This Gem made me wait for the knight in shining armor 🤭🤣. Awesome rooms, great view and a restaurant with a bar on the premises there is also a beautiful pool outside. Staff was extremely accomodating and quick to assist. Some of the rooms also have a fireplace in. This is a beautiful place quiet and away from the city hustle to relax.

Being a vegan, I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the waitress and chef who managed to conjure up a hearty and delicious 😋 meal for me. The atmosphere in winter was super cozy with a roaring fireplace and flat-screen TVs to track the sporting action with. Thanks to Lawrence and his team.

Lovely place to stay before your trip up Sani Pass. Comfortable rooms. Good menu. This part of the world can be cold! Our room had a small heater and extra blankets. The bathroom was freezing and hooks to hang towels would have been nice. The shower was great! (Until your neighbour opens a tap) We enjoyed our stay and felt we got what we paid for. The pub was busy and trendy.

The hotel needs maintenance on the interior and the exterior. I've been here in 2002, 2012, and now in 2022. Before, this used to be an upmarket hotel with a great restaurant and busy bar. None of this exists anymore. We had a 'new' room, but due to poor maintenance, the carpet was molding at both entrance and bathroom, making it soggy and smelly. Same for curtains in the bathroom. Below the window plants are attracting mozzies. The food was very, very bad. We did not even have breakfast anymore. The staff was friendly, but an atmosphere of fear culture was in the air. The management was visible behind a glass screen, but never took notice of any guests and would never reply to a 'hello' or 'good morning'. This hotel is missing a heart and ownership!

The food is good. Service is a little slow. They serve alcohol to over 18s and the sports channel is always in rugby. Billiards available to play. Decent prices.

Overnight accommodation with friends. Rooms quite dated and not enough heating for winter, but dining room and lounge very nice. Food was excellent
