Had an awesome stay at Grand Zuri Kuta Bali ❤️❤️. The staff were polite and helpful. They were at service anytime when we call or needed.

It's okay. The room is very big, but not very sound-proof. I got a room that directly face the road, so at night it's quite bothersome. The staff is nice, but they made a few mistakes regarding my booking, and it's quite sucks. I book a king-size bed, but they runs out, and only has a twin bed. I book a non-smoking room, but at first they gave me a smoking room, and said they run out of non smoking room at first. But a few minutes later they said it's available.. not a very good experience..

The location is quite close to the airport, friendly staff service, fast response, especially Ms. Enna and Ms. Lilik. Got a surprise room upgrade from superior to deluxe for free upon check in.

I love this hotel! It is cheap and good quality! Their service is excellent! The room is spotless! The big deal for me is vegan food, they HAVE nabati chicken! They are friendly for vegan people, especially food, I wish they could provide the toiletries vegan-friendly as well. They have pool as well! Overall, I love it! I recommend you should check this out!

Grand Zuri is the best affordable hotel i stayed in. Ive been hopping to different hotels, sadly some has great reviews but when you checked the place, darn filthy. As a tourist and solo traveller, toilet and bed are the most important reason why one stayed in a hotel. I stayed in this hotel for few nights, people are very welcoming. To mention, Arya who cleaned my room spotless after the mess i made, Yuli who gave me a great massage and Melati who gave me the best service. Thank you, I definitely recommend this Hotel. Best and very affordable. Psst! If you want to save more, book in agoda. They have real great prices there. I cant say more. I love this place. An affordable fancy hotel.

There's a farmer who used an old horse in his fields and that horse is only his asset. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Details below. Pros: - service was pretty good - pool was nice - 24/7 reception staff - 2 free bottles of water every day Cons: - mould in bathroom due to lack of ventilation - because of lack of ventilation everything is very damp and musty, smells a bit like wet dog - bathroom door doesn’t close properly - hotel driver is the most useless driver I’ve ever seen, can’t read a map, requests to use passengers’ phones for maps and still gets lost, took 9 separate wrong turns on one short journey, almost doubling journey time - music in hallway plays constantly, even after getting back to Australia I still hear it… it was noticeable in the room at all times and was very disruptive to my sleep - music in hallway is the same 30 seconds over and over and over again - area is terrible, run-down, no decent food anywhere nearby especially for vegans/vegetarians, can’t walk more than a block away without either falling in a massive hole or getting stalked by wild dogs - mattress hurt my back, very thin and firm - walls are *very* thin, you can hear conversations in the next room, and everything in the hallway - no shampoo and conditioner

Overall it was decent but there are several things that could be improved Pros: - good service, staff is really trying to make the experience good - nice pool and lounge area, perfect for relaxation and even for work - 10 mins by scooter to beach and shops - good breakfast Cons: - I do not recommend rooms facing the main street, it is impossible to have a good sleep, even during the night it's extremely loud due to the traffic. If you book ask for room facing the pool - bathroom smells, it's damp, it was leaking underneath the sink, door does not close properly - gym has no AC, which makes it really hot - food: not much of a variety and price above average. Unless driving a scooter closer to the beach, you don't have too many options in there

This place is good, close to Kuta Beach and a lot of restaurants, cafes, and also the Kuta Resort shopping place.. The room was good, it was clean, nice, the amenities were complete.. Hot water running nicely, they prepared everything nicely for us.. The room service so friendly.. The spa treatment was very relaxing..

The restaurant makes some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. From western to Indonesian cuisine, every dish has hit the spot! The rooms aren’t too fancy but at this price and central location, it’s an unbeatable deal.

“Highly Recommended” I have stayed two weeks in Grand Zuri end of March and would definitely come back! Pros: 1. Above and beyond service: every single one of the staff been well trained and delivered high level of service standard. For someone who has been in the service industry for almost 20 years, I am honestly impressed. Staff are attentive, always with smile and willing to help with anything 2. Cleanliness: the hotel looks like just being built yesterday. Everything is extremely clean and organised 3. Facility: you get 5 stars hotel facilities even though you pay with lower price range, eg pool, gym, in room safety box, massage (note: iron is on request) 4. Room service: food and laundry are extremely affordable and convenient 5. Soundproof: As a super light sleeper, I was able to sleep without any problem with ear plug 6. Room: I was in executive deluxe room with huge balcony facing the pool. Spacious toilet with good shower There's no cons for this hotel but here're a few things to share for other travellers: 1. the hotel is 15-20 mins walk to the beach. I love walking so every morning walk to the beach to my surf school (27 Surf) on the nearest beach was a breeze 2. the food in the restaurant takes some time to serve, may be they lack kitchen hand during this recovery from COVID 3. they only serve beer in the restaurant/ pool but bars on the beach are just a short walk away Thanks Grand Zuri for such a lovely stay and great service. Everything was excellent, we had a good night sleep after a long day tour..the room we booked (junior suite) is very spacious with 2 balconies, a bath tub, that my kids can even play & run around. One little thing is, the food served during breakfast can be more of varieties ❤️

Perfect for this price range. Room was super clean, ambience was nice, service was good too. I did not have breakfast here but the breakfast area was nice in my opinion. We stayed here for 4 days and never had any problem, hotel staff is very friendly and fast in service. Free breakfast is included which had many varieties and tastes good compared to any other near by places. Overall fully satisfied with our stay and hoping to come back again

Hand Towel is missing, water delivery takes too long at midnight, Air conditioner isnt cool enough. However good in-hour services and prime location makes up for it. Still gonna visit again and hopefully they fix the problem

Just check in on 7PM in room 241, the ac is not working well, its was hot. Waiting almost 1 hr and the problem have not resolve. They did not prepared the room condition well and regularly maintain the supporting facility in the room prior the guest checking in. Just driving for more that 4hrs, disappointed with the condition. We booked 2 room until 30 December..😷

One of the best stays in Bali. Must recommended if you are planning for your honeymoon trip to Bali. Especially the rooms are in good condition with proper cleaning services on time. The best part is the Complementary breakfast..more variety of dishes which tastes good..loved staying in this hotel for 5n and 4 days. They also have a large common pool which are accessible only on the specific timing. Totally loved the experience staying in this place during my Bali trip. Must recommended to all.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful . The swimming pool is great and the food is scrumptious . The price is also affordable for tourists . The distance is in the right middle of tourist attraction. Place is in the center so all the main spots could be reached easily. Food was very delicious. Staff super friendly. Made all the required arrangements in minutes. Room was spacious and was decorated as per my expectation. Would definitely visit again

I spent my Nyepi the Day of Silence here. The price is reasonable, clean room, and the water was good. . Good thing was restaurant open until 10 PM, so you won't be worried about starving at night. . Speaking about food, I think the food is above average (compared with the same hotel level). Delicious and they served many variations. We were pretty much enjoy the food. . They have friendly staffs, we forgot our belonging twice and they kept them safely. First was our snacks which we have prepared from home and we carelessly left at the lobby chair right after checked-in. The second was I left my flashdisk that I forgot to unplug from tv after checkout. . Overall, we had a good time spending our Silence Day retreat at Grand Zuri Kuta.

Arrived in a room straight away needed to kill some spiders crawling around, told the staff about that but got nothing in the end. the room is lack of maintenance, the mirrors got lot of spots n mold, the paint in the wall falling apart and flaky, duvet is not even white and the quality of the duvet and bed feels like the bed in cheap motel, the AC wasnt even cold, theres no hairdryer it was cut in the bathroom left only its wire, I book the room and it has details that theres a refrigerator in the room but when I arrived theres none, they didn’t give me any shampoo only soap. plenty of better hotel in the area for that rate this hotels isnt even 4 star quality but 2 star, Deeply regret booking this hotel while there are a lot of better one for the same price.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location is good, with a food court and minimart closeby, as well as several services like laundry, copyshop and a pharmacy all within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a gym but its barebones, also there is no airco so it's gonna get hot in there. The rooms are very good, they are spacious and very clean but they do have thin walls. If your neighbor likes to sing under the shower you can sing along with him. Also I hope you like Agus teja because you will hear his music about 20 hrs per day from the hallway speakers. The restaurant is excellent and they serve the best chicken Caesar salad I've tasted in Bali. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Such a pleasure to have another night spent at this hotel. They allowed me to keep my chocolate in their freezer and granted my request to have a room on the back (i'm light sleeper). I'll definitely come back. Thank you for such a hospitality

Hotel Is economical and nicely located. Services are good so Is staff, But there were less vegetarian options(but staff arranged some extra one's) and my room did not had balcony and there was no place in room for hanging/drying our wet garments, toilet did not had jet spray and lock. Overall, for budget accommodation this is good.

The location is quite good, service was great, fast check in and out. I requested for non smoking room, but it wasn’t available at that time, so they did some treatment to get rid of the smell, and it worked, thank you! The room is okay, but it’s not that comfy enough especially if you gonna stay for a long time. The walls are quite thin. When i was there, there was a big group staying and they’re kinda noisy, and i could hear them talking, walking and then running around from my room. AC didn’t work, so i already complained to the front office twice, and the technician fixed it twice, it got slightly cold (mostly wind) but only for a while. The problem is the room was very hot, so my mom who usually ok with no AC, even she said that it was very hot in the room, and we were sweating all the time and felt like there was no air in the room. We tried to open the window to get some air or maybe little wind, but it has no effect.

Room is good with balcony in deluxe,service is also good ,quick food service,no hair dryer in room ,morning breakfast was fine ,not much option for veg Indian like me ,approx 5 Km from main Kuta market and 7 km from beach . Can travel by cab or rent bike . No auto kind thing avaliable, Horse Tanga only circles round market ,we thought it will drop us to hotel but it just encircle market

The rooms end before they start, The rooms are rat hole and service is non existent in this place . They made us wait for 2 hours to check-in as they couldn't clean a tiny room . The breakfast is ok ok . The location is great.

Hospitality from all employees, check in was very fast and professional. The room is very clean and tidy... the furniture is minimalist but very useable. The hotel location is very strategic, close to places to eat.

Nice.. but needs improvement.. One star left because we are not comfort regarding the payment. If you want to eat in restaurant or having a breakfast, please bring your money. The staff asked 3 times to pay breakfast on day 1 and when we eat dinner they want us to pay directly. We dont bring the money to restaurant (except my husband thank god). I have already told the receptionist and staff you can put in our room bill, but they need payment asap. Other than that, it is good.
