Doctor is good, staff are helpful. However they charge 400,000 IDR for medication that cost 150,000 IDR at apotek/pharmacy

I had diarrhea and stomach pain. My partner asked for a doctor at the hotel reception, which connected us with the clinic, and two staff members immediately came. We were able to communicate perfectly, and the staff was very professional. The consultation in the hotel was 800,000 IDR. However, they asked for IDR 1,020,000 for medicines. In my state, I said yes, only to find out later that the medicines could be bought without prescriptions and that they costed literally 50 times less in any pharmacy or shop. I recommend this clinic for a consultation or emergency, but do not buy medicines from them because they give them the price they want. Also, they did not send the medical report (necessary to claim the insurance) until I went to the clinic and asked for it.

I was seen within an hour and a bit. Service was very professional and very friendly. Very good value for money. If you are in need of medical assistance in Kuta Bali, then I thoroughly recommend this medical practice.

Took our son there last night after a bad reaction to a bug bite which caused his ear to swell and get hives on his chest and back. They were fantastic with their diagnosis and treatment. We were there roughly midnight last night and his hives is gone by the morning and the swelling in his ear has improved massively. Fantastic, professional, and speedy service. I was rushed to Emerg and I had both ears completely blocked with wax from being in the sea/pool (happens every few years), and needed them to be cleared ASAP so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday. The team at Bhaktivedanta were very nice and I was in and out with the procedure being successful in less than 1 hour. I only cried once. Overall I was very brave. This place advertises itself as providing medical assistance 24/7. I showed up a Monday morning at 6am and was told that the doctor on duty was sleeping at the hotel and wouldn't be back before "maybe" 7am.

Very good medical service. They were very professional and open about the price. They even checked general things like hearth rate. I found it particularly good that they advised to go for an other check up after tree days, at any dokter nearby (instead of insisting to go to their clinic). It gave me the impression that they focused on our health and comfort.

While on holiday I got really sick. Some awful bug or virus with nausea, dizziness and extreme lethargy. I dragged my sorry self to this clinic and was seen straight away. The staff were lovely and helpful and the clinic was very clean and professional. I felt a whole lot better within the day and can’t thank them enough for all of their help!

Visited them for my husband suffering from Bali belly. They are open 24hrs which is really good. They advise you the consultation charges immediately, which was 4,50,000 IDR. Doctor speaks English well. You pay additional for any tests. Just take prescription and get your medication from pharmacy. Meds worked and my husband felt better.

Wasn’t feeling well for a week. I had travel’s diarrhea/sore throat while being pregnant. Dr. I Kadek Yana Parastuta, MD and his staff were very kind and caring. They helped me find the safest and best medicine and I’m starting to feel better just after one day. Thank you 🙏

I can highly recommend the Dr and Nurse team who visited our Villa to treat my husband. They arrived within the hour, were empathic to his symptoms and clearly explained the treatment process. Test results were back within the 3 hours as promised and scripts were provided to aid his recovery. The office team promptly provded the paperwork need to complete our insurance claim. This is a nice clinic. I walked in and they saw me right away and the service was good. There's just one thing to be mindful of... The consultation was 450,000 rp. I'm not sure if that's standard or not. The doctor prescribed many different medications which they had in house. At the end, my bill came to 1,550,000 to which was really very high for the medication. I decided to take the prescriptions to the pharmacy next door where I was quoted just 425,000 for the same meds. In all, it was a good experience but I would only go for the consultation and prescription and get your meds elsewhere.

I highly recommend this clinic. They are 24-hours and I just walked in at around 7am and was seen straight away. The place was very clean and modern and the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable about the treatment than I needed. I was issued the appropriate medications on the spot. Was greeted by the doctor at the counter and brought in to be treated immediately. She spoke fantastic english and made it very clear the possible side effects before proceeding with intravenous medication. She encouraged googling, and was happy to write down the medications for me to do so. Was also kept for observation 20 minutes after to ensure I was safe from any side effects before leaving. Documentation was sent immediately after over email and whatsapp. Very efficient and professional service. They provide insurance coverage, and credit card payment too. Only down side was that they wanted to put me on an IV drip but the nurses were unable to locate my vein due to dehydration. Even after 4 tries. On different areas. I now have a bruised arm. However… I am alive and 100% recovered. That’s all that matters.

My partner had a blocked ear due to wax. The doctors we very fast and efficient at unblocking the ear. A quick softener and a syringing and he was good to go. Very much recommend.

Westerner here, I've visited this clinic multiple times for various issues and injuries. The reason I keep coming back is the prompt and predictable quality service. Convenient location; friendly staff as well. A bit expensive but worth it if you're short on time.

Exceptional. British tourist here - I got an ear infection whilst in Seminyak and went here. I was seen immediately and with zero wait time, the centre is clean, the doctor spoke excellent English, and the staff were very friendly. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend this centre for anybody who needs treatment whilst in Seminyak.

Absolutely fantastic! I cant recommend these people enough. My wife and I saw two different doctors from here and they where both fantastic, very professional, they spoke fluent English, they where extremely knowledgeable, caring, and not in a rush to go. Far better treatment than you would get on the NHS in England. Very fairly priced too.

Headed to Bhaktivedanta Medical at 2.30am because my gastric pains were so uncomfortable and the first clinic nearby my hotel, Padma Medical Service, was closed. The pain lasted for 3 days and decided I had enough with putting up with it while on holiday in Bali. Be assured that Bhaktivedanta Medical opens 24 hours and you are able to walk in without calling as the team sleeps on site. They woke when I pressed the bell on the door. The doctor was calm and thorough and although she looked sleepy, she gave me the medicine and care needed. Card payment is accepted here with + 2% tax and a medical report will be sent to you 2 days later for insurance claiming. Thank you team!

the best medical asisstant, not only very competent doctor and nurse, but also their therapy is acurate, the price is rather expensive, but it's really worth it, and also they really helping with my insurance. The staffs speak fluent english. Totally recommending this

The location is very strategic. I came for an ear control (swimmer ear) and all the staffs are very helpful. The doctor explained everything well from a to z. The price worth the service and outcome👍🏻

Was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes who spoke amazing English and could understand me easily. Quick treatment and gave me all documents required to claim on insurance. Consultation was around $50AUD not including treatment but great in an emergency.

I would like to give more than 10 stars if it is possible.I had a breathing problem in the middle of the night so I visited here. And Dr Mila and her nurses are all kind and gave a good care and comfort to me. They dropped me off to my hotel and DrMila especially gave me aftercare and she guided me.to book another hospital and pray for me about my health. They are so warm hearted people ever I met in Bali and I really appreciated all of your kindness and my body condition got better. Thank you all!:)

Went here to check my ribs hit by a surfing board. Spent 1,200,000 IDR on very basic examination like blood pressure - they don’t have X-Ray. The breakdown is as: - 450k for consultation - another 450k for medicine (a little painkillers and unguent) - 150k for ice bag - another 150k for equipment (maybe the blood pressure& oxygen test) Not recommend to come here if you don’t have travel insurance to claim.

The place is clean. The staff was friendly and professional. After the visit I was given medicines and a detailed medical report. Great experience with health services in Bali!

I had a wonderful experience at Health Clinic. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. I felt like they really cared about my well-being.
