During our trip to Bali, my partner and I fell ill and were in need of medical care. Fortunately, Berlian Medical Care Clinic was conveniently located near our accommodation, so we decided to visit them. From the moment we arrived, the service we received from the receptionist, doctors, and assistants was exceptional. The doctor who examined us was incredibly thorough, asking a lot of questions to determine the cause of our illness. Once he had diagnosed us, he explained everything in great detail, including how to take our medication correctly. He even wrote down instructions on the medicine packet to ensure that we wouldn't forget anything. Thanks to the doctor's expertise and the excellent care we received at the clinic, we were feeling much better within just a few days. We were so impressed with the quality of service that we received that we would definitely choose Berlian Medical Care Clinic again if we were to return to Bali. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are grateful for the care we received. :)

Had a motorbike accident and came here at night for treatment. Doctor was super knowledgeable and very good at explaining and what to do. He was also very understanding as I am not very good with pain and was very helpful during the treatment process. Good amount of english also.

I would just like to point out how professional and nice the staff in the clinic was, including a Doctor who really knew what he was doing. They welcomed me and reassured me and they really took good care of me. Would definitely recommend it if you have any sort of a issue that needs attending. Thank You Berlian.

We went there due to a strong stomach ache. Pros: Service was always friendly, knowledgeable doctor/ nurse and clear about the costs. Cons: the costs are way too high for the infrastructure and service provided. Toilets were in a really bad condition, specially for someone with diarrhoea. We paid 5.5 million for an IV incl medicals. However later that day we ended up in the nearby hospital (BIMC) which I'd recommend instead. It has medical specialists and emergency services, we ended up there finding better service at a much lower cost (3.5 million for late night consultation, IV, take away medications and urine medical tests).

I went there because if having the suspicion of Bali belly. Unfortunately i was correct in my suspensions🤦🏾‍♂️. They gave me the option for the IV or oral medication. I went for the oral because i wasnt throwing up. They were very kind and helpfull. I was shown the cost up front and had time to think about what i wanted to do.

I've been to a few clinics, but this oneee is next leveel fr – the doctors here are basically health gurus.

The medical team at Berlian Medical Care Bali were prompt on notification of our daughter’s illness. They came to our hotel and took all necessary precautions and testing. They followed up the next day with further testing. They were knowledgeable and polite. Could not fault their communication to us. Would definitely recommend them if required.
