They have a restaurant inside and a supplements shop which comes in handy if you don't have any pre workout. It's open 24 hours so if you're someone who gets up early, you will absolutely love it here. Be careful parking close to the gym itself since people aren’t that mindful while driving and don’t walk outside wearing open toed shoes.

Pros: The gym is in a really convenient location, plenty of parking, it is well maintained and airy, packs an impressive array of amenities & equipment in a small space. Staff are polite & most members are courteous. Cons: Unjustifiably sky high membership fees (even at the annual rate). The rates charged might be "competitive" by Kuwaiti standards, but by International standards it's almost extortionate (around US $140/month for a tradotional gym!). Even though this practice of overcpricing is unfortunately common for decent gyms in Kuwait, it's still not good value for money & this isn't OK. When I discussed this (politely) with the owner of the gym I was met with the rudest, disrespectful response. No one can force a business what prices it charges, but you never EVER have the right to be disrespectful to your customers. I refuse to support businesses like these, and I'd rather take my hard-earned money elsewhere. Sadly, there aren't any comparable alternatives unless you are willing to accept a lower standard gym.

Excellent gym, I’m not interested in the 5-star hotel gym with impeccable interior design, just a gym that has everything I need and it’s clean and well-lit and feels active. They have a fitness room, weights hall, free weights section, cardio section, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, showers, changing rooms, water fountains, and the rotating box that you put your swimming trunks in and dries them in 30 seconds! And to top it off...they have: a cafeteria, prayer room, nutrition shop, clinic, tons of lockers, and tv screens everywhere showing football, basketball, animal planet and national geographic.

Gym is a bit dated, a lot of things worn out, small and not enough space. Lots of machines and weights. Needs some renovation or a complete over haul. But price point is excellent for a yearly subscription.
