Open on Easter Saturday, which was very helpful for my family who just wanted something easy after a long day. Their "thin crust" is more like normal pizza, with their "deep pan" being very fluffy and slightly undercooked. 5 family pizzas took about an hour to make, although they did warn me it would be a 45 minute wait so not too bad. Took two calls to get through, but again - Easter weekend, so not too bad. Hawaiian was decent - plenty of pineapple, lots of ham, just enough cheese. Maude the greyhound seemed pretty happy with her crusts too. Nothing amazing, but a decent pizza place, and I'll probably order from them again, same time next year

Ordered meat lovers pizza. My pizza came out really spicy as if someone put chilli sauce on it. The meats on it was undercooked also. It was nasty. When I called them about it, they didn't even suggested a refund or another pizza. Poor customer service. I threw it in the bin. Never buying from them again ☹️

Omg. Cheesy garlic pizza. The garlic was cooked. And the pasta was to die for. Sooo yummy. Can't stop eating it lol. Great job guys. I highly recommend Kyabram Pozza & Pasta. Awesome. 5 Stars

Ordered over the phone a small entree sized mushroom pasta which is a number 4 on the menu. Went into the store and paid and got charged more than an entree size. Got home and realised they had given me the complete wrong order. Received a number 7 with chicken in a main size. So was charged more and was given the wrong dish. When rang to complain. Insisted I received the right meal even tho I kept explaining I ordered a 4 not a 7.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's great when you make an order and they take your money. However, it is a different story when you get in touch because there is something wrong. I got yelled at over the phone simply because I called to let them know that there was something wrong with the order. When I got there in person to drop off the pizza and get a refund I was met with rudeness and aggressive language. Customer service is beyond poor.
