A family hotel room! It’s affordable and so clean. Close to Kuta beach, and it’s not in an area completely surrounded in traffic. Recommended if you have a big family and want to have good and affordable hotel.

Great hotel for a vacation in Bali has great room and excellent service. It’s far enough away from the main road to be quiet. The pool area is great and the dining and bar area is very nice too and serviced well. All rooms are very good and very clean and the showers are powerful. The public areas are very clean and the staff are very polite, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great hotel. The best customer service I have ever seen. Very cool pool. Great cleaning. Very friendly staff. Perfect breakfasts. Just one minus-windows can't be open so you need to take room with balcony. In every other moment-all is incredible

Wonderful staff, comfortable, clean rooms and lovely decor. Very quiet inside the rooms with excellent wifi. Gym is great with treadmill, weight bench, a couple weight machines and dumbbells. Water and towels provided in the gym. Towels provided for pool use. Did not participate in the buffet breakfast but the one meal I ate in the restaurant was very good. There's a pretty big mall within close proximity as well. Absolutely would return.

I am very impressed with this property. I stayed for four nights and was very satisfied overall. The rooms are simple but clean and decently furnished. The property has a nice restaurant with a good quality breakfast. The location is just a short ride to the airport, and that's good, given Bali's size and crazy traffic. They have a nice pool too but unfortunately did not use it. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. Special mention to the front desk and restaurant staff and unfortunately I cannot remember names now. Will surely go back and recommend to others. The only area of improvement could be availability of more charging points near the bed as it becomes inconvenient to get up to charge mobile phones and other devices.

We received a clean room that had complete amenities and clean towels. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Spacious room for the affordable price we paid. The hotel gave a tremendous discount price for the stay as compensation because many of the facilities were closed - one of them includes the restaurant that serves breakfast. The restaurant was closed, and we didn't know this information until we arrived, so we didn't get the breakfast mentioned to be included with the paid booking. The hotel shouldn't be in the category with Breakfast Included if their restaurant is closed. The Wifi was extremely slow and it wasn't easy to reach a phone signal. The hot water didn't work correctly at all. They don't seem to be taking strict Covid-19 protocols even though there is a PeduliLindungi check-in. They only provided hand sanitisers that were not enforced, and they didn't bother checking our temperatures either. The hotel seemed to be short on staff which is unfortunate and felt very empty. Like a graveyard.

Staff were very welcoming and this hotel has enjoyable breakfast options including vegetarian meals. As a traveler, the ease of getting around by walking was not great from this hotel. Would also suggest bringing your own bath towels.

Amazing place. Super clean. Great hospitality by nice Balinese staff. I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice 3 star hotel in Kuta region. International visitors please be cautious about Durian fruit as there is a 2 million IDR penalty imposed on whoever would bring it inside the hotel room as it has got a very strong smell. Most of the hotels in Bali would do the same. It is important that the Tenant should be aware of this information. It was a nice stay for me and I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay 👍🏻

The customer service is excellent, and I would add that staff went beyond their way to assist guests. It is one of the newer hotels in the Kuta area, but it is not visible from the main road and the location is not ideal for tourists who prefer to walk to the shops and entertainment places. You get the best chicken burger here. Everything is handmade by the hotel's chef. Very inexpensive, very tasty. None of the big US restaurant chains could ever come close to it.

This place provides a delightful experience with tranquil sleep, roomy accommodations, wifi speed is great and a helpful staff. It offers good value, conveniently located near the airport with easy accessibility. The area is not crowded, allowing for smooth motorcycle rides or hiring a driver. However, the food, particularly the Australian steak and Margherita pizza, needs major improvement in the à la carte menu. On a positive note, the 100K rupiah breakfast spread is fulfilling. HALAL food. Despite food concerns, our stay was enjoyable, and we intend to return.

We loved our stay here staff are super friendly, Rooms were very nice and cold, Bathrooms are a little small but still useable. Food and drinks here were great and the buffet breakfast (And the carbonara) location isn’t the greatest not much around but still close enough to everything. Special shout out to Eka for making our stay even better super friendly guy and easy to talk to.

The hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was by far the highlight. The pool was also clean. The personal are very friendly and helpful. Great value! If we come back to Kuta, we would choose this hotel again.

I stayed 4 nights in Kana Kuta hotel. The location is very nice, everywhere I could get by walking (I love walking too much😅). The staff is very very kind and helpful. Thank you Putu (security at the entrance) for being such a kind person - so sad I couldn’t tell you goodbye before leaving. The room is very nice and clean, so peaceful and relaxing there. Very beautiful hotel itself and people working there, thank you so much for everything!

We stayed for 2 days. The rooms are spacious and property is clean. distance to airport is very less, time saver if you are staying towards the end of your Bali trip. Restaurant staff suggested Krishna Oleh Oleh for souvenir shopping and it was decent. Hotel recommended bike renting place had best maintained scooters and is one of the best that we used across Bali. Would have really appreciated if they provided non-bottled filtered drinking water apart from the bottled water.

Best hotel in Denpasur! The service is incredible, and staff are helpful, friendly and fun. Restaurant food is cheap and delicious plus room service available! If you can live with these downsides this is the place to stay; 1. Bathroom faucet isn’t placed well enough over sink centre making washing annoying because you bump the sink all the time. 2. The butt gun water smells like sulpher. 3. The shower doesn’t have a retractable shower head. 4. The smoking section is too close to the restaurant as you often get whiffs of smoke, kind of like western restaurants in the 80’s when you opted for smoking or non smoking section but they were right beside each other😂 I’m laughing as I write these downsides because they are so insignificant which highlights how great this place is if this is all I could find wrong - I’m very particular! Also, I can recommend the best driver/tour guide if you want a private tour. Send me a message and I can provide the details.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a family room with my parents. Best thing about this hotel is their staff, the service was excellent. They were welcoming and very friendly and polite as well. Rooms are very clean, great Wi-Fi and very clean pool to swim in. I saved the best thing for last, buffet breakfast was delicious. Their omelette and pancakes station are cherry on the top. A very good way to kick start your vacation day with outstanding breakfast options. Thank you guys for the hospitality and I will recommend this hotel for longer stay.

Amazing hospitality at the Kana, staff are always smiling and often go out of their way to look after you. Restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast (included) alone is worth coming back for. Love this place!

Stayed here for a week. The hotel was located bit far from the busy main road which contributes to a peaceful and calm night. There were also a mini mart that opens 24 hours infront of the hotel. In addition, 3 seafood restaurants are located just opposite the road which offers competitive price compared to restaurants at the beach side. Kudos to their entire staff that was very polite and super helpful in attending to our needs. They even help to prepare breakfast box for guest that have to leave early in morning. Variety choices daily for the breakfast buffet and dinner. Do check out for their happy hour. Room was clean and comfortable. They even provide extra pillows for us. The water pressure in the bathroom was superb. The surrounding area was also safe as there is security officer stationed at the entrance and walks around for time to time at the hotel. Easiest five star review for their service and hospitality.

Room had only one charging point. Everything else was good.

We really enjoyed are stay at the Kana Kuta. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained, and are nicely lit. Each room also has a fridge. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One of our main reasons for staying here was the buffet breakfast, which did not disappoint. We were impressed with the quality and diversity of the food available. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and there were ample sunbeds available. Grab drivers seem to wait just outside the hotel, so it was always easy and quick to get a taxi. Would definitely consider staying here again when we next pass through Bali!

Excellent place, good rates and very neat environment

I just check in, while they welcoming us, so far the place is quiet,far from the crowd. there is parking area for car, room is confy and clean, one things that we dont find comd inside the room, breakfast meal so far so good, kids like it.

Very nice hotel, love the entry vibes - which is such beautiful natural corridor of bamboo plants, excellent breakfast, friendly, flexible, & very helpful hotel staff. The Airport shuttle picked up us in the middle of night arrival in Bali Airport. We also didn’t have a cash & 3 of our Indonesia cards were not working at that time. We’re able to do internet banking payment for everything, included the breakfast (we booked a room without breakfast), with no hassle at all. Thank you The Kana, we will recommend your hotel to our relatives & friends.

During both my visits to Bali, my family and I have stayed with the Kana each time. The staff are absolutely beautiful. So welcoming, friendly and they just radiate positivity. This resort is a huge “bang for buck”, very affordable with all the facilities and quality food that you would find at any 5 star hotel. The pool is gorgeous, I could sit around it for hours! It is also equipped with a gym if you are that way inclined. Personally, I love the location. It is tucked away from the main roads in its own little sanctuary you might say. Also, the security guards at the gate make my day. So friendly and they have a laugh with me every time I leave and return to the resort. I will continue to visit the Kana whenever I am staying in Bali ☺️

It’s position is not the best but a $2 Grab ride will get you anywhere in Kuta. Good standard clean rooms with plenty of room. Rooms without balcony have a large outdoor balcony for all rooms to use. Restaurant has good breakfast,lunch and dinner options. Staff are fabulous. A connivence store at beginning of driveway. Shopping centre opposite BIMC hospital only 400mtrs away. Pool are very good with great comfy lounges. The small bathrooms are something to get used to. Still a great place to stay awhile.

Wonderful hotel near the airport and galleria mall Bali. The rooms are neat and clean, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and has variety to choose from. The staff is polite and always smiling. We had a great stay at kana kuta, Bali. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Very clean and comfortable and worth every penny spent. It's cheap too <S$30/night. Service is very good too. Wide spread of buffet breakfast at <S$8.50.

Great location as it is very close to the airport and Mal Bali Galeria. We stayed for a day just before our return from Bali. We enjoyed the hospitality and the buffet spread.

Good hotel from a price point of view. Hardly 15 minutes from the airport with ATM, SIM shops on the way so make sure not to use the atm/buy sim card from the airport. Nice pool, clean rooms good staff. Just don't embarrass your guests by making them wait at checkout while you check the room. Have never seen a hotel do this, they just proceed with checkout alongwith checking the rooms in background.

Friendly staff, clean, big rooms, close to Kuta but not to close. Nice pool and good breakfast. Really great price/ quality. Especially the staff is really helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
