Although the food was good, my Peking duck arrived without the sauce, and it took three attempts to get the attention of different waiters to rectify the situation. The staff didn't apologize for their mistake or even smile throughout the ordeal. Despite being crowded, the restaurant didn't feel chaotic, and it seemed that the staff were used to this situation. Additionally, the restaurant didn't provide parking, and we were directed to a high-cost parking space. When we attempted to complain, our concerns were dismissed. If you're looking for the best Laota experience, I recommend visiting their branch in Jimbaran/Nusa Dua. They have better space, a more friendly staff, better food, and a proper parking lot.

The place is very busy and the service is therefore non-existent. Absolutely terrible!! The food takes extremely long and the drinks come after the food. When you order ice for your icetea they bring you more icetea and when you correct them they still charge you for it! The beer was not cold, all they did was put it in an ice bucket. Always full & crowded, making it a bit hard to get a quick bite or simply find an empty table to sit in, especially during dining hours, but it shows that people know they serve good food here.

the place was good, it was so crowded during public holiday so i gotta wait for 2 people in waiting line. i think they have staff shortage because the food came pretty late, 2 of my orders was not even on the list in the kitchen so we cancelled the orders, the food was good especially the porridge and the roasted duck

One of the best Chinese restaurants that I've tried in Bali. We ordered sapo tahu, dim sum, stir-fried kalian, udung goreng (deep-fried shrimp). OMG the topping on udung goreng is amazing, crunchy with egg and salted egg flavor. I really recommend this dish. We ordered some juices and they are good at well. We dont have to wait to be seated and food is served quickly because we came at 4ish, to avoid the long queue of customers. 4 people eating and drinking costs -~450k rupiah but we are really full and satisfied. The only improving area is the dimsum sauce is not served at the same time when food is out. The waiter/waitress will come to your table and pour the sauce from his/her kettle 😅

Small place compared the ones in Sunset road or Jimbaran. Difficult to found parking spot, need to go few meters and there is an abandoned shop strips turned in to parking place with 10K fee. Very minimum health protocol, The venue was packed, no limitation or social distancing. Food wise, different with the other 2 Laota restaurants. Too much porridge with fewer fishes. The taste is still good. But the waitress forgot one of our orders and we finally had to cancel it as it never came.

Second time coming here and I prefer this outlet compare the one in Sunset Road. The service is better here and it’s not fishy because the fish tank located outside. The food is delicious. I ordered one beef porridge and sweet sour chicken, enough for 2 people! Definitely recommend to come here for nice warm porridge 👌

Just OMG.. the taste was so amazing!! We tried the rainbow and normal chicken porridge, and also Cakwe. I have never thought porridge could be this delicious!! Great place to hang out or eat anytime of your day & night! The tea is big portion and dishes taste very close as the chinese original flavour which i missed a lot since came to Bali. Will be back and try different porridges they seems to make it perfectly.
