Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Experience was good, rooms are nice and well maintained. Only problem was I was not able to watch TV because dth was not recharged.

Restaurant staff is very nice, food quality and taste is superb. Room service is pathetic, no Flush working, no TV working, no glasses, no tissue papers, no menu, nothing. Also when we left nonone was there to pick up luggage.

Poorly maintained. Very lousy sevice at restaurant especially if it's complimentary as part of your package. Used Gym, it's having wall to wall carpet but it stinks as is the case in all corridors of hotel. One golden retriever moves around inside the hotel unleashed. One can see the hair fall on floor at different places. Just imagine the hygiene of hotel. Out of three lift only one is in working condition, rest are out of order. Manager doesn't have time to listen to problems of customer. All is left to poor receptionist and servers in restaurants. Overall pathetic experience.

This place is a beautiful place for hosting a nice party for around 150-200 people. Air-conditioning was working pretty well during our party in May summer. The food appetizers and the dinner was very tasty too. Toilets are clean. Rooms are clean, we did not use them though. DJ person was very good, played on our request and his choice was also very good. Overall, I recommend it.

Absolutely felt cheated here. Expect the worst you can in this hotel. Booked the venue for 2 days for sister's wedding, and consequences were as follows:- 1. Waited for more then 1 hour for a tea after reminding several times. 2. They promised Desi Ghee's sweets & delivered the sweets made in vegetable oil. 3. We asked for bridal room cleaning thrice in a span of 2 hrs but after the wedding also didn't got the cleaning. 4. Washroom were having bad flow of water sometimes it was too cold & sometimes it was too hot, no proper indicators. Also the drainage was worst, it felt like a swimming pool after taking a bath. 5. The staff's behaviour was worst, during the time of booking it was totally opposite. 6. They took extra charge at the time of booking for the coffee machine, which didn't work during functions & for the complete function. At the end I would suggest, not to go for this resort as it is totally waste of money & image on a whole.

Attended a wedding 2 days ago. Feedback is as follows * There were no room amenities provided. No tea coffee packets, no dental kit , no cups were given etc. When we asked the house keeping they took hours to arrange. Sometimes after continuous reminders also it was not arranged. * Room service was very very poor. * Room locks were not OK. Everytime we have to call reception and have to wait outside room. * No lockers were available in rooms. * Staff was very rude. Overall pathetic service. Not suggested.

The resort definitely seems to be an expensive deal. With high prices and less of return in terms of hospitality, cooperation by staff and arrangements, the resort is definitely not a good choice for day/2 day long functions or marriages. Hoping the management works on the feedback given to them today and reflects upon it soon

A Good place best resort ever had with my friend awesome ambiance All the staff were very, very friendly...very helpful...very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The entertainment was great every night. The landscaping is beautifully maintained as is the entire ecological area. Too long a list to describe all the pros. Take our word for it....you will not regret it. It was by far the best resort we have ever been to and would recommend it very highly.

Terrible customer service from front desk. Services are below acceptable levels. AC keeps turning off every half and hour. Hot water in bathroom is not available. Showers do not work. Do not care at all of guest is unwell- will not even bother sharing travel desk number. AVOID coming here

Resort is nice and we'll maintained. Went there to attend a marriage and it was a pleasant experience. Halls are a bit smaller for typical North Indian wedding but then typical is something that you don't see at such places these days 😛 So overall a good resort to be at.

Visited Bravura Resort for dinner on a birthday party. Ambience of the restaurant was very nice. Food was tasty too. Prices although a bit on the higher side but were reasonable according to the services and ambience provided.

Pethetic service food ha no taste staff are unprofessional if u want something u hav to go to 2 to 3 person and literally at the end u hv to request the staff to get that thing. In banquet operation there is no gurayee that food can be over before time or u got to know that there is some technical deffect because of which did not get the food if the time left also As a evant planner i personally say that i will not suggest anybody this hotel. Select the hotel only if u want to spoil ur function

Nice decoration but cheap management ....it was very pathetic experience in my brother i law marraige...they have many ways to save numbers of plates booked in your package ... no refund policy of remaining plates...in our case they stop food at 12 am and didnt provide food some of our guests manager saying its our policy we cannot provide food beyond 12 ...manager argued alot about rules and policies ...becareful before booking for any marraige or function

Attended 3 days stay for a wedding here. Location and infrastructure is pretty good. All the halls are beautifully made and decorated for marriages. Parking is also well managed and amply available. The only concern is the rooms amenities and also the bathrooms. Looks like faucets are not cleaned since long. Lot of salt deposits due to which water outflow is obstructed. Hot and Cold water also comes one by one and not together even thru mixer. TVs doesn't work even after repeated requests. Being a marriage function venue as prime objective, needs little compassionate and easy view for the guests. Ideally room service charges shouldn't be there, even if you want to charge it should be reasonable. Paid Rs 250/- for just 2 soda and one ice bucket that too when our function was ongoing and things could have arranged from there. Customer friendly experience could have earned few future customers.

It was not an experience worth this price as there were a lot of things which were not up to the mark. Let me list them. 1. The bathroom doesn't have any slippers or any bathrobe. 2. While the time i was booking I could see there were bathtubs in every room but still there was only shower. 3. The flush in the toilet stopped working at 2am in the morning and I had to change the room in the next room the shower was not working. So these things are not up to the mark for a hotel with such prices.

Expect the worst you can in this hotel. Paid 6 lakhs for 300 and still waited for 55 minutes for a tea and the manager also explained that we have all hall booked and it is normal while the behaviour and explanation was completely different at the time of booking. Nothing worse could be than this.

In my sister wedding there staff members misbehaved with our guests . There staff members always keep eye on guests plate & when they eat some food they took plate from them not even asked them to take plate or not . When they have to eat more food they have to take another plate . I got to know this when this thing happened with me & my wife. Worst Staff service
