It was two incredible and wonderful days in this yurt. The elegance and decoration of the yurt captivated me. It's such a warm and welcoming environment. We came with my buddies and had a difficult time with the cuisine. However, the owner provided a fantastic breakfast and dinner. We adore it!!! I wholeheartedly recommend this location for your vacation!! ❤️ Will definitely come back to Barskoon <3

The best guesthouse in Kyrgyzstan! The family are so kind & helpful. Couldn’t recommend more! We also had amazing breakfasts and dinners during our stay. The location is slightly out of town but is peaceful and surrounded by amazing views of the mountains.

We found this guesthouse to be the best we stayed at in Kyrgyzstan! It’s very clean, comfortable, beautifully located, has delicious food and wonderful hosts. We stayed in a yurt, which has a private bathroom. Be aware the location is not easily findable during the last kilometer, so if you’re with a taxi let the driver call the owner. The owner can also order a local taxi for you (which is cheaper than what we paid when hitchhiking and costs 120 som from/to the main road).

The guest house is just perfect. The whole family, the yurt, the food, the place. I can only recommend this to every traveller. I'll be back again next year. 100 out of 5 stars !!! Trust me you won't regret it

Wonderful place. Very warm people. Great location. View of the mountains. Dinner was amazing . And watch them cook it in their kitchen was a real authentic experience. We had a suit of 2 rooms con3cted one with big bad and another one with 2 spare beds and great view to the mountain

We thought this place was fantastic, we arrived in a storm without a booking and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. There was a choice between a beautiful yurt and a room with hot showers and toilet. They provided dinner at a reasonable cost and is what you would have expected from anywhere else in the area. Breakfast of porridge, eggs, bread, pancakes was included:) All the guests ate together which was nice to be able to share stories. The place is a little difficult to find and is on a farm set back from the town. Lovely view from the room over the orchard and mountains. It could be a little basic for some but for the cost, the service couldn’t rate it highly enough.

It was great! Beautiful view and garden) Amazing people, very warm and friendly ❤️ The dinner was very special. The beds are comfortable But in shower was a bit cold. My high recommendation.

Rooms were neatly clean, and beddings were pristine white. The owner family was very resourceful and helpful. They helped us to arrange transportation from karakol and then to Balykchy. They even served us with their own car to and fro when we were in Barskoon. Definitely recommend this place.
