We loved this place. Each section has its own pool so it never seemed to be overcrowded. Facilities were available in each room so you could cook your own meals if you wanted to. Lucy, in charge of housekeeping, went out of her way to assist in any way she could, including helping to blow up balloons for parties. An asset to the business. There was a very good spread for breakfast and the restaurant was always busy at night. A free shuttle bus every hour to take you to the beach and other close by attractions though many places were a 5-10 minute stroll away and I use a crutch to walk with. My only complaint was that is stage 3 where the restaurant is the floor in the walk through area was VERY slippery mainly from how the meat was cooked and even after complaining to the management it was never sorted in the 3 weeks we were there. An accident waiting to happen.

I was here to eat at the black stump steak restaurant. And boy I was so full! You can enjoy 400 gr steak at very reasonable price. And get free dessert as well! Must try when you're around. Oh, their cocktails are nice too.

Wonderful place to stay, gorgeous rooms (if you get the right side). I’m yet to try the restaurant down stairs but I definitely will before my trip ends. It’s close the the clubs, shopping, restaurants and the beach (all a 5-10 minute walk away). Very affordable for a 8 day holiday and the staff are amazing. Room service is quite pricey so try to avoid a late night snack. The massage place just next door is a must! The location of this hotel is wonderful, it’s just a bit tricky for taxi’s to get to but it’s so close to walk to everything you don’t need a taxi. EDIT: I tried the restaurant down stairs, it was very good. Cheap for the amount of food that you can have (unlimited meat and salads). I have noticed one thing that I’ve not been too happy with. In the 8 days that we’ve stayed here, not ONCE have our bed sheets been changed, only made. Obviously not expecting it to be done every single day, but every few days is acceptable in my eyes. It makes me wonder what else they don’t wash? Definitely not the best. *If you agree with my review please give me a thumbs up! 😊*

I stayed here in a two bedroom unit which contained a kitchen for cooking, a queen bed and two single beds and two bathrooms and plenty of space for my son to play in. I stayed here 8 nights. It was a comfortable walk to local markets, shopping Centre and beach. And also contained a free bus that done a loop around the major locations in the area every hour which was good. Lots of mini markets in the area, restaurants and massage places. Just watch out for local markets and prices and check prices of items from your own country before buying but at a minimum knock down prices by 60 percent of asked prices I think, or check local official shops first so you have a base of prices in the area. Massage places have a scam in the area where if you go in they will try to offer all these extra services and then hit you with a huge bill, so be clear on what your paying. Also only use blue bird taxi in area if you are using taxi and grab Does exist in the area which is like the Australian Uber. I got scammed by dark blue taxi in the area who said they had meter but didn’t realize until I got in that they already had it on 150000 even before taking off and then tried to milk me for 300000. So check meter of taxi when you get in as it should be zero to start. If you think you are scammed take photo of taxi driver number plate and report them. You can get a driver in the area for 500000 a day. Hotel also contains a helpful tourist information Centre, and the staff are very polite and helpful and professional and customer service is of high standard. There is a buffet breakfast which is good. Good for families and groups to stay. Only negative thing is the WiFi is extremely poor quality and constantly cuts out. Atm fees in the area are on average 5 dollars but I recommend if your Australian to get a ING debit card as you don’t pay atm fees with them. Overall I would stay here again.

Best stay in Bali yet. Great value. The water in the whole complex is purified; taps, shower, everything is drinkable. The staff are friendly and all speak English. The WiFi was fast. The breakfast had good variety but mostly Western food. The coffee was ok, but a proper espresso machine would be an excellent addition. The only bad point at all was that the door to our room needed a little effort to close properly. We had a great stay, we'll definitely be staying here again next time.

Because the hotel rooms are clean and cheap to book, the value for money is good. The hotel is located in the middle of Kuta. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes. Our room was above an average size and equipped with a kitchenette. The room lighting was uncomfortable for us (dark with blue color temperature). The shower armature was newly installed and worked very well. My wife complained of back pain in the morning, apparently caused by the old mattress. The pool areas are not large, but enough in size to cool down. In the early morning, suitcases are transported across the corridor. Then our sleep was over, because of loudness. The smell of the Rodizzio grill in the evening moves up to higher floors. What really disappointed us was the lunch snack from the menu. My chicken wrap and the fish & chips did not taste and were very expensive. Therefore 1 star reduction. For 2-3 nights I would recommend the hotel, for a longer stay rather not.

Let’s start with the negative, could defiantly do with new bed mattress’s your laying on springs with a bit of sheet over. Was a massive let down that even my 7year old daughter said mum it’s a hotel why isn’t the beds comfortable. They could supply water to brush your teeth. The pillow cases must of done there time as they are stained yellow. But apart from that the Hotel is very clean, breakfast is great. Both restaurants are delish. Although you may as well have the amazing steaks cause there great value for the price over there standard menu which is a lil pricey. Rooms are massive with everything you need just not comfy beds. We did enjoy our stay here though.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I had a lunch at this hotel restaurant. I heard from friend that this restaurant is giod at steak. So I visited here only for the steak. The time I visited was around 1:00 afternoon. There were many people who came for steak like me. Staffs were so kind and pleasant. I ordered steak, hamburger and beer. Taste was so nice and I cleaned every food without any thing on plate. This restaurant is connected to hotel, and could see hotel pool next to table, so it could be noisy inside table. Recoomand to sit at center hall if you wanna quiet time.

Good value for money for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in an outstanding location, right in the centre of everything in Kuta. Filtered water throughout. Aussie plugs in walls. We stayed in the older section so apartment was dated and not sparkling clean bathrooms but that reflects on the price we paid too. Best massages just out the front. So many places to eat and shop, all in walking distance. We will be back!

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Room layout facilities are nice (we took a 2-bedroom family apartment, with kitchen included yay!). Family-friendly place, nice park and pool. Recommended place if you're looking for a place for family holiday, close to the beach and Kuta shopping area. Location: quite a distance from the main roads, and the lanes leading to the place are very narrow, quite difficult for cars. Because it just reopened, not all facilities are ready yet (such as lift/elevator). Since the place just reopened (been less than 3 months), hopefully things will get better.

Clean and well presented rooms, comfortable beds. Good food selection from room service. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately zero care for patron safety, woke up in the middle of the night to a flooded apartment on our last night. Took a nasty fall while holding my 6 month old on our way out of the apartment (witnessed by overnight security) to another room to sleep until everything could be sorted in the light of day. Absolutely no care from the general manager who didn't even take 2 minutes out of his day to enquire about my welfare or our daughters. Acted like he was doing us a favor by not charging us for late check out but made no effort to have the room dried or safe for us to collect our belongings before midday. Spent the whole last day of our holiday laying in bed in pain, unable to get out and enjoy last minute activities with our kids. They agreed to launder our clothes that were all sopping wet, but refused further compensation because they felt it wasn't their fault that the pipe had burst and stated that 'how do we know you didn't damage the pipe to get things free' May have returned prior to this... but now definitely not.

Pros: Apartment was relatively clean with cool tile floors and adequate balcony. It was cheap but still reasonably clean place. Located next to famous steakhouse. Close to kuta beach. Cons: Located in tiny one way street so difficult to get to if drivers didnt know the place. Some grab drivers refused to come to pick us up and asked us to come out to main road for pickup. Depends on which side of building you get elevator. Minimal amenities as expected. Minimal kitchen utensils which were little disappointing if you were planning to cook. Breakfast was bare minimum. Wifi was terrible..! Need ear plugs as close to Legian where there are lots of clubs that play really loud music so had trouble sleeping. Would recommend to people who just want affordable but reasonably clean place close-ish to kuta beach (walkable, ~10minutes). 쿠타비치에서 10분거리 완전 좁은 골목사이에 있는 희안하게생긴 유닛이에요. 아 뒷쪽으로 5분거리 레지안깅 (클럽많은데). 길이 워낙 좁아서 공항픽업차는 데려다주다 차 긁음, 그랩 불르면 몇몇 기사들은 큰길로 나와달라고 부탁하는일 다반사, 원웨이길밖에 없어서 가까운대도 차타고는 뺑뺑 돌아가야대서 집에 돌아오기 오래걸렸어요. 유닛 어느쪽은 엘레베이터없어서 고생할수도있어요. 집/방 자체는 그냥 전반적으로 깔끔한 편이고 딱 서비스아파트스타일입니다. 풀뷰 발코니가 있어서 만족스러웠고. 풀은 들어가보지않았어요. 여긴 그냥 호주인 파라다이스라고 보시면 됩니다. 아침 진짜 실망스럽습니다 그냥 시리얼만 먹음. 오믈렛 해주시는분 어느날은 안익고 어느날은 너무 익고. 입맛 무뇌한 호주인들 베이컨에 마른 스파게티에 역시나 엄청 잘먹더군요. 제일안좋은점은 와이파이 진심 개느림... 카톡으로 생존신고만 간간히 할수있었어요. 숙소뒷쪽 클럽들때문에 새벽 2-3시까지는 기본 엄청 큰 음악소리 들립니다. 귀마개나 이어폰 꼽고 잤어요. 개인적으로 비추, 가족들과 싸고 그냥 적당히 깨끗한 숙소만 원한다 하면 뭐 가십시오.

Stayed there almost a month, the room we rented has it's own kitchen. It has 2 pools every evening had bbq dinner. This place is amazing. Close to the beach and surrounded by spa salons and little thrift stores.
