The receiption staff at night one Bihari is rude ,rude behaviour ,remove him many had complained for him rest was okay

Worst experience of hotel ... Bedsheet is like rotten, pillows are stained though staff is good but it's not worth the price as it is very costly for these type of rooms facilities

It's a scam don't book Worse place I have ever visited, after booking via oyo they said we will not accept your booking and the price of oyo was false they refused to take us in without giving extra 1000rs and the room were in even worse condition no hot water, no clean bedsheets, no clean blanket.

Worst experience with the hotel. I booked the room and paid advance. But as I reached to hotel he said that he is not able to see my booking details and said that the oyo is doing his fake job these days. I booked that on Rs. 430 including offers. But he neglected it and told me the room price is starting from Rs. 1600. And ask to pay more. I didn’t expect it from OYO. I will neither recommend the hotel “Madhur Regency Meerut” neither OYO to book room.

One of the pathetic hotel of meerut. Oyo offers this hotel at 990 to me which is legimate for the kind of stinky rooms they have but the dumb manager of this hotel demanded rs. 2500. These illiterates think they are running some 5 star hotel in meerut... Soon i booked another hotel from Goibibo in abu lane which was far better than these pieces of craps

Average Service. Could be better in Cleanness and Maintainace wise. Overall quality is Good. Staffs are good.

Horrible. Rooms dirty. House keeper not there. Dirtiest quilts. Gysers not working. Parking only in night. Staff tells to shift vehicle elsewhere at own risk as no parking available during day time. Hotel at 3ed floor but lift doesnot work. Staff polite till you pay bill . There after their nature takes a U turn. No complementary toiletries. Used & torn towels. Stunned to see that OYO standred has gone down to this lever. A very sorry state.

They canceled my booking without informing - I booked it using agoda on 12th Sep 2021, which had option to pay now or pay at hotel , I chose to pay at hotel and the booking was confirmed by agoda and I received an welcome email from the hotel. however, I received an email a day before check-in "Please confirm your stay with us by making a part or full payment else your booking shall be confirmed subject to availability. In case of part payment, the remaining amount can be paid at the hotel" when I called there helpline to check how can i make the payment, they informed me that the booking was canceled on 13th Sep ( 24 hr of booking ) for not paying the booking amount . The hotel never call me or inform me that the payment was suppose to be made in 24hr and their welcome email did not mention about any payments . If there is any such policy in OYO then they should not allow booking from other website with option to pay at hotel or at least call the customer and inform about payment policy.

Unhygienically unclean rooms, no upkeep/ maintenance, indifferent staff, bad food quality as it is sourced from outside, but only good because of it’s close proximity to court complex and certain markets. Would not stay there again and not recommend to anyone. Only 1 star, because nothing less is available.

Worst experience with this hotel. Booking confirmed with Oyo talk app 20 min. At place they denied to stay. Ask for cancelled and demand more amount. At this time 8 o'clock they asked the concern pern and not replied yet. This is the picture.

A bed experience, he don't allow to the people with Online Booking, he offeres his own rate to stay which is ₹1000+ and not justify the environment and conditions/facilities of rooms. Totally Disappointed.

Rude behavior of reception and provide room with Oyo platform.. In oyo discount price 599... But at hotel they charge fare 1500.
