Beautiful building, large rooms, good restaurant (middle range prices), great service! Short walking distance to the center of the town.

We flew to Skopje and on our way to Sofia, we stopped for a night in Kyustendil. The hotel is right at the city centre. The room was spacious. The bathroom was was with a nice bath. When you arrive at 3 am, you think you would sleep at least until 8h30 am. But right above our room there were two workers who arrived at 8 and started making noise. But nvm, we spent a few good hours sleeping in the hotel.

Very beautiful, art place. So clean and warm, with nice architecture and paintings. Friendly stuff, best prices.

Very bad experience. Dirty rooms with old moquette, smell smoke. No one clean the rooms, lazy and rude staff. Bad breakfast only after 8.30 am. To avoid

Stayed here for just one night. But it was great. The rooms and beds were nice. The bathrooms were good. And the staff was pretty chill.

The rooms are okay but there was a loud music all night. It was not very pleasant.
