No complaint! From the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and food & beverage staff are superb! Beach is walking distance🏖.This Holiday Inn is next to its Resort. Variety of restaurants around the hotel selling my favorite Indo food and western food for my husband😋. Also plenty of spa and massage place. A mall also is walking distance. We also renting a Yamaha Aerox 155 CC for about $6 a day, Seriously😳! Airport is close by, my husband even walked to the airport to picked me up but we have to use taxi to go back to hotel because I brought luggage. But I wonder why I never, never hear any of those airplanes sound at all. May be because the planes flight straight from above ocean to the airport? Kudos for the city planner. Oh did I mentions their rooftop infinity pool with their happy hour cafe? I would recommend this hotel for staying.

5.5 Stars! If I could I would give this IHG Hotel 5.5 Stars. Great, wonderful & superb staff. They make you feel super welcome. 125% in hospitality success. Great breakfast. Always nice smile from staff - which brightens your day. The only 3 things I didn’t like are 1) pool Hours, they close the pool too early; 2) staff member watching you while getting breakfast;I didn’t like that a staff member was there watching over my shoulder when I was getting breakfast. It just made me feel uncomfortable & I didn’t enjoy my food. 3) shuttle to the airport is not FREE and customers have to pay for it - which is annoying and creates bad experience. If these 3 things are corrected, then this hotel would be the BEST. 1 more thing: the slippers are so slippery and fall-hazard on wet surface. Be careful, don’t break your back with a fall. This hotel is amazing! I went here with my husband and son for one night before our flight back home and we had such a great experience. The staff was beyond helpful and knowledgeable of great amenities nearby. The rooftop pool was great especially in the evening with all the lights. The cool part is the roof top pool has a bar right in front of it making it a great place to just chill out and have a relaxing night. In terms of food we had to leave early morning so the hotel packed 3 containers of snacks such as, buns, muffins, cookies as well juice or coffee whatever you choice. Our room was great and was very clean and cold with the air conditioner working perfectly. We have no complaints with this place and would highly recommend people to come and enjoy this place.

Was an amazing stay, loved everything about the stay. One small incident that could have dealt better. It was my wife's birthday and I dropped a message in advance for making some arrangements (flowers, balloons, cake, etc.) when we check-in. However, the arrangement wasn't done. I wouldn't mind if I was charged for the arrangements but I wanted to make my wife feel special. The next day they arranged a small cake during breakfast from the lovely restaurant staff. The point is Holiday Inn missed that one point which could have been a delight factor. I want them to take this as a feedback for future guest stays.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Short walk to the beach, however I wouldn't swim there. Really nice early in the morning. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of food to choose from. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool was lovely and very welcome relief from the heat also provided an excellent view from there. Very helpful having free airport shuffle.

The location is very close to Bali airport. I didn't expect much but surprised with the nice hospitality of the staff. The swimming pool has a nice view to the beach. The room was very clean and Internet was very fast . Overall I enjoyed it!

Overall a very good stay at this hotel. Excellent location just a block from the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and professional. My room has partial sea view. Didn't realise that there's a free shuttle to the airport. It's a big plus.

Great place to stay for one night near to the airport. Staff is great and helpful. My flight got delayed and Krishna proactively offer us to drop out bags (for free) in the hotel two weeks after our previous stay. He stored them safely and even help us to put in a cab even if we were not actual guest at the time. Big thanks to him and the team! Breakfast can be better though :)

Stayed in this beautiful hotel on last October, with their homey concept, was something that we imagined before we made the booking. Their front desk team, Anya, was super friendly to assist our needs with her genuine welcomed and provides all information that we needed. The foods are nice and the team are helpful. We liked to spent time in their pool side while enjoying the sunbath. We can't wait for coming back again soon.

Such a great hotel! The room was so nice, very comfortable especially stay with a kid. Rascal kids club and fun zone are so much fun! The swimming pool, the gardens and the beach so much made my day. The staff are very friendly! Will back again!

Our life changing experience in Bali is all my family and I think and talk about. We were impressed by the hospitable encounter of the Balinese people and the stay at the Holiday Inn Express was most definitely a taste of paradise. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always greeted us with such genuine smiles and many times went beyond our expectations with service. There isn’t a single moment of which I felt disappointed with my stay, but rather a new high standard has been set for me to compare future accommodation experience to. I got a excellent service when i stay here. All of the staff are really kind and helpfull. It's a great hotel with a good facilities. Love the location as it is in close proximity to the airport and obviously the beach is at your doorstep. The staff is super friendly and the amenities cover the entire checklist. From dining to drinking to the spa treatment, this is definitely a great place to spend time in bali. The junior is obviously my choice pick for rooms. The only negative is the cost of the confectionery items and the gym is a tad on the small side but the can get you by in a jam. Great place to stay.

Cons: 1 - they don't have medical services or adequate first aid kit in 5star hotel! my spouse injured her feet, and they didn't even have ice pack in the location. 2 - Towels smelled really bad. Pros: 1. Service was quick and friendly. 2. check in and check out was easy enough. 3. breakfast had great selection (also good options for vegetarian)

We loved the budget friendly stay, and it's pretty close to the sea, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained, the options on room types are limited though, you have only 2 options, queen or twin. The only issue we faced was with food, they do have a breakfast buffet but that's it, no lunch or dinner, no room service, you have to get or have food from outside, Holiday Inn Resort is in the same compound or there are restaurants outside where you will get food for a lot cheaper. The pool is on the roof top with a fantastic view.

The room was slightly smaller & harder to open suitcases, bonus was bed and pillows were super comfy! Everything was really clean, really enjoyed our stay. Was also impressed to hear a lot of airlines use this place as their preferred accommodation.

Not a bad stay but the room was a little smaller than expected. The included breakfast was excellent with meat/vegetarian options. The rooftop pool was nice. We used the small gym and out of the 3 treadmills, 1 wasn’t working and the other 2 had a slight belt slippage. I was still able to run on it but I was definitely aware of the issue and could notice it. Wifi worked well. Paid $70/night which I think if a fair price but definitely not a bargain.

This is secondary property of Holiday Inn Resort and this is definitely not a 5 star property (just a 4star). Rooms are bit small but all other facilities are good. Breakfast was decent, Vegetarian/Indian food was there but taste wasn't upto the mark. One can prefer other hotels in same price range.

Best Holiday Inn Express that we stayed in. Free shuttle to the airport is convenient. Wide selection of hot and cold breakfast. Staff are attentive and always smiling, plus they all speak English. We enjoyed talking with some of staff members, namely Ketut and Soma.

Everything was good for the price we pay. Their free breakfast is really good. Staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel has a self service coin operated laundry, enough for 5kg only. Location is convenient to local food, restaurants, spa, and very near to airport. Provide free transfer to airport too. Worth every cents we pay.
