😠 Terrible customer service. I asked for a refund after only one session because of a very rude personal trainer and lack of communication from all levels of management. I have contacted the owners and they told me they'll investigate and call... It has been 3 months and I have not received an answer.

    Very classy gym without being pretentious. The staff are very professional but also very friendly. High quality equipment. The overall atmosphere in the gym is very pleasant.

    By far the best gym in Kuwait. Very qualified trainers and friendly staff. The lockers are the most practical I have come across. Bit pricey though.
