Loved this place, of the 3 hostels this was my favorite. A few hiccups with booking but after that was resolved, I really enjoyed the location. It's close to lots if attractions, easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. The hostel has a kitchen with everything you need, a restaurant inside and help the whole time. I would stay here again.

The next day we couldn't use our key cards because for some reason they cancelled the booking "because we didn't show up" and the list keeps on going. Room, bed and shower were ok, nothing more. There are better hostels in Kiev if you want a nice and enjoyable stay.

Horrible customer service, their magnetic keys to the rooms are not working and if you go to the shower outside of your room - be sure to get locked out of your room and walk wet downstairs to find anyone to open the room. The restaurant in the same building is good, nice to have that so close. Downside is walls are thin and this place is very busy and thus noisy. Even in a private room you hear the hallway music until 23:00 and at 7 in the morning people start slamming doors are hauling luggage. I stayed for four nights, so I was able to get a pretty good feel for the place. So the good parts first. Staff is really helpful and speaks good English. The bedsheets are to small for the bed, so it doesn't cover the mattress completely. Beds are squeaky. There's no shelf to put your phone and there's a gap between the bunk beds security railing, which makes your things fall down easily. But the major problem was the lack of proper ventilation, the rooms are extremely humid and oxygen deprived, making it very hard to sleep. Overall I find it hard to recommend this place, but maybe this is as good as it gets for hostels in Kiev.
