The service is good here but the food is so hit and miss, I ordered the bacon and egg roll which we've had here multiple times but this time it looked like there was zero effort put into it, sent it back and they just toasted it more. Such a shame as its in a great spot just can't get reliably good quality food.

Rude woman at order site. Ordered soup.she was quite rude to all our group,6 ladies. Never told me a half hour wait for bowl of soup, nice little waitress did so I cancelled as the others only ordered coffee as they were told wait time. Again lady was rude to me. Will never go there again

Everything about this Dome is just what anyone could ask for. Food delicious and portion sized well. Coffee tastes lovely. No long excessive wait. Friendly service and wait staff. And best of all for us is the restaurant atmosphere. No loud drowning out music and noise like most other restaurants which makes for a much more pleasurable experience.

Very friendly service and decent coffee. Floor is grubby and needs a good clean/polish. It makes for a shabby appearance to what is a popular space.

I would like to address a little problem I have with Dome in Kwinana and im sure im not the only one and feel free to comment your own experiences, now I don't usually get online and complain about a establishment try to make a profit and provide jobs to the community, the franchise holder in today's economy probably don't need the public relations problem however this problem is not with the company as a whole, but with the employee within the establishment for two reasons, one - Kwinana Dome employee's if you are busy and need time to do the task you are doing, fair enough I understand it can get busy in the service industry however picking and choosing the people you serve, for what ever reason is incredible wrong, especially In this day and age. Two - This is for the costumers that are reading this as I hope it helps some one in the future, it seemed today (as I can only speak from my experience), the staff member and person being served. Were well aware I was waiting to be served, look im well aware as a customers sometimes we get caught up in our day to day tasks however being a good person is free and takes little to no time out of your day, all im asking is for the next person that witnesses something like this just speak up you could make someone's day and in the end you will still get served. Please Kwinana Dome employee's im not trying to tell you how to do your job as im sure you have your fair share of difficult customers, all im asking is to not paint all your customers with the same brush and remember working in hospitality requires working and servicing people from all backgrounds, races , beliefs, demographics and financial situations for the sake of the community making someone feel welcome and worthy of being a customer will make a business and keep an employee in a job, but bad public relations will cause a decline in just that and leaves the door open for competition and unemployment. Kind regards and to a better community in the future.

Food was not worth what we paid. Rotten banana and strawberries on kids meal, cold food, terrible and tasteless coffee; and I thought avocado was meant to taste like avocado - not a lemon! Didn’t realise that when staff make a mistake it’s the customers fault either! We are locals but will be travelling elsewhere in future

This is our usual coffee stop but quite disappointed with the apple pie and apple strudel which wasn't up to standard. Apple pie base tasted uncooked and my wife's apple strudel and custard wasn't warm as requested

Very dissapointed today. Soggy bread, dried up Spinach & green leaves on both meals, tasteless dried chicken. Luke warm coffee's. Only positive today I'm afraid was the wedges & salsa were good. Definately not rushing back. 😒

Come down with my mum to have some lunch and a drink. We ordered ice coffee and a young man by the name of Jayden made them and they were the best and the lady that cooked our wedges made them perfect it didn’t burn our mouth out being to hot and they didn’t taste like other food has been through the fryer the oil was clean. Thank you for the great experience.

Always positive, nice atmosphere. It's just a shame as a coeliac I am too scared to order food since I got sick due to gluten crumbs in my food. I wish they would understand and be more careful. Otherwise, very nice place to catch up with friends.

My order and my husband was wrong, dry scrambled eggs (????) and poor service. Don’t go there!

The food here was absolutely delicious and the menu contains a great variety in range with a fantastic range just for kids too. The staff were friendly and courteous and everything we ordered came in a timely manner. The shop itself is quite nice though can be a little chilly in winter if you are near the automatic doors. I imagine if I had come here in the summer I would likely have had a higher rating for the atmosphere. Yay, an excuse to come back 😀

If you've been to one Dome, you've probably been to one just like this one. The menu is the same as every Dome. I decided to work from the Cafe/Dome for the morning, Coffee was decent, I had the Scones and Jam and cream which was pretty good, I would say they didn't provide enough jam and cream for the size of the scones. Table service was great, the staff were genuinely helpful and pleasant. The queue time early in the morning, The staff should utilize both registers to move through lines more quickly when it is busy. The atmosphere was enjoyable, it was not too loud at all. The booths are plush and comfortable.

Went to Dome Kwinana for breakfast expecting a good quality serve of pancakes but unfortunately mine were really dry and thrown together with no care! Also got banana bread toasted but also unfortunately it was burnt and flavourless, I’ll suggest to have a hard think for other breakfast places in Kwinana

Was with a group, ordered first. When our food didn't come out after everyone else's, had to chase it up. When it finally arrived, it was cool too cold. Won't be going back to this Dome again

The place used to be a great morning out with my children a few years ago... now it is a lot of unproffessional conversations and poor , extremely slow service. I came in this morning to sign my children up for the creche services inorder to have some time doing paperwork alone in the cafe..... Rethinking this idea, am going to look for other options first.

I have to say I personally did not like Dome Kwinana. I felt, even at the ordering desk, the person was being a little sarcastic towards me Also I waited ages for a cup of coffee and when it finally arrived it was cold. I simply hate cold capachinos, also I had to ask for the piece of chocolate fudge brownie I ordered, which came much later but the coffee couldn't get colder. I thought of complaining to the duty manager but I was put off by the uncaring attitude prior to the cold coffee being served, but I won't be going there again. I felt as if bigger orders were being made and served first abd coffee and cake left to wander in the air. There are plenty of cafes in Kwinana I only went to Dome because it was convenient but next time I will go to my usual Cafe, Sarah's Pattisery were service is quick, with a smile and the coffee is hot. SORRY DOME BUT NO SECOND CHANCE FOR YOU......................

Kwinana is a beautiful town. I drive in early morning surrounded by greenery and the raucous but beautiful sight and sound of cockies and crows. My breakfast at the Dome is perfect- ciabatta toast and a couple of perfectly cooked poached eggs plus a weak latte. The service is good. The coffee shop is nestled in a complex of library, art exhibitions, community activities and offices, and close to the shopping centre. It is comfortable with a variety of seating options and amenities close by. I can recommend the French Toast and scrambled eggs as well. Lots of parking available but I guess I'm there early so I'm not sure about later in the day.

Good place to charge your laptop, not much more. Food is extremely average and over priced. The head chef is a microwave. The coffee is great when compared to blend 43 but if your paying cafe prices you can do so much better.
