Amazing hotel! Clean, neat, and comfortable. But the AC inside the bedroom was so hot no matter what. The staff is great (Mahmoud and Abdulhalim). I had one problem: I ordered breakfast from the barcode and received a completely different order; It looks like the barcode was for an outdated menu and I'm still waiting for a refund or response. Suggestions: the hotel needs an extra trash cans for the bedroom and inside the kitchen.

Very nice and comfy venue. Definitely recommend. Didn't really like the surroundings as much but what can you expect from a city center, so no real complaints anyways. Rooms are quite nice. There's a gym and swimming pool onsite as well. Give it a swing if you're in Kuwait City

Suitable for short stays The staff were very helpful , I arrived early, and they checked me in. The hotel was quiet and free of noise. The location was great, close to tourist attractions. The room is clean and has the most important facilities, but it is small.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Room was large and spotless. Friendly staff. Good room service options but slow service. Small kitchen with plates and a few pots, kettle, and microwave but no cutlery.. tiny tea / coffee cups.. very odd. No kitchen bin. The shower flooded the bathroom as the door was not sealed. Location was ok, but you need to taxi everywhere. Use Careem app... taxis are not good.
