Good food fast service nice atmosphere we had lovely dinner

The food is very tasty and teh atmosphere is vwry nice and well decorated. The only problem is that although there are so many staff running the whole time, but can’t serve every table on time. So you have to be patient and wait until someone notices you and comes to take the order. You’ll be very lucky if an English speaker could follow your order. But in general the staff is respectful. They have delicate cocktails and smooth tasting Shisha as well. That I truly suggest if you are a shisha fan. You can smoke after your food in balcony. The price is higher than other places but the experience worths the try. My advice is to go earlier than the common time for lunch or dinner so you’ll be served earlier maybe. I went at 18:00 and it was Ok rather than the time I went for lunch. They have a lot of artworks downstairs like an exhibition and lots of art piecea in the decorations around the rooms. Nice elegant choices of colour and lighting. The bread is purely fresh hot and tasty, with their olive oil is mouth watering. 🤤so if you are patient enough, check the place out! 😏👍🏻

Just amazing. The whole vibe from the lash lighting to interior design. From its understanding waiters to its quality food. It has been designed and managed well. I would have preferred that the Fish & Chips not to have as many bones inside it. We were separating all of the small and large bones. I would have expected that the waiters or the chef informed me of this before ordering or before eating. Overall, for this type of restaurant the waiters need to be more attentive, the right questions should be asked, and their knowledge of the menu must increase so that customers are fully satisfied. For an exquisite restaurant, lounge an exquisite service must be provided. Therefore when reviewing all small details are taken into account. I’ll be visiting soon again, and hope to improve the 3 star to a 5.

Great dinner with family tasty food polite staff

The atmosphere is chilled, the waiters are trying to give you the best service and are very attentive. I can recommend the Turkish breakfast especially. All fresh and good quality. Have been here a few times on vacation. Even though it’s central, the prices are reasonable.

The first time I ate here I was quite disappointed. The waiter confused my order and we were charged for a meal I couldn’t eat (due to allergies). This put a dampener on the initial experience but the dish I reordered was very well made. On my second trip to Cyprus I decided to give the restaurant a second chance purely based on the food. I have now eaten here three times. The two subsequent experiences have been far more pleasant. I can even compliment the service received! There is a large variety of food to choose from on the menu. Each dish I’ve tried has been delicious: beautifully presented with wonderful flavours and fresh ingredients. The price is more than fair considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes!

The House Lounge Bar & Restaurant is most authentic and modern lounge and restaurant in North Cypress in Girne. We were looking a place just for relaxing and eating, we did drive around the town but nothing found, and came a cross this place . It was best decision we had.most relaxing atmosphere and very professional Friendly and caring stuff. If you are in Kyrenia don’t forget to visit The House Lounge Bar and Restaurant..Highly recommended.

My partner and I had a very disappointing experience at this stylish bar/restaurant last night. We hadn't intended on coming, but the restaurant we were headed to turned out to be closed. It was a Friday night, and they were expecting to be busy, so they told us we could have our table only for one hour. This was acceptable to us, but then the food we ordered took almost an hour to arrive! During that time, there was no explanation or apology, and we were ignored at our table, having to flag down a hapless waiter twice. No manager ever came out to apologize, although the waiter did offer us coffee or tea, which we declined because we were short on time. And, needless to say, no one showed up "within an hour" to claim our table.

In the basement there's a gallery so you have to see it each week they present a painting of one artist

Beautiful decor. Food bit hit and miss. Great steak, pitiful pizza. Service very good when you can get waiters to notice you.

A nice place with an artsy design and a gallery downstairs, and some vegan options on the menu. Recommend!

We waited for 20 minutes sitting no one attended us only to be told that it's a set menu and there's nothing else available, wish we were told earlier it'd have saved a lot of time! Very nice decor however

High class in Kyrenia. Historical building with a art gallery in downstairs that have a new exhibition every two months. High class food and drinks with extensive wine menu. A must olace visit in Kyrenia.

We were here twice. The service is great and food delicious. They have minimum 3 options for vegans. I had the vegan plate and the wrap! Both were good.

Trading on its colonial grandeur doesn't hide its poor service and down right shady trading. Be aware some items on the menu are in euros, if your paying cash count it out to them as they'll tell you haven't paid enough if you just put it in the book. Far better places in Kyrenia.

Excellent lounge, free and big parking behind, their spaghetti bolognese is to die for. Their waiters are also very pleasant. Overall they offer great service

Nice relaxed atmosphere and set in a traditional Cyprus house. Excellent service and quality food. Little bit pricey but always excellent and varied food available. Highly recommended

Place was nice, was a bit of communication issues but nothing Google translate couldn't help with, not sure if we lucked out on drinks but it seemed like nothing was measured or shaken with the cocktails or a simple spirit mixer so you was tasting either more alcohol or hardly any of the alcohol, however this would have been a 4 star had I not found an alive caterpillar in my salad which made me question if they washed the ingredients or not

Tasty food, quick services. Minus one star because "light spicy tommato sauce " mean VERY HOT sauce. We cannot eat, but anyway payed . Beef wrap very tasty.

Lovely place to go food and service great but watch when ordering either a bottle of wine or processo as ask for the price before hand or your have a real shock.

Plenty of free car parking at the rear of The House/Garden by producing your restaurant receipt. Inside decor was very pleasant. Service was OK, but I was not impressed with the menu or food, and I found it expensive and not worth effort of a drive into town. We won't go back.

Firstly you must have a reservation otherwise you couldn't able to find a seat as it is the Colony's Hotel restaurant. The most of the tables were already booked for casino and hotel customers when we went and the waiters didn't help us. We only had a dessert but it wasn't so good.

We went today after reading it's reviews and recommendations. It seems originally was very beautiful designed house , well decorated with special taste of colours. It has both inside and balcony sitting area , garden as well. Everything was perfect except the service, the restaurant wasn't full and we only ordered two deserts and tea , we received the tea but the desert came very very late ( after half an hour at least ) after we finished the tea. And when I told them it's supposed to come together the desert with the tea ( as usual in everywhere) , the waiter told us that we should have said that we wanted the dessert and tea to come together. Why would I ask something implied in all cafes and restaurants . But the desert was excellent worth waiting .
