The place is nice, the setup for tables perfect. But i had the worst food. And regarding the attitude of the staff; I know my reservation for 2 hrs, but it’s embarrassing when they come several time to remind me that time is up, the good hospitality is to give the customers some allowance since we are not in school. Not recommended.

Cozy atmosphere. Well decorated, lots of indoor plants makes seating there comfortable. Food is taste and coffee too. Restaurant located in second floor. They have option to special ceremony booking.

Nice location for special occasions, the food is average. The decorations and the atmosphere are the best thing. I hope they improve the menu or at least allow you to order from the actual resturant and not limit it from the lounge menu. I found a stone in my salad and they offered me coffee as a compensation.

One of the best experiences I've had with lounges. Topnotch atmosphere, good service, visually appealing interior. As soon as you enter you're greeted with dim and jazzy atmosphere, light music and a welcoming aura. The reservations are quite reasonably priced, and the food is an absolute steal. Must visit for all the reasons above.

Gio Lounge has a superb atmosphere and is a very lovely, fairytale-like location. Anyone looking for a romantic table setting should definitely go here. Considering the restaurant's dazzling appearance, the quality of the food and the price are excellent.

I came to celebrate my birthday since my previous visits to this place were pleasant, but I honestly had THE WORST TIME EVER!!! The waitress was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. We got our food and we waited about 15 minutes to get ONE drink, because she forgot about the others. Then, when she was serving coffee, she spilled it all over my friend’s shirt and on the table and she didn’t even apologize. What’s more, we realized that MY FRIEND’S COFFEE HAD A PLASTIC LID IN IT !!!!!! I’m truly dissatisfied with the service. The staff should be trained properly, because it’s ruining the restaurant’s reputation. And also, the place should be cleaned since it was all dusty.

Amazing and so attractive place to spend quality time with friends and family, loved the service, the prices is little high for the reservations yet we enjoyed alot. Restaurant located in the second floor there are prayer room before you enter the restaurant and also dress code no crocs no sport short no sport pants. Amazing ambience, tasty food We tried eat our lunch there. special thanks for Mr. Ramy for visiting our table and make sure everything was as expected.

We've been there just few days ago the ambience and place is sooo beautiful. Specially if you want a romantic dinner or lunch. Food was soo delicious we order beef tacos and the have lots of choices for fresh juices that taste sooo good.the only thing that was not good is the music wish if you use the small speaker and play song for the close curtain cabin you play a slow romantic or relaxing music so it's not annoying to the other guest. The music you play is already nice bt when you use the small speaker it's really annoying and too loud. But all in all the gio lounge is excellent
