We stayed here for 12 days. Excellent housekeeping. It felt good to be back to a clean and fresh room after a tiring day. Rooms are big size. We are a family with 2 kids and were comfortable in the space. Excellent location as well. Bus 31A from airport to the hotel. Metro station just 3 min from the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Swimming pool is awesome with good views. Nice people at the reception too.They gave us free wifi which otherwise has to be paid for. Only issue we had was there was smoke smell in corridor even though it was a no smoking floor.

Stayed 3 days and was fine, romms are very small but all facilities available, nice service 👍

Staff very friendly and helpful, was staying there for a couple.of days during my quarantine as close contact. The hotel really tried to do the best they can to make it more manageable. room size quite small, but stay there was initiated by DoH as close contact, so out of mine and the hotels control.

Room smells of smoke, and hard beds , no extra bed covers, and very noisy in rooms next to me. 😠🙁

If you are purely looking for a room, just to stay overnight, this is the hotel for you. But be cautious, the location doesn’t close to any tourists spot or even getting there through a public transport is not convenient in any means. The room was decent, but don’t expect any services. We booked for one bed’s room, but when I checked-in the counter, they said it is not available and upgrade us to a twins bed’s room…although a balcony is provided but don’t want expand privacy because of the location. Also, because there are so many Chinese tourists staying there, it gets noisy in the night and really smelly cigarettes smell in the corridors.

Hmm it's cheap and looks good on the surface. Full of mainland Chinese. If you are saving money fine otherwise would probably try another place.

Very clean stylish chic hotel, rooms are bit smaller, but the most convenient rooms are the garden terrace rooms with personal balcony

Hotel is located in a not so central area, however there are lots of local eateries within short walking distance of at least 5mins. The neighbourhood where the hotel is situated great to escape the bustling city. Slower pace & lots of local eateries priced lower than Kowloon areas/Hong Kong Island. Hotel offers shuttle bus services to nearby MTR station (Kwai Fong). If you miss the shuttle bus, there is a bus stop just 3mins walk from the hotel (take bus no 31). The hotel staffs are very friendly & polite, always greeting with a smile. Despite attending to many uncultured mainlanders tourist (asking multiple questions & cutting queues), they always try to be as polite as possible 🤣😂 Buffet breakfast served was simple, with little varieties (could do better). There’s a 7/11 located just below the hotel. There was some issues with my Klook booking, but the hotel handled it well. They allowed me to check in first while trying to rectify with Klook. They were very polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel, I will be booking it again for my next visit.

Silka provide free shuttle to Kwai Fong and Tsuen wan west station, that’s cool Room provide free wifi and it is stable Reception is friendly and helpful Room is clean and amenities are equipped

We stayed there for three days. The hotel is ok only. This place is far from the city centre but you can access the Hong Kong centre by bus and metro easily, nearest bus stop is only 200 meters away. Overall stay was satisfactory.

Professional, Excellent, Clean, Exquisite and worth the price.

We had to quarantine in this hotel and our experience here was amazing, it was very clean and the location is very convenient. The shuttle buses were good and we didn’t have to wait a long time for one. The room were of optimal sizes, it wasn’t too small and the showers were hot enough and not cold. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Queenie I would like to thank her for being so kind and obliging. She would follow up on us everyday and ask if we were doing fine or if we needed anything. Whenever we needed more amenities like extra towels or water bottles they would send a great amount to us quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Their free use of cellphone for their guests is one of the perks when you stay in this hotel. Location is quite far from the city centre and their shuttle bus is a good attempt to compensate this weakness. Better if they have more frequent schedules, though. Comes with free Breakfast, but in all the 5 days that we stayed there, food is the same. Needs more variety. Some staff are okay, but the majority seems to be otherwise. Could be language issue, or some cultural context. A more pleasing Customer service would be more welcome. Rooms are very small, probably typical for most hotels in the city. Hallways are also narrow.

Have to stay here for 15 days due to a quarantine order. In these 15 days, the service here was super amazing, especially Queenie, and all the front desk staff, they are very friendly, professional, and super helpful. They truly serve us from the heart, this is totally out of my expectations. Thank you!

Had to stay here for four nights bc HK entry requirement. The interior is a bit old yet the service is great. Hotel staffs called you up to check up on you. Cheers to them!

I would like to thank Ms Ata and Charles for taking care of my friend while she's staying there. She spent her 40th birthday there and Ms Ata/ Hotel Staff had arranged a beautiful cake. Located next to industrial area. A lot of shops on next street with market and bus station. Hotel delivery services to up room is fast and excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel to all of you! I stayed 3 nights with my husband to meet the quarantine requirement. The hotel room is clean which is super important. The staff is super nice and kind, they make our stay feels like home especially Line Operator QUEENIE and CHARLES. They step in our shoes to see how to make things right for us. I know I keep making trouble, but they still tried their best to help me out. You can order outside food, and staff will help promptly deliver it to your room. the hotel food is not that bad but it's always nice to have other choices.
