Staff was friendly and helpful. Can speak English very well. especially two staff members who were working on the customer service. Thanks, Mr. Dmitry & Tilek and who cook us usually dinner. I enjoyed it.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet and safe area. The staff were amazing very kind, hardworking and helpful. The room is very comfortable clean and equipped with kettle, mini fridge, tea, water. Also complimentary toiletries and slippers and robe!! Around the corner is a great grocery store and the city center 3.5km very easy to walk!! Breakfast is very good with many options; they have 24hs kitchen and complimentary coffee, tea and cookies during the day. Also, I used their airport transfer and they also organized a taxi to take me to Burana. I am very pleased with the drivers! I must during your stay In Bishkek!!

The hotel is not far by the city center. The hotel is clean and new with 24/7 services. Tea and coffee always available. Mr. Sergey was very helpful with all our needs and always is greetful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is my favorite place to stay in Bishkek. I've stayed here many times, and there is little turnover in the staff. They are so kind, thoughtful and attentive. The room is comfy and has everything I need. The breakfast is beyond excellent. On my last night of the most recent stay, it rained and the staff provided umbrellas for our use in case we needed one, which is just an excellent example of what they are like. I highly recommend them and will stay there again the next time I'm in the city.

This was a great little hotel. Not fancy but convenient and clean. Sleek, modern look and feel. Efficient use of space. Loved the cook. The complementary snacks were awesome, tasty, and plentiful. Front desk highly accommodating, spoke good English. Taxi drivers do not seem to know this end of the road where the hotel is located, so keep your eyes open for the signs in the median.

I am from Kyrgyzstan and it was my first visit to Futuro Hotel. Must admit it is a very nice place where price matches good service, room is neat and clean, bed is comfortable to sleep, stuff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast included in price is tasty, has a big variety such as fresh vegetables, dairy products, bakery, chicken and other. There is also a nice small terrace outside, that is an advantage in warm seasons. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Bishkek.

We were delighted to stay in this hotel. All other recommendations turned out to be true, the breakfasts were delicious and varied significantly throughout our stay (very important when booking more than 1-2 nights), we got a clean and cozy room in European standards, not to mention the friendly staff and the airport transfer option. I will surely recommend Futuro to anyone.

What a fantastic hotel. The room isn't the biggest one but the cleaning are excellent and it have all facilities needed for a pleasant stay. This hotel is a great starting point for your vacation. The hotel is a little bit outside of Bishkek centre and that make it even better. Much less traffic noise and less pollution. The breakfast on the hotel is a good starter for the day with a mix of everything from sausages to fruit and cakes or you can have a omelet if you feel for it. The staff is unique, very polite and helpful in all ways. The hotel don't have so many rooms so it's not a huge tourist machine and the staff notice every guest. They do whatever they can to make your stay so pleasant as possible. If you have kids that must have special dietary or you have a special request for food you can ask for it and the cook will try his best to fulfill your request. Why pay a lot of money for a big fancy hotel to get a chocolate on the pillow when you have the possibility to rent a room at Futuro where you meet fantastic, helpful staff, have good food, good cleaning and a good room. Futuro gives you a lot of value for your money.

Amazing hotel. Wife and I have travelled to over 50 countries, stayed in 100s of hotels, guest houses, hostels, home stays etc and this one is in the top 3 for us. Great staff, amazing food and very clean room. One of the very few hotels where you get more than you expect. Keep it up guys. Note to Owners: you have amazing staff!
