Thanks to yumi, I can try hand-stand for the first time in my life. It’s my first yoga class in Bali, and because of yumi I can keep going to do yoga in Bali. After small private class, you can enjoy tea time with yumi and her cute puppy :)

I have been coming to Yumi's Yoga Studio every few days since mid-January. She is professional, kind and caring. She takes time to explain what to do and checks on your performance, guiding you gently into position when necessary. The studio is well-equipped with all necessary equipment (mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.). It is in a lovely, quiet residential area, very convenient for the airport. It is ideally suited for classes up to 5-6 people. Chai provided after class. A great find! Highly-recommended!

Iyengar yoga class taught by a Japanese teacher who has lived in Bali for a long time. There are many discoveries and realizations each time. He carefully looks at each asana, so you can get a good overview of your habits, current body, and state of mind. The studio is located in your home and has a calm atmosphere.

Glad to come across this session. Had 2hr yoga for idr150k. Ms Yumi is very experienced n patience. Small class. Aircon room. Near from my stay in kuta south, abt 5mins drive only.

It was a nice, quiet and relaxing place, and I was able to have a satisfying yoga experience that was not one-sided. They will guide you through each movement very carefully, and they will individually notice and correct any movements that may be incorrect. By using belts, bolsters, and blocks according to her instructions, I can now do things I couldn't do before. I would definitely like to participate if I have a chance.

Two hours passed in an instant. During yoga, my muscles were really refreshed and I felt that it was a class that was faithful to good alignment. The yoga studio is located in a quiet villa with sunlight. Classes are held in small groups and you can enjoy yoga in a calm atmosphere. I am not a Japanese user. The teacher provided English lessons and there was no difficulty in understanding the movements. If I visit Bali, I want to participate in the class again. I think it will definitely help my body.
