The hospital is very small and has limited equipment but the experience of the doctors are amazing and my experience having a serious bike accident was excellent, The ambulance came within three minutes The main doctor turned up within two minutes, then they started working on me I wasn’t overcharged I had 21 stitches in my head and the stitching was excellent work, they came and checked on me three times in my hotel room and didn’t charge me for this experience, they were super kind respectful and gave me five star treatment, Thank you Dr so much for making this experience One with so much care made me fall more in love with The Lombok people more. 🙏

Visited this clinic to have clean bandages put on some road rash from wiping out on a scooter. My nurse Yuri was great with the bandages and the lowdown on how best to keep everything clean and healing quickly. The boss, Sahar, was very kind and respectful. The whole place was super clean and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for medical attention in Lombok. Great English by everyone and they didn’t charge anything for service!

The doctors here are really kind and professional. I came back four times at their request to clean the infected blister on my heel. They gave me antibiotics and everything I needed to clean the wound by myself after these four days. When my friends came with me, they all gave us some coca cola, which was really kind. There was no issue regarding insurance, I could leave my drivers license and call my insurance later on and they all worked it out. Highly recommend going here if you need any medical help.

I recommend this place. I was in severe pain because of an acute lumbar blocking. The medical team came to the hotel to pick me up and they brought me to the clinic, the doctor visited me in a very clean space and gave me all the medicines. Finally, after one hour, I started to feel better. I am grateful.

I stayed at Lombok International Medical Service for 2 days because of an infection with typhoid fever. I felt very well taken care of, got different blood tests, IV and all the necessary medication. The nurses were very nice and always available. Dr. Cahya Dibrata was very helpful, even after my stay when I needed a different invoice for my health insurance.

Went there because of flu & dehydration. Got taken care of right away. Friendly staff & Doctor. Spent 5hours on IV for dehydration & they provided extra to get better. They offered me food, water & blankets. Only paid at the end of my trip in Lombok.

Dr. Cahya cleaned out my ears after they became blocked with ear wax from surfing. Now I have no more ear wax! Even managed to get antibiotics for a cheap price. Would highly recommend.

We came here after an accident with our scooter. They took care of us, cleaned our wounds and gave us antibiotics. The location is very clean and the staff very friendly. They are open 24/7, so if you need medical help, it will be the place you searched for.

Highly recommend this clinic. After a surf accident I was brought to the International Clinic to get stitches. From that moment on I came everyday for one month to get my wound cleaned. They did an amazing job and the staff is extremely lovely. After a month of seeing them its hard to say goodbye. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

Came here after a scooter accident, the staff were so lovely, they cleaned my wounds and put stitches in my knee, everyday they cleaned the wound for me this week until the stitches were out. They even offered me a ride back to my hostel. Reasonable bill at the end of treatment and just very good and kind people working there all round! Thank you all.

Rip off rates, save yourself a ridiculous amount of money and go to the hospital to the left. Friend had to have stitches and now has had to spend money on surgery since they were done so poorly. Public hospital to the left said that locals were paid money for taking you here, outrageous when tourists are in need of medical attention. When I was in the hospital with my friend one of the doctor's was being a complete creep, he kept asking her to go for a drink, was asking her to "hold her" and followed me back to the homestay because he wanted to see her. Avoid unless you want to be harassed by a big bill or an even bigger creep.

I had a small but deep cut on my shin (1.5cm) for about a week and kept surfing. It ended up getting badly infected so I went to the clinic. The Dr there gave me a local anaesthetic, cleaned the wound and put in 3 stitches. The staff there were very friendly. The cost of the local, clean and stitches cost 400k and with the antibotics(oral and topical) pain killers and anti inflammatories it came to 997k with a free follow up consultation. I've attached the bill for reference. Unfortunately after no improvement in 3 days I flew to Bali and went to the hospital there. First thing they did was remove the stitches and find more puss. They put me on IV antibiotics. Apparently an infected wound should not be stitched but dressed and left to drain until the infection clears. I believe the staff here acted with the best intentions but prehaps lack some medical knowledge, for more serious issues I would seek a 2nd opinion in Mataram or Bali. It is also worth contacting your insurance company as they have preferred hospitals to make the claim process easier. Look after you cuts if you are spending a lot of time in the water, apparently infections like this are quite common here and can put a dampener on your holiday.

Went here to get my last post exposure rabies vaccine and after comparing prices around kuta, this place had the cheapest price by far. I got seen really quickly even without an appointment and all staff were really lovely and professional. Highly recommend :)

I had severe diarrhea, coryza, and sore throat. The doctors in the clinic took good care of me. I got an infusion and antibiotics. After 2-3 days I felt better. Even good food and drinks were offered. Can recommend that clinic .

I went to this place with a really painful ankle after a silly fall. They helped me immediately and for the next week were really hands-on and even came to my hostel to check if I was ok. The best part was that they were very good at making sure I sorted my insurance from the get go, which allowed them to treat me with no fears of costs. Would definitely recommend!

I came here severely dehydrated and lacking minerals following high fever (dengue) and stomach troubles. I was very well cared for and they offered to look after me overnight too. My condition greatly improved in just two days and blood tests were also performed and processed very efficiently! I definitely recommend coming here if you are feeling unwell. Thank you

Our family has been coming here to this Clinic for over 7 years. The wisdom and knowledge of Dr Komang is second to none in Kuta. The service is fantastic and atmosphere is very welcoming. As residents we recommend this Medical Service. They have a long history and in-depth knowledge of the local area, local people and local diseases. 🙏

We went to the pharmacy just to get some ear drops. The man behind the counter took his time to get the drops, only to give us an unsealed and half empty bottle. Charged us 135k for it.

Great service, nice, English speaking and professional staff that know what they are doing. I was really sick when I got there and they kept me in their care for two days providing food and all. No problems whatsoever with payment, they handled it with my insurance company very well.

Clean place and friendly staff. 179 US-Dollars for a bed from 11 am to 5 pm including medical advice and treatment, medicine (on site as well as to take home), and infusions is acceptable I'd say. Definitely better than suffering! My travel health insurance covered all the costs anyway. I came here, thinking this is just a pharmacy to get some meds, after having a sun stroke the day before and spending a horrible afternoon+night in bed with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Should have come here right away. The doctor and staff took good care of me and I was feeling better within hours after some infusions against dehydration, some electrolytes+zinc, and some medicine against the cramps and diarrhea. Only "negative" I could think of is the fact that I was more or less treated without really being asked if I want to be treated and not being informed about the estimated costs. Thanks again to the doctor and staff!

I would highly recommend Lombok International Medical Service to anyone needing Medical assistance while on Lombok. The care and medical treatment I received when I hurt my leg was exceptional. They have very professional and friendly staff who gave me the best care I could have wished for. I am now back in Australia and my leg has healed well with no infection or any complications. Good enough service. But felt absolutely ripped off by pricing. Clearing clogged ear and antibiotics for a possible ear infection cost 800 000! That is absolutely preposterous.

If you feel stable enough please go to Siloam Mattaram. Its a very good western-like hospital. I don’t know how all the good reviews came together but it was the most horrible experience of my life. Maybe its because we were two married women, I don’t know There was no respect towards. They didn’t take me serious with the pain when it came down to putting a needle in to my vene. The doctor hardly talk to me and took no time. The male nurse (Lalu) who had to give me the IV and medicine almost killed me by pumping an airbubble into my vene if I hadn’t have stopped him. He was very disrespectful the whole time and made fun of me and my concerns. The food was not helping at all to go easy on your stomach. We ended up in a room in the back which was not clean at all. I came there with symptoms of fever, dierrhea, stomachache and nausea. Blood results and Stuhltest with positive Amoeba. They gave me the right medicine and I started feeling better after 3 nights. I did have to ask if its the right dosis for a couple of times because sometimes they forgot the antibiotics that you have to take 3 times a day to kill the parasite. If you have no other choice its okay to go here and to watch them very carefully but if have a choice don’t go. All they care about is your insurance money.

Complete and utter rip off. Found out afterwards I was overcharged about 5x for the medication and who knows how much for the basic, questionable cleaning of my wounds. Staff were trying to make money from the start, when we asked how much it would cost they asked what country we were from and where we were staying, trying to see how much money we had. Just laughed about a fly that kept landing in my open wounds. It’s a real shame that you can’t even avoid getting robbed inside a medical centre in this country, avoid unless it’s a real emergency. Just go to the hospital, at least they probably have real qualifications and a code of ethics.

My daughter had a very bad moped accident, and she received excellent care and attention from the doctor and his staff! She was here for 4 days and once discharged they would come every day, sometimes twice a day to our hotel to check and clean her injuries. I would recommend anyone in Kuta to come here if you need medical help.

I received 3 days of home visit treatment following an accident. They visited multiple times per day to attend to me, providing excellent care and all necessary medication. I went to treat an open wound on my chin and they helped me right away. Doctor was professional and clean. I received medicine for a 1 week treatment. Price was fair.

I had water in my ear trapped by wax. The doctor cleaned out the wax and explained why it happened. The water then drained naturally. I was given drops to protect against infection and reduce the irritation in my ear. He attended to me quickly and was professional. Very happy

My friend had serious head injury and it was all touch and go. Ambulance arrived within minutes and took her to hospital. As i arrived the drs gave her immediate attention, giving her pain relief, cleaning wound and stitches. As well as emotional support. As a person by her side i felt she was in safe hands. Offering drinks throughout and help. After three hours in emergency they even gave her a lift home and came every morning afterwards to check-in on her and clean wounds. As women we felt safe amd the Dr was very professional and educated Thank you for saving my friend

I came in after I opened/cut my foot backing up my scooter with the kick stand still down. The Lombok International Medical Clinic was great at dealing with the situation. They cleaned the cut and gave me pain killers before stiches. The staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out in 15 mins.

I was feeling unwell in the stomach and the owner of my accommodation (black fin villas) contacted the medical Center, in a very short time one of the nurses came to my room and checked my symptoms, he informed me that I was dehydrated and needed to go on a drip IV electrolytes. So they took me to the clinic. I was very well taken care of by the staff, Dr Cahyadibrata and the nurses were very professional. They gave me medication too take after the IV drip with very clear instructions. The clinic is very comfortable. Not ideal being sick on holiday. But the experience at the clinic was great!

We had motorcycle accident in Kuta, Lombok. We fall down from the motorcycle, because on the corner there was sand, which caused the accident, because our front wheel got slides. Local people helped us and took us to the Lombok International Medical Service. They were amazing, helped us clean the wounds, did couple stitches where it was necessary. Then they took us to our hotel and every morning they came clean wounds again and check how we feel. All of them speak English, so there wasn’t problem with communication. They even communicate with you over WhatsUp if something is necessary. After 4th days of treatment we decided to go to Bali, Ubud they gave us medicaments for another 5 days included vitamins E for better healing. I highly recommend their service. Thank you all guys! Me and my friend had severe traveler’s diarrhoea with vomiting and fever and were staying at the hospital for 3 days. It was simply the best. All procedures were explained to us, the medicine as well, everything was very clean. We felt extremely safe. The last day we even ate pizza and were given some traditional coconut-rice drink with fruits for digestion. We were given medicine to take home as well to continue the treatment without a problem. Extremely kind staff!! Recommend to anyone who needs medical attention in Kuta Lombok.

I arrived for Australia with a stomach infection. The staff were so kind and gentle as I was in a lot of pain. They spoke great English and were extremely helpful and fast to diagnose my infection with blood test then treat me with antibiotic. They place is very clean and safe. I was in very good hands and made a full recovery in a few day. The doctor even let me use there pool when I had high temperatures witch was pretty great.

Great service! We had a scooter accident and they really made effort to clean all the wounds, give us a shoot for tetanus and provide medicines and sanitary materials so we could change it ourselves when we left Lombok. They speak good english and explain everything. Really team of profesionals. You get good Europe standart services. And the best thing is that they handle all the paper work with your insurance so you don’t have to worry about it.
