The worst food and customer deal i ever had i ordered chicken fry from this restaurant and got bone pieces which doesn't had any fleah on it and the pieces were too small not enough to hold in one hand and i contacted the owner of the restaurant and had a very bad response from him told me he will continue selling these kind of products and you can do whatever you want while on asking refund they asked me to delete the review from zomato and after i did that they refused on paying refund such a worst hotel

Ordered Chicken Biryani today, taste was okay but it was cold and was feeling like Chicken curry and Rice. Chicken Biryani had Egg also. Also ordered Chicken fry with that, very less pieces for Rs. 100.

I tried contacting resturant they didn't picked the phone. Then I bought food from some other resturant. So irresponsible and don't know how to treat customer. I ordered through Zomato......vadas, masala dosa, ghee roast, plain dosa....vadas were good and tasty, but the dosas needed a bit more salt.....the sambar and chutney was too watery....there was huge chunks of vegetables in the sambar... overall good but would have been better if eaten at the restaurant.... Delivery due to distance will always have its floss like not hot, not crispy...

In one of the hotels in Chengannur we ordered chicken curry it was late so we don’t have any option so we chose that place ans the quantity was huge but the very next day all of us had stomach issues vomiting . So it has become a nightmare in ordering foods in Chengannur. But today felt so hungry and I found this restaurant and had no expectations because it was the first time . But honestly the meals was really good . All curries were equally good . Quality was good. But i have a suggestion to put more rice in meals while packaging
