Extremely professional staff, attentive and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair and they've been wonderful in helping us get around with a smile. Upgraded our room and brought us complimentary drinks. They made us feel very special on our honeymoon. Would highly recommend if you're in the area, great location in the heart of the city too! Everything was so close by.

I stayed in Le Westin Montreal for two nights with my family and it was excellent. The first impression was great with the valet being friendly and chatting with my kids about the pool, which is directly over the valet area and has a glass bottom, which is unique. At check in, we were given a map of Old Montreal with some recommendations and a booklet with activities for the kids. The staff was very friendly, so high marks there. I had no complaints about the room. It was clean and had all the toiletries ready. We also had a city view, which was fine with me. Location-wise, this was great. We were able to walk to all the touristy things (Notre Dame Basilica, Old Port, Chinatown, Underground City, etc.). Truthfully, since we're not familiar with the city, not having to find parking was a lot of avoided stress. Lastly, the restaurant in the lobby, Gazette, seem to have just recently reopened. It's really convenient - especially when the kids are complaining about walking too much - and the food was good.

Terrible customer experience I have never seen a worse customer experience in my life. I stayed at the hotel for one night. Few hours after checkout, I noticed that I forgot an item in the shower of my room. I used the chat service to report the missing item. I was told that they need to contact room service and they’ll get back to me within 24 hours which never happened. The following day, I called the hotel which had no idea about the case. I explained again so they asked me to be put on hold. They came back saying that the room was already cleaned but they’ll leave a note to room service in case they’ve already found the item and they’ll reach out to me within 24 hours. Didn’t happen ! I called the hotel the third day. They said the room was never cleaned and they’ll let the room service know that they should my item aside. Again they said they’ll call me back and never happened. I called the next day and I was very furious. I made an official complaint. They said they’ll definitely get back to me. Believe it or not. They didn’t !!! I am never going there again

They charge $450/night and $2.25 for a bottle of water. Enough said. This is an old dated hotel. Book somewhere that will treat you like a valued guest. Detailed review: We were not impressed with this Westin Hotel. After staying at the Ottawa Westin, I was expecting a similar experience. The room was basic, nothing special and I would not suggest it was up to the Westin standard. We requested replacement glassware in the room on the second day via the app, I sent a message, we also phoned the front desk. No response to either. Hours later, I had to bring the dirty glasses to the front desk to request a replacement. They were not replaced again for the next two days. On the last night I requested more bottles of water from the front desk. I was told i had to pay $2.25 for them. These are complimentary water bottles provided in the room. I was then told I can have two. We didn't receive any replacements since we arrived two nights earlier. When I took three bottles, the front desk clerk followed me to the elevator with the intention of recording my room number to charge me for the third bottle. Very disappointing behavior for a Westin Hotel. I mentioned all of this at check out. I was told the manager would address it. Nothing has been done to date. One week later.

The worst hotel. Zero service. If you like waiting 20 minutes to park. If you like not being to use the pool because you have to pre-book usage in advance. If you like not sleeping because people are causing a disturbance at 1, 2 am. Choose another hotel. The great rate should be a tip off. Not even close to a 4 star. Avoid.

Had a great experience staying at Le Westin. Amazing location, walking distance to conveniece stores and restaurants. Very clean main lobby and nice lounge area on the 3rd floor. Room was spacious and came with a fridge and complimentary water. Kevin (over night staff) wad absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist when an issue arose.

I recently stayed at Le Westin Montreal, and I have some mixed feelings about my experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, as it is conveniently situated in a prime area. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, which was a plus, providing ample room to move around. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the cleaning standards. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and it felt like it could have been improved. One aspect that stood out was that the hotel had a basic feel to it. Despite its prime location and spacious rooms, it lacked the extra amenities and luxurious touches that you might expect for the cost. In my opinion, the value offered by Le Westin Montreal was somewhat lower than what I paid for.

No parking at the front hotel available. I booked the room online through the hotel website and were reserved with the room with 2 queen beds for 3. But, we are so disappointed that there is no room with 2 queen beds as described at check-in time, but only one king bed! And they have not provided me the extra bed as promised until midnight even I called the express service 3 times!!! The floor is so dirty as none clean it.

We had an incredibly poor experience here. Multiple issues. But really it's how the staff dealt with it. We were put in a room that had not been cleaned, and because of COVID I was not happy about it. Or because I was travelling with a very tired child and didn't want to keep moving rooms. Trying to get info from the cleaning staff about the status of the room was impossible. We reached out to the concierge who completely dismissed us and pulled a version of "not my problem." Later staff entered the room while our dog was inside and the do not disturb was on. The staff was incredibly rude including the management. It took hours to get any feedback from staff about the state of our room, or why people were entering the room with the dog. We were given directions to a parking lot by two different staff members that did not exist. (Their lot was full) Most of the responses were of the "we appreciate you bringing this to our attention." variety with no solutions. They seemed incredibly bothered to have guests at all. Reading other reviews now, it seems as if multiple people checked into rooms that were not cleaned, or were marked as clean with the past guest's towels. The hotel had "COVID cleaning policies" for guest safety but it's clear that they are not being followed. We are Bonvoy elite members, which used to mean priority service and care, however, we will not be staying at this property again.. and I'm considering switching membership to another hotel chain.

Glad we decided to go with the Westin again, they never disappoint. As usual the beds are divine and suck you right in for a great night sleep. The food is always on point. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant The Gazette our first night, we had the chicken Caesar salad and poke bowl. The poke bowl was absolutely amazing and the salad was great as well, fresh and tasty. If location is important, this is the spot, 5 min walk to the Basilica, old Montreal, 10 min walk to chinatown.

On our first night in a premium room the bed was a nightmare and had an actual spring sticking out of it. Our premium view was a brick wall and so disappointing. They did better on the next day and gave us a penthouse room facing the harbour. Room was very nice, comfy and clean. No tub unfortunately. The pool was amazing!! I love the hot and ice tubs. Also the pool with glass bottom is so cool. We like how close we are to Chinatown. Also the breakfast at le gazEtte was awesome!

Great hotel, very clean & excellent service. The location is also amazing, walking distance from everything! However, valet parking is very expensive ($40 per night) I understand I’m paying for parking and a service but it’s important to budget for this if you book through a 3rd party site. The extra cost adds up quick. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again if the price is right

Our new go-to spot to stay in Montreal. Saddled between the new and old cities and close to the underground pathway and metro, this hotel gives you access to Montreal in a way most can't. It's also extremely easy to drive in and out from the city if you're staying here. Rooms were exceptional. Service was outstanding. Felt safe. Had every amenity we could ask for. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, especially for Montreal during Grand Prix, very cheerful, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. This is a perfect location for walking around Old Montreal, using transit to see the rest of the city, and for getting to the island for F1 if you are going to the race. Rooms are spacious, there are workout facilities, and this is a quiet location for unwinding, but close to all of the action when you are recharged. I can not stress enough what a great location this is for Grand Prix and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Montreal. In particular, after staying at many other downtown Montreal hotels, I can say this is the first set of staff who have ever made me feel welcome while visiting this beautiful city on such a busy weekend.

A 3-star hotel that maybe used to be a 4-star? The bad: Mold around the windows. Old wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom. Dust everywhere where not easily reachable. Old stained carpet. Generally old and unkept. The good: The pool and hot tub is nice and clean. Friendly staff/guy at the pool. Location is great, very good location. The valet service is easy and useful.

We received kind and excellent service. We are a family of five and our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived after pre-pay booked. They wanted to ensure we had enough room for the five of us and it was worth the wait. We received complementary drinks at the restaurant (mocktails for the kids). The room was large, so very comfortable and after staying in many hotels in Canada for the past month we all agreed it was the best shower. Thank you so much I wish we could have stayed more than a night.

Great place but some of the little things just off. Bathroom was large but design was lacking...no drawers (there were fake ones tho to tease you) or real put space to put toiletries. Facial mirror light which could have been used as nightlight was on same circuit as main light so bring your phone for ability to be there not in dark and need a little light. Old furniture electrical adapters... Needs updating But great location and service. I would stay again

We stayed here for 2 nights May 12-14, 2022. It was a smooth sailing right from the valet to the room check in. Room was very spacious and had coffee machine, small refrigerator, iron, safe and soft soothing music was playing when we entered. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, but the restaurant downstairs has delicious fare that we enjoyed both days. It is walking distance from the old port and the food places. It's also close to Victoria subway station Overall, our stay was pleasant in Montreal and we will stay at the property again

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure! We chose this hotel for a number of reasons. The location is perfect, so close to the Old Port, great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel is also pet friendly. Our Boston terrier loved Montreal. We stayed in a suite which was a good size. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be returning to this hotel soon!

DO NOT MOVE IN Room1038!!!! The hotel receptionist provided this room to us and it’s Terrible there is actually a “corridor” inside the house which is ridiculous.face directly to the hallway If you don't close the curtains every single person passing could’ve seen what you are doing in the house As for the city view. Through the window you can only enjoy wall view. Instead of staying in a hotel It is more likely to be a prison As for the receptionist I’d rather say they’re not helpful at all when I asked on the phone he said there is no room available. After asking several times a better room magically appears! Did the hotel really paid enough to the receptionist? A terrible experience in Montreal

Great location. Next to the Convention center and China Town. Also handy for the Metro. The hotel reception are delightful and very friendly. There's a bar/restaurant well stocked on fine wines. The rooms are cozy and have all fittings you would expect from the Westin Brand. Valet parking available and close to the RES underground walkway.

To me hotel stays are about the little things. Being from the hotel business maybe I notice things and this hotel did not deliver on any of it. They are super cheap on the in room amenities. Simple things like not replenishing cups, shampoos, and coffee cups and lids. I can get over these small things but there were a few things I can’t get over. The valet parking people are rude and don’t communicate well at all. Considering you have to pay 36 dollars a day for valet parking and there is no other option for parking there is always a jam in the entrance way and the one or two workers usually grunt when getting your car. One night I returned from spending a day on the town and there was a sign blocking the entrance that simply said it was closed. When I got out of my car to find out what to do next I got attitude from the valet. The pool is tiny and always crowded and as of right now my bill is about 200 dollars over the original Expedia quote. Let’s see how check out goes.

Very clean and nicely renovated. Showers and bedding are top notch. Wonderful towels in the bathroom. Great business hotel if you are there for work. It's also right on the border of Old Montreal so you are steps away from great restaurants and a beautiful historic old city.

We had a good four-night stay at Le Westin. Optimal location close to many things to do and plenty of restaurant choices. Across the street is the Montreal convention center and the Metro for quick access to subway. Also hotel has direct access to the underground if the weather is not cooperating.

The room was big and was very clean. They even came in our room while we weren’t there to clean and redo our bedsheets. And they had a pool and gym on the 4th floor, I love how it was so secure because you needed a card to go anywhere in the hotel so if you didn’t have one you can’t go anywhere. But the only thing that I didn’t really like was the view because it had a lot of construction.

I just complete a 6-night stay at this hotel. There are positives, and areas of opportunity. The front desk staff are great; very pleasant and helpful. The location is great as it is on the edge of old Montreal. The hotel is somewhat dated in decor. The biggest area of opportunity is in cleanliness. They fall down flat here. Daily cleaning of my room consisted of changing towel, emptying trash and that was all. Small scraps of paper and such on the floor that were there when I checked in were still there 4 days later. On my 4th day of the stay there was no housekeeping. I checked with the front desk in the evening when I arrived back at the hotel and was told my do not disturb sign must have been left on the door (it wasn’t). I asked for a full thorough cleaning and a change of bed linens for the next day and was assured by two appropriate staff that it would be done. On the 5th day when I returned to the room mid-day the room had been serviced, but only with a towel change and emptying the trash. I called for the housekeeping manager to come and see the state of the room. He insisted that is was not at Westin Standards, but had no explanation when I show him the state of the floors for the past 5days, the counters that had not been wiped, or the dust on the furniture. He had my room properly cleaned during the afternoon, and the different was quite noticeable. For the lack of cleaning he was not even proactive enough to even offer a free coffee while the room was being cleaned. I was to stay for two more days, but checked out on the 6th day because of the poor standards of the hotel. Don’t rely on a property name. There are hotels of high stand in Montreal for the same price. Choose wisely where you spend your time and money. So cautions here on the Westin.

Pros: great location close to a lot of nice stores, entertainment, and easily accessible. Nice lobby, easy drive up. Nice view, but I was on the top floor and booked specifically. Cons: valet parking is almost double the cost than the garage across the street, took awhile to get my car cause no one was at the outdoor booth and I had to find someone inside. Rooms were meh, and cleanliness was a factor which I didn’t notice until the day before I left, mysterious booger? On the wall. Windows looked dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in awhile, cracked tile in the shower, closet was freezing (at least 10° colder than the room), and service was a 0 - I asked for a plate and silverware to be brought to the room at 5:30pm, at 10pm I finally called the desk and they said “there are a lot of orders and hung up”, never got the plate so I ate my cheese and baguette on the bag. Overall not my favorite Marriott hotel and will probably seek a different one in the future.

The hotel is very central and walking distance to everywhere. The room that we got was the king room. Very dated but clean. Had a horrible view( but that’s ok). The pool was nice with a glass bottoms- can see the cars that were driving in. The reception staff, Jordan was friendly and nice and easy to talk to. The valet staff had no smile on their face. I think service with a smile will go a long way.

My friends and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The service from Anthony at the front desk was absolutely incredible - he went above and beyond to make sure our entire crew had a good time! The rooms were very spacious and clean as well. Also enjoyed great food and service at the breakfast buffet :)

For such a high end hotel there’s a lot of room for improvement. Front desk staff was not very welcoming at our arrival but that was not a factor for the review, the issue with them was that every issue I had they seemed uninterested and dismissive plus there was an attitude from almost all of the staff including the valet staff (only exception was 2 ladies that I unfortunately only had the luck to interact with once during my week long stay). We had two Rooms on different floors and they were both dirty and in need of maintenance (report were made nothing got fix) dirty sheets, dirty windows and walls, dirty curtains and so on… The hotel knew about construction happening on their street those day and even white our late arrival notification on that day there was no warning about it and instead of giving us the alternate route, we had to drag our luggage’s for 4 blocks that night. I give the hotel 2 stars due to its location, is close to most if not all of you mains spots to visit and that’s a big plus and they also have a very nice independent cafe with access from the hotel that in my opinion the staff is nicer, more helpful and with better choices for coffee, breakfast and lunch. There’s a lot that Le Westing needs to get back on track for this location. I would not stay there again if I have the chance. There’s a ton of other choices in the area I’m willing to take a chance at a lower price point instead of paying high end rates for such a disappointing experience. I have attached some pictures so you can have an idea but they were taken on my way out so I can write this review with some proof as not get a response that they are sorry about the experience and that’s under their standards of service, there was many more stuff to show.

Westin is giving me hope for continuing to be a lifetime Platinum Bonvoy member. I have stayed nearly 1000 nights at Marriott properties and have decided to only stay at Westin hotels, if possible. This property has reinforced that decision. I have not had to "bargain" with Westin for complimentary breakfasts for my wife and me. They just do it. This property is a great location for the sites and the staff is very nice. My only small complaint is that the bathroom is very small and there is wasted space that could be used in the hall outside the bathroom. That's my only complaint. The rooms are very quiet. Also, they gave me coupons for either a tapas free drink for my wife and I, in addition to the breakfasts. WAY TO GO Le Westin!

Don't forget to use HotelDuIIy.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Excellent location to explore Montreal from. Beds are comfortable, room clean. Room service was quick, selection slightly limited. Staff loved our dog and she felt like royalty always being greeted at the desk and by valet staff. There for a conference, typical conference space, rooms a little cold.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Hotel about 2 weeks ago. My busy schedule hasn't permitted me to write a review until now. I am glad that I can finally share my exeptional experience. The hotel is very nice, specially the common areas, but my review is about the first-class costumer experience that I resived during my short stay. It all started with Magalie. She went above and beyond to accomodate my requests over the phone.  Before I even got to the hotel I was already impressed. She helped me with preparing a wonderlful surprise for my fiance’s birthday. We got to the room and everything was set up exactly how we spoke over the phone. Great communicator! Thanks to her my fiance was overjoed! Then there was Umberto. I wish I can make 10 seperate reviews on how he was the main course in our formidable experience at the westin. He is truly virtuoso. He turned a simple experience into a Michelin star restaurant service. If I go back to the Westin it would be definitely for him!

While the rooms can use a little bit of renovations, the hotel itself is great for its location and service from staff. The rooms feel dated with minor fixes needed (dripping faucets, broken water stopper in sink etc - all taken care of within hours of notifying the staff). The location is the prime advantage of this hotel. Very close to old Montreal and corporate offices in the downtown. You can walk out of your office or conference, visit the cathedral or old port area, have some great food and get back to your hotel - all on foot!

Our connecting flight was cancelled late evening and due to airline losing our luggage and all hotels including Westin having “sold out” on this night, we booked a room for the next evening asking specifically for early check in and was told that it may be as early as 10am because some guests do leave early. Having walked around like a zombie at the airport over night, we finally got to the hotel at 7am and the front desk told us we would get our rooms by noon as they anticipate some guests would have left and given them enough time to clean at least a couple of rooms. At this point I made it very clear that I was happy with just any two rooms and they no longer needed to find two adjacent rooms or on the same floor. They already know how tired we are. This was very much what we asked for when I booked my reservation. However, when we came back at 12 pm, they told us no rooms were ready for another hour, then another 45-60 minutes and finally they said not a single room in their 455 rooms hotel was ready at 2pm but we have to wait for the 3pm regular check in. I explained our situation but it fell on deaf ears. If they only be frank and said their 3pm check in time was firm, they shouldn’t have made promises of an early check-in. I also found the staff’s lack of compassion and problem solving effort completely unacceptable and not reflective of Westin’s reputation.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. The hotel is centrally located to shops and restaurants. The rooms are in need of love and better cleaning. The shower lacks pressure. I would caution anyone to not use the pool. The indoor pool has high levels of chlorine which caused my son to cough hard to the point of vomiting and broke out in a rash, which was determined to be a chemical burn. Management did not address this or attempt to rectify the situation.

We stayed at the Westin in Aug 2022. All three rooms were clean and well appointed with a large closet, drawers, mini-refrigerator, a workspace, and a lounge area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is nicely situated near downtown and Old Town. We would stay here again.

Great stay! Loved the location- right near a very safe neighborhood with gorgeous architecture, near the old town. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shops, and not too close to the tacky tourist trap area. Also, the train is right there if you need public transportation.

As a frequent traveler who always stays in 4 or 5 stars, I can not consider this hotel as a 4stars one. The location is great, it was clean but I am not happy with the service. Elevators were out during our stay and we had to take the stairs all the time, lucky us we were at 4th floor. There were not enough bathroom supplies and NO SLIPPERS! I had to request for more shampoos, tooth brush and tooth paste which I expected to be there but was not the case. Access to the Valet parking was good but it was expensive and some of the staff were rude, or they didn't know English, its hard to tell. No breakfast which is due to COVID, but with the money they charged they could at least provide a room continental breakfast.

  • 2/5 KE T. 2 years ago on Google
Convenient location but could use some tweaks here and there. The hotel could definitely use a modern upgrade. Requested more pillows (as the ones they provide aren’t the best) and they never arrived. Pool needs better maintenance. Competitor hotels provide better services (especially for celebrating anniversaries). Probably will stay elsewhere next time but overall an okay hotel

Location close to downtown is great, just five minutes walk. In house parking service, staff taking care of your vehicle, 36 CAD a night. But no worries. Friendly and competent staff, baggage service to your room. Have change for tips handy. WIFI speed included room fair acceptable. Indoor pool at 4th level available, more of kids stuff. You need to book pool time and have double vaccination evidence handy! Fancy, glass tiles at the bottom of the pool, you can watch the car bay from there. Downside: They don't have enough staff. Restaurants closed. The breakfast service is buying a plastic bowl with cooled stuff for 15$ each. An insult for a 300 $ room per night. Shape of towels and bed lines tells they run a service on minimum level only. As customer, don't put it on staff, this is systematic drain by management. The people at service really try to provide best service possible.

This is a great location. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattresses are used and abused. I spent two nights in this hotel but I was afraid to ask to switch room because of COVID. I also went to the pool at 7:30 am they had no towels available, even though I reserved 24 hours prior. They need to work on customer satisfaction. Again great location. Cheers

Great hotel with a perfect location for all the best Montreal has to offer. Staff was nice, friendly and courteous with a superstar concierge Romain Boyer. He helped us with all of our needs with attention to detail and a smile. Rooms were also very clean for those cautious with COVID-19.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Everyone from valet, to the wait staff at the hotel restaurant, our maid, the lifeguard at the pool, and the front desk staff. Everyone was great at their job. Everything they all did was quick and efficient. Everything looked streamline. They all were very intune with what we needed and were so kind. We can't wait to come back!

The room is very luxurious. We had 2 bathrobes for use as well. There was a separate sitting room with a door before entering the bedroom, which I felt was an excellent layout. The beds were completely comfortable and the bathrooms modern and spotless. The location is perfect for visiting old Montreal and the port. Everything is within walking distance. All staff were very courteous and attentive. Loved our stay.

Impeccable service!! I was blown away. They were very nice and helpful. I have never had better assistance. The pool was great. The rooms are amazing, good size, comfy bed and lovely fridge. Looking forward to staying here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending a conference. Rooms were large and comfortable. I went on a guided run with James, Director of Operations, and Fanny, Group Sales Manager, and that made my stay extra memorable as they pointed out the all the sights and places to eat. They then went over the top and sent St. Viateur bagels to my room as I mentioned everyone at home wanted them. The guided runs leave at 6:45AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are a great way to see the city!

Really disappointed by the lack of cleaning service. Our room was never really cleaned properly. Staff was courteous and the restaurant staff were excellent, but overall this is not worthy of a 4 star experience in such a fine location in Montreal. I know COVID has really messed with the hospitality industry but it’s time you step it up and earn your reputation back Westin.

Excellent hotel in convenient location near old Montreal. Room is large, clean and nicely equipped. It had Complimentary bottled water and bar size fridge. Breakfast is not included with the room. Elevators have short wait time. The pool is tiny and have a constant depth of 4ft. The parking option is only valet and they were fast and friendly. The staff are professional and welcoming. For sure will consider the hotel for my next stay.

Great location, 2 blocks away from Notre Dame, excellent base for exploring old Montreal and the French quarter. It's a business hotel primarily, so pool is tiny, and food offerings sparse, the coffee shop never opened during our 4 day stay. But very clean and the location makes up for everything

Nice hotel in a great location. Right in old Montreal a couple minute walk from Norte Dame. Room was not cleaned well when we arrived. Parking is Valet and will fit full sized trucks which reception did not seem to know when we called ahead. Pool is ok but the hot tub is not hot and has no jets (more like a warm tub).

Nice hotel located in downtown Montreal. Common areas are well designed and decorated as you would expect for a luxury hotel. Rooms are large with a nice city view if you are on the high floors. Westin beds and pillows are known for their comfort. Bathroom was ok. I will score the room a 3.5 out of 5. Overall, a very comfortable stay close to all the tourist attractions.

Lack of attention to detail. 2 nights in a row that the shampoo and shower gel were not filled by housekeeping. For the cost of a night's stay, I would expect that the basic amenities would be taken care of. If their staff is unable to keep track of the basics, perhaps they should switch back to single use toiletries (though environmentally it's not the best). At least then guests would have a more welcoming experience rather than checking in at midnight only to find that they can't have a shower.

The hotel was clean and in good condition. We requested some items and despite being extremely busy they were delivered right away. Parking lot was full and an attendant was in the street to alert us and redirect to a nearby garage, that was super helpful. I don’t think they were anticipating such a busy weekend as they ran out of towels and the line to check in was very long. Pool and sauna were wonderful. Had some issues with jacuzzi and cold plunge pool during our stay but overall the pool and fitness center were great ! You need to reserve a time for the pool on weekends to avoid crowds. Restaurant/bar attached were busy but servers were excellent and drinks and food were on point. All staff was bilingual or even trilingual (bartender) which is amazing and appreciated!! Great location for visiting Montreal, in waking distance from Old Montreal and many attractions.

We really like this hotel. It was very comfortable and close to many of the attractions we wanted to visit. There is parking offered by a fee in the jotel. There is also a parking in front of the hotel $10.00 cheaper than the price offer at the hotel. This is good to take if you are not planning to use the car overnight because you can't re-entry for the same price. I would recommend this hotel.

Incredible experience. This was my first time in a luxury hotel like this and I'll never forget it. The staff were incredibly helpful. One of them kept cracking jokes that made us laugh. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

We just completed a one week stay at this relatively upscale hotel. Despite arriving one day late, there were no issues getting checked in efficiently at the front desk. The room looked a bit dour and somewhat dated, but it was clean and well stocked with supplies. At night, it was quiet for sleeping, and the beds held up. The staff were accomodating to our needs during our stay, and the location is perfect for walking the city. We wish you continued success!

Excellent location to explore Montreal from. Beds are comfortable, room clean. Room service was quick, selection slightly limited. Staff loved our dog and she felt like royalty always being greeted at the desk and by valet staff. There for a conference, typical conference space, rooms a little cold.

Overall the hotel is good. Very well located close to the vieux port. Staff is generally nice and polite. Beds are comfy. Room are starting to look dated. There were qui many stains on the wall of various unidentifiable things. Also the hair dryer is the smallest travel size conair which don’t do the job. Body soap was empty when we arrived. For that level of hotel and the price they charge you do expect a bit more. Like clean walls, a decent hair dryer and the amenities being verified before checkin. I’m moving from IHG to Marriott but have to admit the intercontinental next door does offer a better overall option.
