The
hotel
needs
maintenance
on
the
interior
and
the
exterior.
I've
been
here
in
2002,
2012,
and
now
in
2022.
Before,
this
used
to
be
an
upmarket
hotel
with
a
great
restaurant
and
busy
bar.
None
of
this
exists
anymore.
We
had
a
'new'
room,
but
due
to
poor
maintenance,
the
carpet
was
molding
at
both
entrance
and
bathroom,
making
it
soggy
and
smelly.
Same
for
curtains
in
the
bathroom.
Below
the
window
plants
are
attracting
mozzies.
The
food
was
very,
very
bad.
We
did
not
even
have
breakfast
anymore.
The
staff
was
friendly,
but
an
atmosphere
of
fear
culture
was
in
the
air.
The
management
was
visible
behind
a
glass
screen,
but
never
took
notice
of
any
guests
and
would
never
reply
to
a
'hello'
or
'good
morning'.
This
hotel
is
missing
a
heart
and
ownership!
