Awesome hosts- simple Kerala breakfast served. Incredible view. Great price. Clean accommodations. Warning- it is a beach style bungalow with no TV, no hot water and an extremely firm mattress! I will go there again...I would move in if I could :)

Good stay. Affordable price. The spot is also nice with beach nearby. You could sleep listening to the waves. The family is very friendly and approachable.

The ideal home stay experience with a lovely Keralite family. The house is right on the beach road with guest rooms on a terrace that overlooks the Arabian Sea. Ask for the rooms with the sea view if they're available. Can't get closer to the sea than this! Open your front door to views in the pics. Breakfast was delicious local cuisine prepared by the family. Comfortably away from the crowded beach spots, this is absolutely a serene and peaceful experience with warm hosts Rajeev and family.

We stayed here for 2 days. Must visit place. Homely cooked breakfast and tea was tasty. View from room is very good. Very affordable. Safe place to stay with family too. Rajeev brother is very helpful with everything. Will visit again whenever I visit cherai beach.

Amazing room, beach is right outside, food was very good. Mr.Rajeev was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy.

If you need a no-nonsense place with a hawai view and vibe. This is the place. I stayed only one day but it s was enough to connect with the very friendly owner and the spot.

The best place to have a rest on the beach. Restaurants, action places are few minutes walking from the home, and the ocean with the sandy beach are 20 meters. The room was cozy and tidy. And the host was very hospitable and very nice! As a result we spent wonderful time there.

The owners were good people's. Sorry to say that the homestay did not suit my family consisting of two kids and my wife. Booked for two nights in the month end of March but had to cancel the last night as it was too inconvenient due to the warm weather. The homestay is just 20 metres from the beach which was the plus point.

Nila Homestay is apt for travelers looking for peace and serenity. The best and closest view of cherai beach, away from traffic and crowd Rajeev's place is a home away from home. I was travelling alone and felt safe and welcomed at Nila homestay.
