I've
gone
to
this
gym
for
over
a
year.
It's
got
a
great
variety
of
equipment
and
recreational
facilities
if
you
need
them.
I
personally
only
used
the
gym
section.
The
downside
to
the
gym
is
the
after-work
rush.
The
parking
lot
gets
full
and
there's
a
ridiculous
amount
of
really
loud,
buffed
up
dudes
who
overtake
the
gym.
The
basement
gym
is
a
lot
peaceful,
but
the
equipment
isn't
as
good
and
there
aren't
any
windows.
The
trainers
aren't
very
helpful.
But
I
did
have
a
few
trainers
who
helped
me
spot
during
a
lift,
which
is
enough
for
me.
I
really
wish
they
had
a
subsidized
price
for
people
who
only
use
the
gym
and
locker
room
area.
The
swimming
pool,
sauna,
hot
tub,
squash
court,
pool
tables
are
something
I
NEVER
used,
and
still
paid
KWD35/month.
I'm
now
going
to
a
basement/gym
in
a
residential
area.
In
a
nutshell,
thumbs
up
for
the
equipment,
thumbs
down
because
of
the
after
work
rush
and
standard
pricing.
