Service didn't exist. Sheets and pillows old. Only provides Max of 2nd daily make up room services. Messy rooms no care at all. Unclean. Most of the time no one is in attendance. Much better and cheaper places to stay in Kyabram.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Room carpet was soaking wet. I asked lady at reception and she said ''put towels on the floor and turn on the heating you'll be fine''. Because of wet carpet there was so much smell in the room. They did not offer any solution. I had to leave the motel at night and there was no apology. I had to call 'Kyabram Country Motel' just down the road and had to book a room. They are AMAZING! Highly recommended.

This was a lovely 4 night stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, very quiet and close to main street of shops and pubs. The pool was nothing flash but everything else made up for that. I was sad to leave. Thouroughly enjoyed the stay.

Booked along with several family members for an important event/anniversary. However three weeks out all of our bookings were cancelled and no reason given. Not only that one of our group was asked “could you stay an extra night?”. Best case scenario they needed to house flooding victims but more likely took another booking over ours (advised there were “double bookings” but this makes no sense what so ever). Attrocious customer service.

Rather than staying at a Motel in a major nearby town, I chose Kyabram and this Motel after reading other peoples reviews. From a friendly and helpful greeting at reception, to a clean and well presented room, very comfy bed and very acceptable amenities, and the quietness of the location, we were very impressed with what is provided for an excellant price. Food can be bought at take-a-way shop across the road, but we did the 10min stroll into town for our evening meal. The only 'downside' was the poor Wifi coverage. It dropped out regularly, which was very frustrating trying to plot our next days route on our motorbikes. Apart from that - stay here, you will not be disappointed

I made a reservation online for a family event. Some other family members had their booking cancelled. I received an email saying I could cancel free of charge but my booking didn't appear to be cancelled. I called to check and the receptionist pretended to not have my booking. I gave her a confirmation number and she then said the room was not available. No apology was given.

Old & dated. Smelled so strongly of soap we had to keep the door open for a couple of hours but it was a 40° day so not impressed with that. Floor was wet when we arrived so our shoes made it dirty. Freezer was a solid ice block. Another patron yelled at us for parking next to them. They were parked in front of our room. Receptionist was disinterested and distracted at check in. Only booked the place because we left it too late to book for NYE and we wanted to be as close to Elmore as possible. Its not that close. Would have gone somewhere else if it was available. Would not stay again.

Stayed here taking two rooms whilst checking out the silo art in the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and a great variety of coffee, tea and more. Toaster, kettle, mugs all provided. Great value and Kyabram a neat town where the locals take pride in their houses yards and town.

Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much hassle. The rooms were immaculate, great amenities and a great selection of tea and coffee. Very comfortable for one night or a longer stay. I travel a lot for work and they had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I will definitely be back to the Kyabram Motor Inn.

Stayed for work, wasn’t expecting anything flash but definitely was not expecting a dirty bathroom and bugs to be walking freely throughout the room. Had to leave early due to the place being horrible and no refund or apology of any sort was given. Quite disgraceful and definitely not the Australian way.

Terrible, such a shame to see a once lovely property go so downhill. Unwelcoming, unkept and so dirty.

The rooms were neat and clean.

Short walk to town. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

Nice rooms. Good to see they had one room that had easy access to the shower with grab rails for my elderly mother. Plenty of tea and coffee (& hot chocolate). Close to township and friendly owners.
