I have stayed at this place multiple times before, I have really enjoyed it in the past. I had recently stayed there and was very disappointed to say the least….. I had booked 4 rooms with double/queen beds however I was given 4 rooms with 2 singles in each. My parents and my family members and their partners were forced to sleep apart due to the mishap. We requested this be changed as this is not what we had booked and paid for however they were unable to do so….. After the second night and 4 trips to reception asking for our rooms to be changed we were told they had one room available with a double bed which we could switch to. This still left 3 other couples having to sleep apart (which was NOT what we booked and paid for). After the 3rd night it was decided we would book alternative accommodation and request a refund on our remaining 2/3 nights. Upon booking elsewhere and re explaining to management staff why we were not happy we were told they would upgrade us free of charge to a family room. We then explained again that we had booked accommodation elsewhere because our needs were not met and we didn’t get what we paid for. The staff there refused us a refund on our remaining nights and told us to take it up with the booking company. We tried doing this however had no luck and no assistance from any staff at Dewi Sri. We were very frustrated and disappointed and unfortunately will not be staying there again. I really do NOT recommend staying at Dewi Sri. We got talking to another couple there and they told us the same thing had happened to them! No refunds for the nights we left and no partial refunds on the room we had stayed in as it was not what we booked. Very very disappointed.

Hotel is okay, staff are good, helpful when needed. But this place feels like a bed and breakfast type of place. We booked for a double bed and in the end we received two single beds.(for a couple) Breakfast menu is sub par, one morning sent back food because it had hair through it, a real turn off and this also happened to fellow guests. Power outages and lack of water for awhile. Air conditioning replacement across more than one room. Early morning people returning upstairs reverberates through lower floors. My grandchildren could not swim in the kids section of the pool due to being filled with frog eggs. Manager offered a $20 rebate for being without power and water for most of the day. pathetic ! Won't be staying again.

Well located hotel, near Kuta main area Rooms clean, shower water flow good and the water gets quite hot. Mini fridge in rooms is a plus, but surprisingly no standard kettle and tea, coffee... And not every room has a hair-dryer. Each room has a little frontage with 2 chairs and table outside. The rooms will benefit a larger TV screen, as the bed is far from the opposite wall for me it was impossible to read anything on the little screen. But they have a very good choice of channels there. Pool area is good, the water is a little too hot on a hot day it is not really refreshing. For the amount of rooms/customers it does not have enough space to stay, unless there very early to get a deck chair. Parking is big and free. The hotel is in a dead end street, so not too noisy at night. If in deluxe rooms, you get the noise from the hotel beside, like music and chairs moving early am when they have bfast. Prices are better with some applications instead of direct with hotel.

Restaurant top... a really good Restaurant manager which is always working and progressing for something new... he is amazing 👏 the service crew is progressing in a good way... 👍 Service Restaurant 5 stars 🌟 My room was better in August but this month they give me a room with a lot of ants 🐜 also some water quilts out from the AC etc. -5 Points The one guy from the reception was telling everyone arround when my credit card was blocked because my country thought someone stealth my credit card. His behavior is a absolute no go... he looks like he should work at the gym but not on a reception from this hotel... he was not able to find a solution... I just sent the money to my brother so my brother pay at least our rooms... -10 Points The massage girls are absolutely incredible 😍 5 Stars 🌟 for the massage crew ✨️

I absolutely loved everything there. It was in such a nice and quiet location. The staff were so friendly and always positive. One girl, I didn’t catch a name, put ginger in my tea when I told her I had a cold. They are all so sweet, young individuals but are so amazing and passionate in what they do. The resort itself has amazing breakfast every morning, full of variation too. The rooms were so nice and comfortable to be honest. However, I would have liked more bigger rooms but it wasn’t much of a big fuss. Bali was such a beautiful experience and Dewi Sri just kept on making it a whole lot better of an experience. One worker basically every morning, folded new towels into different sorts of animals and shapes each morning for us. Very nice experience, would recommend to everybody 😊

My husband celebrated his 50th Birthday on 09.06, therefore our reason for 1st time travelling abroad, our 1st stop was Bali, our accommodation was four nights (12 to 15.06). We arrived in the early morning hours of 12.06 but we had someone at reception to meet us with a listening/compassionate ear after our long delay at Immigration at the Airport. The Hotel is perfectly located, as it is walking distance to the markets, mall, beach, reatuarants, etc but also quiet away from noise that can pose an unpleasantness. Our room was standard but was neat, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We did experience one or two things within our room but maintenance sorted it out quickly once brought to their attention. The grounds is well maintained and clean. The pool was refreshing after being out in the sun for a while. The staff overall is very friendly and we received good service. The breakfast was not a buffet as we are accustomed too but the breakfast was very satisfactory. May God continue to bless your establishment, management and staff, as your serve your guests with your skills, talents and abilities.

The staff are very friendly. Close to everything. But away from the noisy road. Nice pool nice atmosphere. The breakfast is to order and could be much better. The rooms are very basic and the bed is very uncomfortable. After a few nights my body was in agony sleeping in it. So the level of comport is low. It’s also very noisy, you can hear anyone above or below you or them walking or talking on the stairs. Sleep wasn’t great staying there.

Great hotel, food, rooms, pool, massages, location, service. Everything you need is here. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked, fresh fruits, traditional Bali coffee. If you want commercialised hotel or ‘coffee’ walk to the end of the laneway for Gloria Jeans. We come here for Traditional Balinese hospitality and that you will receive. Great relaxed environment and energy. Beautiful gardens. Swim up pool bar. Great staff. Live music on Saturday night. Quiet location. Easy walk to shopping down Poppies Lane, other restaurants and straight down to Kuta beach for sunsets. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Old style resort needs renovations beds are hard. Pool was clean friendly staff. Hard to find on google maps as location is the wrong spot

More a guest lodge than a hotel by the standards of my country. Rooms airy and spacious but not cleaned thoroughly, cobwebs here and there. The staff were friendly and professional can’t fault them on anything. Breakfast had its days, on good days it was really good and on bad days it was really bad. More variety needed on the breakfast especially because they are dealing with multi nationals. Safety was their priority

For the past five years this is the only hotel I have stayed at. It is Australian managed, and all of the staff are beautiful friendly honest and helpful. It is not a very large hotel which for my family and I is perfect. The rooms are clean the rooms are updated, the pool is always clean the towels are always clean. There is often a little bit of entertainment each day Whether it be barbecue lunch or some musical entertainment. The males are very well priced tasty and generous size. The breakfast however could be a little bit better with a larger variety. The staff there are also so happy and obliging to help you out with special occasions. And the massages ... why bother going anywhere else the girls are fantastic.

In general, I liked it. Close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, nice pool and bar, tidy room with good services. The only issue I had was with the A/C, which was noisy. It is worth it compared with the price.

Nice resort and pool. Rooms kept clean have a good shower. Rooms have lots of mosquitoes, not sure where they come from but it's annoying. You can get spray at reception. staff very friendly. Breakfast is very little and unimpressive.

The location was near many things, the wifi was solid, the check-in process was easy, the shower pressure and water temperature were great, and the patio was quite large. A doormat would have been useful in order not to durty the floor when it rains.

I love this place....Better service you will never get....The staff are amazing....They tend to your every need....They are truly getting getting back to their former self after the pandemic....I'll always go back here....

Great place and amazing value for money Simply loved it. Great price, friendly staff, amazing pool, good food and nice size bedrooms. Comfy beds, good air con, clean bathroom... And in a great location. You can't ask for more. If anything, the only bad thing was that because it is so close to bars and clubs you can hear the music from some of the bedrooms, but it didn't bother us much as the beds are so comfy you fall asleep super quick.

Ideal location if you want to party. Very close to all the clubs and bars. Unfortunately this means you will have very drunk youngsters making one hell of noise and waking everyone up at 04:00. Very nice hotel and very pleasant atmosphere during the day, however being woken up multiple times every night made our stay very stressful. Great staff and excellent Spa facilities. I would stay here again if I went with a group of friends for a party holiday.

Great hotel for when travelling on a budget. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We travelled in October , very hot and humid. Couldn’t swim in the day, I preferred to swim in the evenings when the sun was setting. Wi-Fi was available, but very choppy in the room I was staying. It was only fast when outside the room.

Polite, helpful, and friendly staff, beautiful facilities. Edit: I came back to update this review because the euphoria is gone and I'm more level-headed. The former review applies along with the following: the rooms are spacious and functional. Housekeeping was not great (they tended to only make the bed and not actually clean anything). You get what you pay for

Good value for money. Staff is very nice and willing to help with absolutely everything. One star off for the boring breakfast. If you're staying here for more than 5 days, consider other places for breakfast for a better variety. We were very impressed by the different animals made out of towels everyday by the housekeeping staff. Overall, we had a good experience.

2nd time I've stayed here. Really good quiet location. Friendly staff that remember your orders. Clean room's. 24 hr front desk. Pool is open until 11pm. Basic food and drink menu. But food places a 5 min walk away & can always order in with gojek food.

This was a fantastic cheap hideaway close to the bali bombing memorial, but well away from the busy crowds. It is located down a quite lane way. The gardens are lovley, and you can get a fantastic massage with even leaving the hotel. The rooms were basic but very, very clean. The bathrooms were tidier most. ( basically the pictures where what you get) The breakfast was a basic buffet but absolutely fine if you do feel like going out.
