks again for your service.

Were very helpful when I came down with Bali belly. If you get sick and need a late night visit, nurse Gita and Dr Yoga I would recommend! They were both very kind to me and the clinic kept checking in on me the following few days. Just make sure you have health insurance !!

Amazing service by this clinic today. Our baby had an ear infection and a nurse and Doctor came to the hotel and diagnosed him and supplied the medicine too, within hours. Very good professional service and good price too. Definitely recommend.

Excellent medical attention provided by the team at D'Square. I was seen to for a wound treatment and was welcomed by the nurse and doctor (Dr. Yoga I think was his name). They communicate well, are upfront about costs, and offered me the treatment and medicine I needed to get me healthy and give me peace of mind. My partner had a blocked ear due to wax. The doctors we very fast and efficient at unblocking the ear. A quick softener and a syringing and he was good to go. Very much recommend.
