We stayed at Novotel for two nights, Room was clean and nice, the restaurant has a great selection of food and it was very tasty, and finally the employees were friendly and helpful specially the receptionist Amal she help us during these days in a very professional way a lot. Definitely I will recommend this hotel for everyone who is visit the city.

Usb Plugs don’t work was told “they won’t charge iPhone” was told to give $25 deposit for a power bank for the room. Which I was refused the deposit for, i returned the day after check out to request the deposit but was denied. Stuff at front desk unhelpful and almost rude, deactivated my Key 3-4 times. Go to garden spa or golden dragon. Half the price better service and the same facilities. Sauna in not bad but no steam room. Internet very slow couldn’t connect to zoom or work remotely there.

We had an exceptional experience at Novotel Bishkek during our recent vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, with nearby attractions such as the Manas Statue and the park within easy walking distance. Although the shower had low pressure, the room was spacious enough for our needs. We were particularly impressed with the excellent service we received, especially from the room service staff who provided us with delicious food. We stayed at Novotel for 4 days on our visit to Kyrgyzstan. Starting from the reception the staffs were warm and welcoming. The place was beautifully set with Christmas decorations and was continuously cleaned and hygienic. Novotel's customer service and room service has been the best until now. They made sure we are having the best time and was always on toes when given a call for our needs at the stay. The breakfast had good cuisines but just felt that they could still work up on it and the desserts were less compared to other 5 stars we've been in. The staffs were soo good and they helped us out too. We would definitely recommend Novotel

Actually, every next time the service gets better. A lot of small but useful amenities have been added recently - a bathrobe, toiletry kits in the room. And the sauna and the pool are operational now.

For the price I expected more. Place is clean, service is good, pool & gym was very good. The breakfast bar is probably the best in town. For lunch I had the T-bone steak and it was a bit dry, had a lot of gristle. Now, I would not call it bad, but for the price it should had been better. The baked potato was small and dry too. Would I eat here again? Yes.

1. Awful design of the lighting in the room - if you want to use the bathroom, you have to switch the main light on, otherwise the light in the bathroom won't work. 2. At least once a day we smelt cigarette smoke coming from the air vent. Told the staff, they said they can't identify who is smoking in their room. So we had to just breath this. Btw the hotel is non-smoking, but the staff can't enforce this. 3. Mix up at the check out and their departments don't work in sync. Sales and reception both insist they are right re the weekend deal (it was on Vs it was cancelled) 4. If you think that by paying more you will get European service, don't. The service is still post-soviet style "computer says no". We struggled to find a place to sit with laptops after the checkout. We told by a member of staff (restaurant manager I think) that we can sit in the second floor where there are plugs for our laptops. But later got pestered by several members of staff to leave the second floor! So to sum up, if you are expecting European facilities and service, you will be disappointed. There are better hotels in $40 mark in Bishkek.
