Cool
little
restaurant
with
great
staff,
good
menu
and
excellent
food.
I
sat
outside
at
first
because
the
restaurant
looked
full.
But
as
the
motorbike
fumes
started
to
take
hold,
inside
the
restaurant
I
noticed
a
waiter
step
through
a
mirror,
which,
of
course,
wasn't
really
a
mirror.
It
was
a
door
into
another
room.
This
was
a
great
little
space
with
a
bit
of
modern
jazz
piping
through
the
speakers
and
a
nice
holiday
feel/vibe/ambience
(take
your
pick,
depending
on
your
age).
I
had
no
trouble
asking
for
a
tweak
to
a
dish.
This
involved
the
chef
having
to
make
Mekong
rolls
from
scratch
with
the
chicken
removed.
It
wasn't
a
problem
and
the
food
arrived
pretty
quickly.
Cantonese
noodles
were
top
shelf.
After
scoffing
my
scran,
I
noticed
each
vacant
table
getting
a
thorough
wipedown,
as
well.
Attention
to
detail,
kids
-
it
really
matters.
Honestly,
if
you
get
the
chance,
step
into
Fat
Chow,
through
the
mirror
and
enjoy
great
food
and
a
top
experience.
