The only Electronic City located in Bali, this is one of my favorite places to search for appliances and electronics. This store is located on the top floor of Discovery Mall.

I looked at 4 different places for a 49" plus TV. I got the best price on a newer model here than anywhere else. (I saved almost 2 million rp!). Service was great! They delivered the next day, installed the wall bracket, put up the TV, showed me all the features. I would highly recommend this place!

No issues with the store itself and their staff is very nice. I just went here looking for a computer mouse (logitech). This store has very limited selections of computer accessories. It's more for refridgerators or home appliances. I did not like the two options they had. If you're looking for a wider range of computer/tech/camrea, you'll need to go elsewhere.

A lot of people say this is a cheap place to buy. I strongly disagree. I went to Sinar Abadi on Jalan Imam Bonjol. Much cheaper. Bought a three bedroom Villa worth of electrical products. AND Sinar Abadi has a much much better range.

Very nice, but absolutely unhelpful staff. We’ve bought the Remington razor. We literally asked if it is suitable for beard and hair, and the consultant ensured us that yes. The razor was terrible, not razed the hair at all, and painfully pulled the beard. The same consultant who’s sold it to us lovely smiled and refused the reclamation, telling that it is obvious that the razor is not for that type of beard and hair! I highly don’t recommend the place: prices are high and if you rely on the consultant’s advice, you’ll probably be disappointed with no way to return the goods.

Purchased an expensive Sony TV from this store a couple of years ago. It is already broken. When I went to get it repaired the repair man said it is not an original TV. Don't shop here.

I purchased a refrigerator at electronic city with Sony the sales man all by phone. He took photos of several models and I chose the one I wanted. I wired the money and they trucked the goods to my house. Just perfect service as 3 men installed the refrigerator ( there is a lot of packaging around a new product). I’m happy I did not have to unpack it and set it up. Great price excellent service. Thanks Sony
