very bad experience, sales staff name "manoj" deal with us, he was staring me dirty, not answering our queries carefully, we felt total insecurities, i asked his name to the girl standing behind him after some time owner himself come to us and balance things, i was surprised when i saw the staff behind him using funny names and jokes for the owner and his family

We recently bought some Silver items from Kamna Jewellers💫,we had some complaints regarding those items but I must say owner(Uncle) personally attended and provided the resolution right immediately(replaced my products) without any extra charges. Actually I came with a complaint that silver items at getting yellow with in a week,however it is a natural phenomenon of silver to get oxidized. Overall my fear was resolved patiently and mutually.
