They
canceled
my
booking
without
informing
-
I
booked
it
using
agoda
on
12th
Sep
2021,
which
had
option
to
pay
now
or
pay
at
hotel
,
I
chose
to
pay
at
hotel
and
the
booking
was
confirmed
by
agoda
and
I
received
an
welcome
email
from
the
hotel.
however,
I
received
an
email
a
day
before
check-in
"Please
confirm
your
stay
with
us
by
making
a
part
or
full
payment
else
your
booking
shall
be
confirmed
subject
to
availability.
In
case
of
part
payment,
the
remaining
amount
can
be
paid
at
the
hotel"
when
I
called
there
helpline
to
check
how
can
i
make
the
payment,
they
informed
me
that
the
booking
was
canceled
on
13th
Sep
(
24
hr
of
booking
)
for
not
paying
the
booking
amount
.
The
hotel
never
call
me
or
inform
me
that
the
payment
was
suppose
to
be
made
in
24hr
and
their
welcome
email
did
not
mention
about
any
payments
.
If
there
is
any
such
policy
in
OYO
then
they
should
not
allow
booking
from
other
website
with
option
to
pay
at
hotel
or
at
least
call
the
customer
and
inform
about
payment
policy.
