Hi
All,
I
went
to
Bali
with
my
parents
on
a
vacation
and
I
booked
this
hotel
in
Agoda.
It
was
built
in
Balinese
architecture
and
it
was
more
a
kind
of
home
stay.
My
first
impression
after
seeing
the
room
was
that
it
was
not
as
good
as
it
was
in
the
pictures.
The
washroom
was
also
stinking
slightly.
However
we
did
not
complain
at
any
point
of
time;
just
requested
them.
On
the
last
day
of
our
stay,
there
was
a
miscommunication
between
the
hotel
staff,
owner
and
us.
They
asked
us
to
shift
into
a
new
room
at
the
time
when
we
were
leaving
to
Lembongan
island.
We
told
them
that
we
were
already
late
and
the
driver
who
has
come
to
pick
us
was
waiting
there.
The
owner
was
least
bothered
to
listen
to
us.
We
tried
to
tell
him
that
the
staff
has
communicated
us
to
stay
in
the
same
room
but
he
kept
on
sticking
to
his
word.
The
discussion
continued
for
30
mins
or
even
more
than
that
and
then
it
became
a
hot
argument.
At
one
point
of
time,
I
told
that
it
was
the
owner's
mistake
as
there
was
no
proper
communication
between
him
and
the
staff.
Then
he
got
pissed
off
and
asked
us
to
leave
the
hotel.
We
requested
him
a
lot
even
if
it
was
not
our
mistake;
telling
where
would
we
go
now
with
the
luggage.
The
owner
was
very
arrogant
and
refused
to
listen
to
us.
The
main
issue
was
that
I
was
with
my
family.
Finally
we
felt
requesting
him
was
a
waste
of
time
and
checked
out
and
left.
"ARROGANT
OWNER!!!!"
