Hi good day to all Today I went to salmiya al salam mall kuwait to buy a coin (i get a msg from kalyan jewellers),there is a one customer handler name is ranjith who is the very bad behaviour, he make me embarrassed . He talking with me so bad which I cannot mention. I informed your manager he telling less staff that's y he busy. I think it's just a excuse. Brand need to take a action on it .might be he will do with another customer. But finally I took what I need from other person . Sorry to say its last visit in kalyan jewellers. Thanks

One of the best jewellery in Kuwait . Which is situated in Kuwait city back side of grand supermarket. Very good collection of gold ornaments and platinum ornaments . More over the staff’s are very friendly and polite . There is enough parking space over there .

Worst sales representative, they are not even willing to show the design neither they talk to you on product we want to buy. Just like as if you see what you want and go. They not bothered to sale you.

In less words , billing issue in the generation of reciept.. they wasted my 1 hour just to get an advance bill of my one diamond products. And also ask them to give u in written if they are committing any thing to you.

Kalyan Jewellers Kuwait City branch is very very good branch...all the staffs are attentive as i entered the shop they all stood up as a welcome and ready to assist. I purchased a ring and a bangle and they offered us so many options and the salesmen are so patient in assisting us in choosing even it's already 10:00pm (closing time) they never asked us to get hurry...we went to farwaniyah branch before and the staffs there are opposite...Kuwait City branch deserves a good review and recommendations...keep up the good work guys! I'll be buying more from you soon.

Visited this evening to get a quick eat stud for me wife. Was standing there no one acknowledge untill I asked if he had staff to serve me. Then was seen. I spent less than 5 mins and wanted to be out. Then the whole horrible experience of billing. The guy charged me and then just ignored and tried serving another customer untill I told Him man finalise me first before you start serving the next customer. I think poor management and lack of customer awareness within the team. Would I go back again? Probably not

Today i went to the store to purchase a gold for my friend in canada around 3:05pm not to be exact. And it goes somethin’ like this. I enter the store two people inside without greetings, its fine for me. I ask the sales associate if i could take a photo for reference of my friend in canada since she is miles away here.he allow me, Then i ask the S.A can he give me a hand to to grab the the chain. And i ask him if i can vc my friend to see the chains and he said okay without any enthusiastic. And i ask him about the chains and his so irritated he speak in his word with his co-worker and they are both upset.without any reason why? They told me stop V.C to my friend if i will purchase just buy what i want. for me its a wrong answer. Apparently they do not like sales today or everyday. I therefore conclude, i believe customer is always right… they’re rude and they do not care their job…
