It's a brand new modern hotel. Rooms are a little small by US standards, but very nice. Large multichannel TV, firm bed, large shower and wood floors. Staff was extremely helpful, a very big plus in a foreign country where you do not speak the language! They have a very nice free breakfast included and an extremely large area to enjoy it in. Also a large mall is very easy walking distance, one block away and no busy street to cross, very convenient for any needs or to eat. We will stay here again, when we return to Barcelona.

Stayed for three nights and my stay was pleasant. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Room and shower room were very clean. Rooms are not very spacious and not much space for the luggage. I think the carpet could be removed. Breakfast offers a good variety of options. Staff at the reception were very welcoming and friendly. Ignacio who was the bartender during my stay is amazing. Down to earth, friendly, understanding and engaging 🔝

Wry good deal for the budget minded hotel seeker. We came off a cruise ship and for one night did not want to spend a lot of money for an overnight stay before heading to our next destination. This Hampton Inn hit the spot. Very close to a subway line and easy access to the major tourist areas of the city. It is in a financial area of the city so weekends are empty in this part of the city. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom a nice size with walk in shower. The TV had multiple English channels as well as all the Spanish ones. The room is not overly large but neither was the price. The staff were very cordial and spoke English. Very helpful staff. My only caution is that there is a lot of construction going on across the street and some pounding of a pile driver as part of the construction so you will hear the sounds from the equipment go on without relief. So bring your ear plugs if u are a light sleeper.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. My daughter's arranged this as a 60th birthday present. Hotel staff were very! accommodating, answering my questions and giving advice whenever i asked. Which in turn put me at ease as i was solo travelling. My room was tastefully decorated, clean with a very comfortable bed, with availability of a iron and board with enough hangers for my clothes. It was delightful to have a wide selection for breakfast each morning, in a pleasant spacious dinning room. The hotel is only a 3 min walk to the metro and direct journey for access to the airport. All these features made this holiday extra special, as this was my first time in Barcelona. Thank you Hampton-Hilton staff, the services you all provide is excellent.

Really nice hotel with good modern rooms, excellent complimentary breakfast and gym. Very close to the metro system so convenient to get to the city. Bus stop to airport and to the city and back (including night bus) very close. Only thing could be better would be complimentary water bottles in the room.

Would definitely recommend this place! The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived very early and they were able to accommodate us which we really appreciated as we were exhausted from traveling since 2am that morning. The rooms are nice. Ours had a couch which we liked instead of just chairs that you get in most hotels. They have daily room service as well so you always come back to a clean room.

Best Hampton I've ever stayed in. It is new and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again. It is about 5 kilometers from the city center but there are ample ways to get to and from the center (cabs, bikes, scooters, buses, subway). There is a mall 100 meters away if you need something. The beds and air conditioning in the rooms are perfect. The rooms are small and the breakfast is only so so but overall this hotel is a fantastic value.

What sets this hotel apart from all the rest is the staff! I have never felt so welcomed and cared for at any hotel. My mom and I stayed in Barcelona for a week of vacation and were treated like family. We both have mobility issues and require help with assistive devices, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and never made us feel like we were a bother. It was a once in a lifetime trip that was made better by the hospitality and kindness we were shown here. I am forever grateful 💖 The hotel itself is modern and clean with easy access to public transportation. The room was small yet clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, incredible variety, and a large seating area.

Nice hotel close to the metro making it easy to see all the sights of Barcelona. Every staff interaction was positive and we felt very at home and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day and staff were so helpful. Great place to stay!

Pros: Really great breakfast buffet, cozy lobby and interior. The staff is helpful and friendly. Close to the Europa | Fira metro station and the Gran Via 2 shopping plaza. They also hosted a FIFA World Cup finals live watch for us in the -1 breakfast area when my wife and I stayed there. The shower door was also able to be closed unlike the hotels in Switzerland. You can also order food from the hotel. Cons: The room was surprisingly very dusty despite housekeeping coming everyday to service the room, and there were a couple of times they had really runny eggs for breakfast. What I didn’t like the most was when I asked if I could eat my outside food in the breakfast area, and they said you can only eat in the room. No reason stated — if it was because of COVID-19, they would require masks or physics distancing. Also the room only has one chair — not good if there are two guests in the room and the couch is very dusty. Finally the room thermostat was locked after we told them we wanted to make it warmer. Summary: Close to shopping area and metro stop, friendly staff overall but dusty room. Still recommend this hotel.

As everyone mentioned, rooms are on the smaller side. Be warned that the AC will hit you directly in the face which may be unpleasant for some. Showers are amazing and everything else the hotel has to offer is phenomenal. Highly recommend getting the breakfast. Location is also great as well. It's located right outside the metro and provides easy access from the airport and to any other destination in the city.

Great location for quick access to the conference centre. But very disappointed my €50 room deposit taken at check-in was not refunded almost two weeks after my stay. I only noticed when looking through my bank statment that it had not been returned. Phoned up the hotel and they said they were holding it for "incidentals". Immediately after the call it turned up in my account. Hope just a one-off mistake and not intentional, but was worrying that I had to wait so long for a refund.

Close to public transportation. Half way between airport and downtown. Quiet but several restaurants around. Front desk people are welcoming and friendly. Room is a bit small but it has everything. The room is modern, new, and clean. price is also unbeatable especially with breakfast included. Lots selections for buffet compared to Garden Inns and doubletrees even some 4 stars Hilton.Normally I’m a bit worried to stay at a Hampton, but this location is decent.

Excellent hotel, with delicious free breakfast. Room was cleaned every day during my 6 night stay. Metro station and shopping nearby - very convinient! Digital key worked with my phone and was able to choose my room before check in. Fitness centre also available. Rooms were quiet. Overall very good!

The AC was a life saver for visiting in July. Main reason we chose to stay at a hotel rather than an airbnb. The staff is super friendly and room service was good. The breakfast was top tier, highly recommend it. Location was decent, as you can walk to the main train station but there isn’t a whole lot to do in the nearby vicinity, which also keeps it quiet at night.

New hotel in rather quite and safe area of the city. Price is reasonable. Rooms are very clean, new and comfortable. However, I can't give 5 because there was no space for clothes and other personal belongings in the room. Closet is tiny! Not enough even for one adult. Another problem is air-conditioning. You have to switch it off to sleep normally otherwise it gets too cold. Additionally, breakfast is alright, but they serve it only till 10am, so you have to wake up early to eat. Overall, hotel was good.

The hotel is a surprisingly good one. It is new, convenient to public transport. Plenty of restaurants and eateries around. The hotel room almost feel like a boutique hotel rather than a budget limited service hotel. Manager on duty was very friendly, efficient and excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has hot items so more than continental breakfast the brand is known for. And the food quality in breakfast is surprisingly good too. Consider that you can reach the hotel by public bus from the airport I would like to recommend should you need airport hotel. But I can see the only problem is that this hotel will be so popular for irs quality and being affiliate to Hilton. Seriously, try this hotel yourself. I have to disclose that the reception can be very busy at times. So if you have a plane to catch, leave plenty of time.

We spent 7 nights and it was great. Rooms was a bit tight, but fairly comfortable. Only negative was the storage for clothing was limited for a long stay. It's located in a spot that is quiet and subdued yet easy access to the public transit to get to where we wanted to go. The evening staff is awesome and they make some amazing drinks too. If we ever get the chance to go back, we define would consider staying here again.

Nice hotel, good place to stay if you are taking a cruise. Staff speaks English and goes out of their way to make you comfortable. They also answer all your tourist questions, even about the subway system. Great breakfast downstairs, and they will hold your bags if you arrive early or leave after checkout.

Great hotel - clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nicely equipped gym. 30min metro from downtown, and 15min from the airport by metro (or you can also take the bus 46, which takes 30min but costs the price of a normal ticket/t-casual journey). Nice shopping center next door with a big Carrefour grocery store, good for buying reasonably priced food souvenirs.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We checked our bags in with the hotel at 8:30 AM, they put them in a locked room. At 3:00 when we were allowed to check in, my wife's phone, which I saw go into one of the luggage bags right before we handed them to the hotel worker, right before we saw them go into the security room, was gone from the bag. Spent hours looking everywhere, the hotel staff said there was nothing on the security tape. The phone just pinged today from a residential part of the city we never visited. It was absolutely stolen, likely from a hotel staffer. The only reasonable explanation is that it was taken by someone who had access to that room.

Really cute great location shopping and eating facilities played near by. Centrally located. Great for a stay before a cruise trip you can see the port from location. It's not in walking distance. Many great places to visit near by. Also local transport close by so if you want to sight seeing it's well within reach.

Overall good value for money, little hotel that is about 9 mins from airport and about the same for nearby attractions like the Magic Fountain for example. Rooms are quite small and double beds are standard size, so can be a bit of a squeeze for couples. Shower is really good, with conditioner too which I appreciate! Staff are friendly and helpful, and the Pan Au Chocolat at breakfast hit the spot!

-Easy check in and helpful front desk staff. -Restaurants and shopping mall walking distance if you need anything (you can buy a SIM card for your phone at the mall if you need it) -On-site breakfast has wide selection of breads and fruits. Also had eggs, meats, potatoes, salad, yoghurt, etc. -Very easy access to the metro and bus systems. Usually 35 minutes to get into the city center. Also about 35 minutes to airport via metro

It is a decent new hotel. However, some of the staff are very rude and disrespectful. The breakfast is not very good, and they don’t refill things when they run out. Also, the air conditioning needs maintenance that is clearly not done, as it makes a lot of noise. There are cracks on the walls and ceiling and stuff like that too, while hotel is very recently built - so clearly it was built with poor quality

Nice hotel near subway station and airport. Rooms are small but clean. Neighborhood is far from downtown but pretty safe. Pretty affordable and pretty decent free breakfast for everyone. Staff aren't too helpful and they made me come downstairs to grab stuff instead of delivering items to my room even though they were free at night.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was nice & bed was comfortable nice & soft. It's about 6km from the big shopping area but close to the airport & a smaller shopping area. The breakfast buffet looked nice but we didn't eat it. It's totally open & too exposed to germs.

Great location, close to the subway station. In walking distance to restaurants and a mall. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Would stay here again without a doubt.

I stayed here for 3 days related to my company travel. The place is clean and well staffed. The breakfast was good and there is a nice gym for smaller workouts. I recommend it for a mid budget hotel.

The Hotel is in a great location, and the room we stayed was clean and comfortable. The metro stop is literally less than 5 minutes from the hotel and you are city center in 15 minutes. There is a really big and very modern mall less than 5 minutes away. The reception was super friendly and had no issue with us being early and got us checked in. The breakfast in general isn’t very great.

  • 2/5 flip op de f. 5 months ago on Google
Positive: bedroom is modern, relatively spacious with a huge flat screen tv, and bathroom is fine as well. Negative: the airconditioning is really noisy and much too powerful. The control over the temperature and the airflow in the room is locked and o nly the lobby has control but can only put it on or off ( at least that was the case in December 2023)

Absolutely loved my stay on this hotel. I was a little concern because it kinda distant from Barcelona center but at the end it worked out, it was far from the city but very close to the airport so that help not waking up extra early to catch the train since we were very close by airport. Facilities are superb, very modern and looks very new. Location like I mentioned it's not in the city but nearby they have a metro station call Europa Fira, they have a Mcdonald and others small coffee and like 4 min walk you have a big mall with carefur, H&M, zara etc. Hotel comes with a huge breakfast on the ground floor, I really wasn't expecting such a big variatery. You can tell this hotel its very new because it had tons of outlets to charge your devices and even USB all over the room. I give the hotel not 5 but 10 Stars.

  • 5/5 Christopher B. 5 months ago on Google
Excellent hotel. Rooms are a bit small but with a big bathroom. Very clean and modern. Location is just outside Barcelona city in a quiet area. A metro station is found within 200 MTRS from the hotel making it very easy to go anywhere in Barcelona.

Everything was great! From the greeter who checked us in, to the gals who checked us out. Our room (1101) was quite spacious and the bed was soft yet firm. We enjoyed a few good nights' rest. Everything was squeaky clean when we arrived. I loved that there was plenty of surface space everywhere, including the bathroom, to put our stuff. Some hotel rooms just don't have enough surface to put down toiletries and clothes, but our room was great. It was the first time in our trip that included 5 different hotels that we felt like there was enough room to actually get organized. We were given 2 bottles of water for being Hilton members upon arriving, with a bottle opener. Hubby and I couldn't' figure out whether the opener was ours to keep or not lol. So we asked, and the gal at the front was like, of course it's yours! Breakfast was amazing. They changed up the menu a little bit every day during our 3 day stay. Everything looked so delicious. That said, I was a little surprised that it didn't taste as great as it looked. Everything was lacking a little bit of je ne sais quoi. Like, the hard boiled egg was too hard, and the bacon was too soft. This compared to all the other wonderful Barcelona food made breakfast a bit of a let down, despite the fact that I really believe they tried. It looks absolutely amazing. Location is about 30 minutes away from Gothic quarters and all the Barcelona attractions. This was fine on the first two days, but on the last day when we had to leave, we had to juggle our schedule around to make sure we got back in before check out at noon. Surely a hotel closer to town would have been much more expensive. Overall, the stay was comfortable, we felt clean and pampered, and got the best sleep here during our Europe trip!

Had a great time at this hotel. Rooms were a little small, but they were clean and quiet. The hotel's a little far removed from the city center, but it's conveniently located right next to a metro stop. Only knocking a star for having to wait about 30 mins to check in, but in fairness, I did arrive a bit early before they were ready to start checking people in.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast selection. A little far from the typical tourist places, but a very clean and nice hotel. Our room was tiny, but had a very nice queen sized bed with excellent pillows and a wonderful bathroom and shower.

Great place. Clean rooms. Good service. All round excellent. Location is not the best. 12 euro dollars ride anywhere. While we were there, there was a marathon and roads were closed which created havoc.

Rooms: Very small but clean Breakfast: excellent by American standards, good by Spanish Gym: in the basement and so hot it was impossible to exercise. As a general observation, Hilton in Spain is not viewing gyms as a necessary attribute of accommodation Attentiveness: I was not greeted at the check-in as supposed to be (as a diamond member) and was refused even a bottle of water, because “it was booked by points” Even though I stayed for one night on points, I was charged 200 Euros for two nights. I am glad I noticed and asked for a refund.

Stayed here for the Smart cities world expo congress and the place couldn’t be more convenient. The hotel was clean and new and the rooms were modern and very functional (love the hooks for the coats) and open concept closet. The breakfast also had enough variety for us not to get bored after 5 days. Only small things like having to get toothpaste from the concierge and my room key lock running out of battery (but was fixed immediately). All in all a great stay :)

Clean, cosy room with a very comfortable bed, large TV, and small fridge. Daily housekeeping service was a pleasant surprise. Daily breakfast was maybe one of the best breakfasts we've ever had at a Hilton. All of the staff were hardworking, helpful, and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location near a mall and mass transit access. Our stay was a great value. We had a great stay, and won't hesitate to stay again.

Great hotel to stay in when visiting Barcelona! Lots of Taxi’s around and a shopping center. The front desk wasn’t extremely welcoming but that was OK. Breakfast had a wide selection every morning. Rooms & restrooms were clean and organized. Could’ve been a bit larger! The gentleman at the bar was very cool to chat with! :-)

  • 4/5 Mihaela S. 2 years ago on Google
Rooms are a little bit too small, but well equipped and cleaned. The staff from reception was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was poor, crowded and usually you have to ask the personnel to refill empty dishes. Even it is outside Barcelona we liked the location, as there is good connection with the city center and to the airport. Lots of restaurants in the close nearby. Mall is at a walking distance. New area, new buildings, not crowded.

Excellent hotel in Barcelona if you are looking for a "home in the USA" feel with amenities you are used to having: ample space, iron, strong A/C

We had a couple of issues, and questions before the travel. Gabriella from reception was so helpful, and kind with me, and my family. Nothing was too much for her to make us satisfied. There was a short lady (its a shame, but we don't know her name :/, possible she is working in kitchen) , and she was super friendly, talkative, and helpful. We are really greatful for them to make the first stay in Barcelona so memorable, and great. Thank you again :) Kerényi Family

Nice place. Good price and excellent staff. I only face one lady who was not so polite and not helpful but still I will give them 5 Stars for the property it self.

The hotel has a very friendly environment, and the staff members are very hospitable. It is conveniently located near the train station, dining and shopping venues. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was some of the breakfast items were cold and needed attention. Other than that, the stay was quite pleasant.

  • 5/5 John M. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel provides everything needed: comfortable bed, good shower, large TV, iron, fridge and OK breakfast. I thought the price was very good. Made me wonder if I needed to stay in higher category hotels. Location might not suit all but it's close to the metro and only 3 stops to Plaza Espanya. Large shopping mall only a few minutes walk.

Perfect location for attending the Fira, which is just across the road. The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and very spacious, breakfast has a decent selection of cold and cooked food with plenty of hot & cold beverages. Victor in the bar was particularly good, great service with a smile! Will 100% stay again, which is the best recommendation I can offer.
