Now we know why it was rated best hotel for 2019. Rooms were amazing with a stunning ocean view. Service was fantastic, managers coming to talk to us and even treating us with free stuff. Located on top of one of the busiest shopping centre and a few steps away from shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this resort for all your family needs

The hotel itself and the room is old and definitely need some renovation. The room is smelly, every time we go into the room we get the strong smell of sewage, i believe it is from the balcony hence outside environment which could not be fixed(?) The bathtub facet is set too far like if you want to fill in the bathtub you better use the shower head in order not to flood the bathroom floor Facility of the room is really old, like the sliding door between toilet and shower (which you either close shower area or toilet) gets worn out, the area you touch to move the door is slippery and that is so gross. The shower is not hot too, turning the tap to hottest only gives you warm water Location wise, it would be perfect, close to beachwalk, restaurant all around.. Staff are nice too But this will the be the only time we stay at this hotel because of the huge 5stars reviews in Google

Loved it !!! This hotel gave you everything you expect from a 5 star hotel: 1. Great Staff: so friendly, so welcoming, so helpful. Such a hardworking and welcoming bunch who always brought a smile to our face 2. Great Location: Get out of the hotel and right across the road is the beach. Take a right and there is the mall. Take a left and see restaurants and bars. Located in such an ideal fun location that we just walked everywhere 3. Great facilities: No surprises that the beds, toilets and other hotel facilities were top notch. Even their transport services and restaurants were top notch. Just go to their rooftop sunset bar to see what I mean. Highly recommended and worth every dollar we spent here !!!

Amazing overall experience staying here. Our suite was spacious and clean, my daughter loved the kids tent. Vivi, Sri and the entire Sheraton team went above and beyond to make our comfortable and SPECTACULAR! Location is wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants. It’s connected to the mall which made it convenient to shop for baby items I forgot to pack. The breakfast is awesome, so many tasty options. The spa is very clean and relaxing. The rooftop bar has amazing sunset views. The team is very hardworking. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Excellent, above and beyond service! The staff here were incredible and willing to help with everything. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and one of the best I’ve had. Hotel was being renovated and some areas while we were staying, but was still ok. Right next to the mall and across from the beach so a great view from the pool. Great location in Kuta. Beach was not as amazing (lots of trash), but the hotel made up for it.

Stay here for 4 nights, it's really close to the beach. Their room is good, i especially love that all rooms are having their own balcony. You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset view from their swimming pool. Their room is clean and quite spacious. I wish they offer more kind of foods for breakfast and lunch tho. Their foods are limited to few dishes only.

This hotel leaves me feeling so welcomed. I booked 2 nights stay in this hotel and was upgraded to a suite. Although the place seems a bit "messy" because of some upgrade works, there was no inconvenience or noise caused which affected in any other way. I loved the way the rooms are so clean and spacious, they don't look old and really has a good view of the beach and the sunset. It was so comfortable that I felt I could just chill and do nothing and relax in the room for the entire stay. I was so welcomed I felt treated like I was home. I was politely addressed wherever I went to ensure that everything's been well taken care of. The breakfast view and the spread was definitely amazing I kept ordering until I couldn't finish it but I still tried to finish them not to waste the food. Really enjoyed my stay and this is definitely one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed in terms of location, rooms and hospitality. The only feedback I had was that there was only 1 lift serving the guest rooms but it was definitely an efficient lift. The distance from the lift to the suite was definitely a long walk. Also the suite was great in every way, especially the beach and the sunset view, but also came with a disadvantage that it could be a little noisy. Would be good to have better soundproofing, especially at night after 11pm when the roads were empty you have that random motorcycle speeding it could be quite a pain. Was awoken once in the middle of the night by the sound. Kudos to the great team here for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable.

The Sheraton was fantastic one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were beyond helpful, friendly and the hospitality was spectacular. We were always greeted with the warmest hellos and goodbyes and they were able to help out in several circumstances where and when they didn’t have to. It’s steps away from Kuta Beach, the Boardwalk shopping complex as well as Poppies Lane etc for all the local shopping. The on-site dining and room service was brilliant and the cocktails inside or pool side were Devine!Would highly recommend Sheraton Kuta to anyone.

Nice rooms. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, so many choices, with a beautiful view out over the ocean. Very central location. The hotel is undergoing renovations so some areas are closed off but that didn't affect our stay.

The location is not far from the airport, the room facilities are very adequate for its size and comfort, especially the bath room. Restaurants and menus are quite varied and delicious. The meeting room is very spacious and supports many people. Because the hotel is spacious, it's a bit complicated when you want to move between rooms, but it's covered with very responsive service. I want to add a comment, please give some snacks in the fridge because it's quite far to buy some food outside the hotel...thanks

Location of this hotel is amazing! We enjoyed it so much that we changed our flight to stay an extra day. Food wasn't great, and the cocktails were bad. I wish I had explored the area around the hotel on the first day, because there were so many other nearby options. The service was fine, but a little too in your face. I swear that at breakfast we were interrupted by every employee to ask if we needed anything. It was honestly way too much. The breakfast was alright. I liked the avocado toast and the chia seed pudding. The coffee drinks were good, as well. The buffet food was meh. They had a decent variety, but it was like they couldn't do everything well, so everything was mediocre. Food was also inconsistent; the same cheese pizza one day had a thick crust, the next day it was thin. That wouldn't have been a deal breaker except we couldn't get a consistently thin layer of sauce for my picky child. We ended up choosing not to order food outside of the included breakfast. The pool was beautiful and relaxing with close proximity to the beach. We had a junior suite and my favorite part was sitting on our balcony. It was so relaxing. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. I might just skip the breakfast and explore more of the plentiful food options in the area.

Superb location across Kuta beach and next to Beachwalk shopping center. Not too far from the airport, make this hotel is super convenient. All the staffs are super friendly, every one of them no exception, always greet you and give warm and welcoming smile. I also love the breakfast buffet, one of the best, so much variety and changing daily. The only little downside is the construction/repair in the swimming pool area, just obstructing the view, but overall it was a very nice stay here

Really enjoyed our experience at the Sheraton Bali Kuta! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were eager to serve! Loved the adorable towel animals on our bed from housekeeping. 😍 The breakfast was 10/10. So many options and all delicious! Many places to order custom things such as eggs (including eggs Benedict), noodles, pancakes/waffles/French toast, etc. The staff also came around with samples of other delicious items every so often. The pool is lovely, but it was under construction the whole time we were here. The new deck should provide more seating and space. The room was amazing - spacious and comfortable. Great beds, great bathrooms! Loved the free upgrade to a sea view suite. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the beach was great. The only thing is that the beach is truly awful. Kuta is filled with trash, both the beach and the sea itself. Of course not something the hotel can help, but I’d recommend looking at other locations if laying on the beach is a part of your to-do list. Pics attached. Overall, wonderful experience!

A hotel that is a few years old but with recently refurbished rooms. All very well maintained and with a current and very pleasant decoration. Big and very comfortable bed. The best thing about the hotel and what I have to highlight: all the staff and the breakfast. An excellent team of professionals, very interested in pleasing and providing a good experience, always with a smill and with lot of attention and kindness. Breakfast was the best we had out of the 4 hotels in Bali: - [ ] For the very pleasant space with tables and comfortable chairs that invite you to relax and talk. - [ ] For the diversified offer, as the buffet was divided into several stations with offers from Asian to Indian dishes, English breakfast, very complete bakery and pastry, as well as an area of ​​fruits and natural juices, eggs on request, etc. a very complete diversity . 5 stars really, because everything had a lot of quality and freshness. - [ ] For the professionalism of the staff who are always very friendly and helpful and who make us feel very good, in particular Mrs. Ling Sia ( Front Desk Manager) who is an absolutely lovely person. The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Kuta and facing the sea. Next to the hotel there is a shopping center with many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good and well organized hotel. Breakfast is not suitable for European people. It has only few sort of cheese, and I didn’t find any dark bread. But it has a lot of good Chinese and Japanese breakfast and also good fruit. I recommend à la carte restaurant at the hotels they serve an excellent food for dinner. The pool location is very good and you can be a relax there. The staff are very kind and helpful, but they come to you so often even when you will relax beside pool. The room is very good and air condition works very well and I am satisfied with cleaning also.

The service and food is amazing. But for design, sheraton you can do better than this. Try to hire the local designer that can represent the holiday vibe maybe. They did great. I mean the room is spacious but yes, need to elevate the design.

We had 5 nights of pure luxury at Sheraton Kuta; an ocean view room with balcony; extremely big, super comfortable bed with the finest linen and pillows......the staff were amazingly helpful, cleanliness was impeccable; perfect location right across the street from the beach but SO quiet!! Breakfast was a sumptuous feast!

Some highlights of our stay... * Location was great - right in the middle of a commercial district; so many restaurants near by; ATM, 7/11, laundromat and various other local eateries. I ended up using many of these facilities during our stay there. * We were offered a free golf cart ride to Kuta Beach. It runs on a frequent schedule * Pool was great. Had a kids play room adjacent to it, which my toddler loved * Breakfast was amazing. Although it was a buffet, you could order other dishes that they cooked fresh! * Evening cultural show in/near the bar area was nice * Our room was very spacious Above all else, they treated us with great hospitality and respect!

The hospitality and hotel interior was amazing! I was so sad to leave because the staff and hotel had a great impact on our amazing stay. Checkin was so luxurious and the welcome drink was delicious. The staff took note of all our small request from housekeeping to room service. There is also a shortcut to the shopping mall next door and the views of the Kuta beach from the pool is spectacular! I would definitely be coming back here again.

I got free upgrade from Dea (million thanks!) room was very spacious, and location is exactly where you want to be if you like comfort but still want to enjoy Kuta. Room is slightly dated, with newer hotels are now boasting digital lighting control and smart seat toilet. Nothing to complain about. Staffs are attentive and unbelievably lovely.

To be honest, they even through a birthday party and setup the surprise design for my 8th years old son without even telling them to do. Best hotel in Bali with amazing view! We stayed here for 4 nights at 1 room King Bed, Balcony, and Ocean View (Ocean Facing). Located in the heart of kuta beach and it’s connected to beachwalk shopping center and it’s walkable to everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely, will come back again. Great hotel. Great staff. Great location. Awesome breakfast and fabulous happy hours. Lovely rooftop pool with a nice area to chill. I recommend a pool access room. The kids club is a lifesaver. Love this place. . The beds are the most comfortable bed I have slept on.

I booked 2 rooms, but only 1 room was ready when I checked in. Unfortunately when I reach the room that was "ready", it was still being clean. In the middle of the night, power went off for 1 of the room and had to walk all the way to the reception to inform them, they resolved the problem in 20 mins. Other than this 2 small incidents, the accommodation was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good especially the local Bali dishes. Good location with beach (very crowded) at the front of the hotel (no private beach) with a relatively large mall next to the hotel.

Friendly staff and amazing service! Beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had so much variety. The rooftop restaurant not only allowed you to watch the sunset over the beach but also served fantastic food. Would definitely come back and recommend :)

Lovely stay! Room is so nice with Kuta beach view from my bed!!! Staffs were so friendly. Especially Ka Widi, she assisted us during our breakfast. I used the gym, and it’s well equipped and clean. I would definitely go back again.

Beautiful location, well appointed rooms with spectacular ocean views if staying in a suite. Our check in experience was a little underwhelming as check in had moved to level 1, waiting in the ballroom was a little warm and stuffy. We had to wait for room to be ready, the friendly service team upgraded us which was so kind however there is construction in the building to make way for new facilities as well as construction in the mall adjacent to the resort. We had loud noise coming from both construction sites and as a result was moved. Due to the construction navigating around the resort is confusing, there is no signage with explanation- check in didn’t advise on how to get around we just figured it out ourselves. The team was very friendly and helpful in resolving the issues we had, they kindly welcomed us to a complimentary massage for the inconvenience. Overall ok stay *good views, *comfortable rooms & *nice breakfast- poor check in, construction made the stay unpleasant. Hopefully once construction is completed it will be nice again, for an expensive resort I would strongly consider staying elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed a week here in Kuta. When i booked our stay in this Hotel i wasn't aware that the Hotel's centre area was going under renovation works. Nevertheless we spent good time here and were very pleased with staff trying their best to make you feel that you're valued guests. For those who wants brand names shopping it's ideally positioned next to the Beach walk shopping centre. In this shopping centre plenty of restaurants serving good food which isn't too costly. Just one confusing thing in this hotel, when you want go to lobby or restaurant from your room, it's like maze trying to find your way. It takes couple of days to learn your path. Overall it's nice 4 star hotel to my experience. Hotel's position is lovely crossing road to step on beach or just walking 10 minutes north from hotel to reach Seminyak area is lovely.

The hotel is beachfront connected with big mall. The room is well maintenance clean and comfortable. I was booked a connecting room on the second floor is an excellent balcony. The best thing is a bell boy, a check-in, and breakfast staff is gentle and service mind. Bali is open to foreigners; I hope the situation will get better.

It's a pretty nice hotel. Good service! They have quick response when we need help. I also highlighted Mr. Moh Ismail he's a manager in charge of the breakfast area. As I'm a typical person who eats slowly and always step by step in eating. So after yogurt, muesli, fruits then omelette and salads. I still need some slice of healthy breads but I need to back to my room soon. And He's very kind help me according to my needs. So I can have a meeting in my room while eating bread to fulfill my carbohydrate needs. So thankful for their service.

excellent place to stay with kids. huge variety for breakfast, with kids choice too. very very friendly staff. very clean rooms. beautiful view of the ocean from their restaurant. almost all rooms have a view of the ocean. cant go wrong with this place.

If I could give more stars I would! I had an ocean view room and enjoyed watching both sunrise and sunset every day. Walking to the beach was easy. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the extra charge.
