The room was cosy/clean and staff was very helpful. Food was good. The toilet had a hose/shattaf/Muslim Shower - which was fantastic and a surprise for us and we didn't have to carry a eater bottle to the toilet.

Perfect location. Very clean, amazing staff and 10/10 breakfast… Only thing I didn’t like was that the AC was controlled by the receptionist. They are always happy to adjust, but the heater randomly turned on at 5 AM and woke me up. Other than that instance.. everything was perfect

This place is overhyped and overpriced. My room was clean but it was really hard to take a shower because it was kind of clogged. There was a balcony but no chair. The street is very noisy, I could hear cars and people all the time. I couldn’t pay with my card. The only thing I enjoyed here was breakfast - it’s really nice if you don’t mind instant coffee. If you hate it like I do there’s a nice place in the same building (it’s called Piatto, or sth like that. They have better coffee but you would have to pay extra).

In fact, this is the best hotel in Kutaisi. Ideal location, all several streets of Kutaisi are within walking distance. Large and new rooms, stylish and bright, many with balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is very good. Beautiful rooftop terrace, covered and open. For hotel staff: With the management of the hotel itself, there is a lot of room for improvement: - the shower is leaking (room 302) - the safe is very stylish, but it was closed and impossible to use (room 302) - there is a coffee machine in the room, but there is no capsule for it - no phone lists in the room (receptionist can be called 100) - you have to accept that the choice of tea is very important. for breakfast and in the room ONLY black tea. You need to have the same green and herbal teas.

One of the most hospitable and incredibly nice staff operating the reception I cannot describe how helpful nice and patient they Are, Gaga 1, Gaga 2 and Saba! You have my stay beyond oerfect, the room is beautiful, amenities are great! And the cleanliness us perfect , best hotel in Kutaisi in an amazing location

Grand Opera hotel is a swindler not a hotelier. Beware of leaving your card details, they execute unauthorized deductions of booking cancellation cost although the booking is valid/ cancellation isn’t approved by the guests. the hotel refuses to reimburse the money which has practically stolen.

It's a very nice hotel, good rooms, very nice service and overall great location, since it's in the center of the city. We only stayed one night and we had a pleasant experience.

Probably the best hotel in kutaisi, the rooms are big and very clean, the bathroom is big also. The location was perfect.

It’s not 4* hotel. No facilities at all for 4* hotel. No lounge area where is reception as must have 4* hotels, just one sofa and two armchairs. No bellman to help you with luggage in 4* hotel. Fridge with minibar instead of working for cold is working for heat. Telephone it’s broken and u can’t call to reception. The light in the room it’s one main only. Lamps plugs are not combined with sockets and it’s just for a decoration. Or nobody check all this or they don’t care about it. The slippers are awful, the cheapest ones. And we speak about 4*. Water pressure in the shower is awful. The shower sets are also looks cheap. The only good I can say is the room was clean and is nice view from rooftop bar but it’s not enough to have 4*

Can't be better! Location is perfect, rooms are comfortable and clean,, breakfast served with nice smiles and the terrace is the in-place of Kutaisi! Food is great and prices are great. Service is given with true hospitality feel like home. Giga, Givi, Christina, Lisa and the cute little smile one at breakfast all made our stay amazing hence we also extended our stay. Excellent hotel. Big rooms and the balcony was amazing. Side of the busy road and the location is very good. Wendy’s is just across the road. Busy road, sipping coffee from balcony by watching the traffic was an amazing experience. Breakfast was good. Many tourist attractions are nearby. No parking facility available.

The hotel is fantastic. Great location, in the center of the city. The cocktails at the bar are delicious ! The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend it.

The location is one of the best - in the city center near everything you may want to visit. The rooms are very clean, well designed and large w/ more utilities and things you'd imagine. The service & the staff is very friendly and detail oriented, adding extra value to the stay. I highly recommend this place as one of the best stays in Kutaisi.
