I'm so sorry for the cooks because they do a really good job. We had hamburger, ribs and Cesar salad and it was delicious. But the service... Where do I even begin? At the beginning we told the waiter that we are super hungry and in hurry actually. So we ordered drinks and food. Food was ready after around 15 mins and we were looking at it sitting there on the counter for more then 5 mins more while the waiter was doing I don't know what (just so you know - we were THE ONLY CLIENTS). Finally the cook went outside from the kitchen to let the waiter know that our food is waiting and getting cold… so the waiter... Started to prepare cutlery for us... After another 5 mins our food was finally served... But… still no drinks... When we finished our food we finally got our drinks - afrer around 25 min after placing the order with totally empty restaurant. But it's not over! Waiter could not print a receipt when we asked for one - he told us to take a picture. When we want out, we checked the picture and obviously it was wrong! The waiter put 2 x hamburger instead of one so we had to go back and ask for the money back. All in all it looked like it was his first day in the restaurant ever and comparing to general hospitality and kindness of Bali people it was the worst experience and the most expensive restaurant. We paid around 600 000. I think manager of the restaurant have a lot of things to improve...

I ordered the aussie ribeye, medium rare. The steak was light purple and cold in the middle, so I asked the waiter to have it cooked a bit more. The third time I had it back it was still cold and purple in the middle. When the waiter came back, I just said I lost my appetite. The manager came and asked me if I wanted another dish and I got the OZ tenderloin 200gr and that was even worse. The fries were good tho. The waiter was so kind and non of it was his fault. I think that they use old frozen meat. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I would understand if the place was busy and everyone got their food late. In our case, we had so much time to watch people came later than us got their drinks and food earlier. This is not right. They offered a discount, I just wanted the food, but they failed after more than an hour. Not interested to come back. Their food (that was served) was just so so. I gave 3 stars cos the place was nice and cozy.

Eh this is my fault for trying a steak restaurant in Indonesia. We asked for a rare aussie rib eye steak and the steak tasted disgusting. It was very tough to slice and very cold on the inside. If you had a proper rare steak, this clearly isn't it. Clearly it was frozen beforehand. Server asked how it was and I said it was just okay. And he said okay and walked away. Ambiance was just okay. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Nice place in Kuta, Bali! Henry's Grill & Bar is really good. The service was friendly and fast. The Caesar Salad was fresh and tasty. The Chicken Wraps were also good—lots of flavor. But the best part? The Chocolate Brownie. It was so good! It was rich and just the right amount of sweet. If you like desserts, you have to try it. This place is a must-visit if you're in the area!

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will constantly check in to assist you. Atmosphere is chill too. 30 days dry aged Ribeye was interesting with sweet buttery flavour. Highly recommend!

Bridges is my favourite fine dining restaurant in Ubud. I had a nice meal at Mozaic but I prefer Bridges for its affordability and atmosphere. The food is less refined and complicated, yet absolutely mouth - wateringly delicious, with Foie gras the Star of the show. The whole setting is stunning and the service impeccable, yet it's prices are not as over the top as some other of Bali's luxury dining establishments.

Enjoying the snack with coffees and some juices at my room and near swimming pool while stay in the arya duta hotel. Good taste and reasonable price.

Food was pretty good. My T-bone steak was really thin which I didn’t like and expect however very delicious. Angus steak was also very delicious and thick. Really loved the 3 different sauces it came with. The shrimp for appetizer was amazing. My son had vanilla milkshake and he said he loved it. I ordered a strawberry margarita which did not taste anything like strawberry. It was bitter and tasted like tomato. Service was really slow and we were in a hurry. After we paid the bill we asked to take the fries for take out and it took them more than 20 minutes to pack it. But over all the food is good but the service can be better.

I didn’t like the food and especially at that price point. Mashed potatoes were a tablespoon serving. Service was excellent though.

The other reviews here regarding the steak are 100% accurate. I sent my black angus rib eye steak back twice. Way undercooked and sooo chewy...never had a rubbery rib eye like that, not even the budget steak ar Woolies is that bad. After 2 attempts to correct the steak temperature, they offered me a sirloin...again, undercooked and tough as old boots, you'll notice there is no fat cap on this steak either...had the taste and texture of topside. I ate what i could as i felt sorry for the staff, who were realky nice and accomadating. The meat quality here is bad, really bad, definitely using frozen meat from a cheap supply im guessing and charging $45 plus 21% tax. Dont get a steak here, you'll be dissapointed and leave feeling ripped off. A shoutout to the service staff though Edit: Im now wrestling with stomach cramps 4hrs after eating here....probably best to avoid this place

Excellent top quality dry aged steak and deserts a bit pricey but it's worth it

Great food, nice ambience and exceptional service. Had their dry aged beef which tasted so delicious which made us come back for the second time. Also had their mushroom risotto and i must admit this is one of the best risotto i have every tried - italian rice cooked to perfection and it was not overly creamy too, however a dash of butter and white wine at the end might make it even better! There is also a pool table for you to use while you wait for your food to be served. The waiters are so kind and friendly! And as it was our first time in bali we were fortunate to chat with one of the waitress who recommended some places to go and we even arranged to go out on a day trip with her in the end.

We made a reservation via Chope and got 50% discount on food. Ordered aus tenderloin 200gr which was sooo tender!! The meat itself is very juicy yet crispy on the outside, medium rare was the best option. Had a early dinner at Henry's Grill tonight before jumping on a flight. Really enjoyed our steaks they were perfectly cooked and seasoned tender and delicious. We also had a ceaser salad crunchy lettuce crispy croutons and a well made salad dressing. Also had a creamy mashed potatoes all was very yum. Also want to mention our server Deni for his excellent service and friendly persona he was so good at his job. Really enjoyed our meal we will be back for sure.

Food, location and ambience are great. Awesome view overlooking the river and underneath the Campuhan foot bridge. We tried the meat lover, duck legs, gindara fish, spinach ravioli and a number of desserts. Coffee wasn't bad either. Overall a bit pricey though.

We have been lucky enough to travel to some amazing countries and eat in some fantastic places but this place, for us is easily in the top 2 or 3 of the best. I cannot write enough praise for our experiences that we have had here. Swigging Bintang or necking cocktails in the bar with the jungle in front of you is something I could do all night (and all day too). The quality of the food was outstanding, the atmosphere absorbing, the service immaculate - truly one of our most favourite places to eat anywhere.The only problem is it's over 5,000 miles from our house so we can't exactly 'pop out' when we feel like it - which unfortunately is all the time... Damn!

Won’t make a mistake of eating here again.

This restaurant is in an amazing location, we tried this place many times in each visit, and we had all kinds of food here, amazing plate design, good staff, reasonable prices, and quality are the key factors of their business, highly recommended with no doubt, they have the snooker table also available in the dining room

Perfect food , friendly & lovely people, they even shared with me some good places to see around & we had so much fun me & my wife. The desserts were top top top ! We spent the valentine’s night there , on the roof pool as well it was so special, a night we will never forget for sure. Special thanks to Tara & Oben, they’re my friends now & very helpful people they’re amazing.
