Slider
Station
is
a
renowned
Kuwaiti
restaurant
specializing
in
burgers
and
tapas,
which
has
expanded
its
presence
to
Muscat
and
Bahrain
since
its
establishment
in
2007.
This
culinary
haven
is
the
brainchild
of
Kuwaiti
Chef
Basil
AlSalem,
and
it
continues
to
captivate
diners
with
its
delectable
offerings.
During
my
recent
visit,
I
indulged
in
some
of
Slider
Station’s
signature
dishes.
The
Maple
Buffalo
Shrimps
proved
to
be
a
staple
and
a
must-order
appetizer—a
delightful
combination
of
flavors
that
left
me
wanting
more.
The
Commando
Fries,
topped
with
cheddar
cheese,
jalapeños,
grilled
onions,
west
coast
sauce,
and
crispy
roasted
onions,
were
a
tantalizing
treat
for
the
taste
buds.
Additionally,
the
new
addition
to
the
menu,
the
Maple
Buffalo
Chicken,
proved
to
be
a
great
appetizer
with
its
fantastic
flavors.
Moving
on
to
the
sliders,
the
Midnight—with
its
American
cheese,
lettuce,
mustard
onions,
pickles,
and
west
coast
sauce—delivered
a
classic
combination
that
satisfied
my
burger
cravings.
The
Classic
Chicken
slider
was
a
delightful
twist
on
a
timeless
favorite.
Finally,
the
Solar
Gravity
burger
took
the
spotlight
with
its
bacon
and
cheddar
cheese-infused
double
patty,
American
cheese,
pickles,
crispy
onions,
and
gravity
sauce.
It
was
messy,
but
undeniably
delicious.
While
the
food
at
Slider
Station
lived
up
to
its
reputation,
it’s
worth
noting
that
the
wait
time
for
a
table
exceeded
30
minutes,
which
slightly
diminished
the
overall
enjoyment.
Nevertheless,
the
service
provided
was
splendid,
and
the
seating
arrangements
were
comfortable,
although
I
would
advise
against
choosing
the
upstairs
area
for
a
more
enjoyable
experience.
It
is
important
to
mention
that,
compared
to
previous
visits,
I
noticed
both
inflation
and
shrinkflation
affecting
the
prices
and
portion
sizes.
However,
Slider
Station
still
delivers
a
quality
dining
experience
that
is
sure
to
satisfy
your
cravings.
