Surely one of the 50 staff standing there can go get more ingredients? Also the card machine doesn’t work but they have 6 ? So another poorly run restaurant. Disappointing.

Venue looks very nice and the live band and dancers were very good. However we were a big group of 10 people so pretty hard to miss and we waited almost 40 mins without being asked what we would like to order for dinner. I tried a few times to wave the staff down but most were too busy dancing and mucking around too notice. Very disappointing service

Went for a Christmas function..cheap menu which did not match what was advertised, as seems to be the case often when these establishments try to cater to the tourist Christmas crowds. Disappointing..the only saving grace on this occasion was the local musicians who played on the night. However I wouldn't bother ever going back here. Has a very cheap vibe...

Booked for the New Year's Eve dinner. Unreasonably loud music since 7 pm, averaged over 105 bB, not relaxing vibe at all, music festival level- went through the night with earplugs. Stuff refused to swap us with empty tables further away from speakers as already assigned, not happy for the $50USD spent. According to US standards, these volume levels will cause hearing damage within 15-30 minutes which is absurd to have in a restaurant where families with young children might be spending the night!

Food is good, staff very helpful and accommodating. Fast food too!
