I had the 12,000 inspection done on my SV 650 by the Kaufmann company. Even though I didn't buy the motorcycle there, I was served very courteously and quickly got an appointment. The work involved was explained to me and the approximate price was given. All work was clearly listed on the invoice, as it should be. I still had a question about the bill, which was based on ignorance on my part. It was answered quickly and explained to me in an understandable way. The staff is friendly and competent. It is still a family business. I am very satisfied and will have further inspections carried out there too. My unreserved recommendation!
