We
wanted
to
organize
a
big
promotional
event
and
so
we
decided
to
do
business
with
an
event

company.
From
the
first
meeting,
the
organizer
raised
several
points
to
me
that
we
would
not
necessarily
have
thought
of.
They
are
very
methodical
and
organized.
We
received
a
lot
of
advice
and
we
also
had
to
think
about
several
things
regarding
our
strategies
to
adopt.
At
each
meeting,
the
event
organizer
offered
us
several
options
and
ways
of
doing
things.
They
wrote
several
useful
documents
for
us
to
structure
the
project.
We
were
well
supervised
and
we
were
able
to
ask
many
questions
and
establish
the
best
communication
and
marketing
strategy
for
the
event.
The
event
went
well
and
exceeded
the
expectations
of
the
participants,
because
all
the
details
were
thought
out
and
considered.
Participants
were
given
an
experience
different
from
what
they
are
used
to.
Our
event
stood
out
from
the
others
and
that’s
what
we
wanted.
In
short,
we
are
satisfied
with
the
promotional
event
organization
service
of
the
company

plan
to
do
business
with
