I got a Bathrobe which is very oily, so I asked if they could change it for me. The answer is: I have to pay 5 € to get a clean one! I guess they do not care about the people visiting them again.🙄 Update: I did not have a massage at the hotel! The Bathrobe was oily from the day one and I reported that at the reception. The receptionist said: she can change it for me but I need to pay 5 €! Overall review: The hotel is clean and the thermal bath is nice. The quality of food was generally good. Visiting the pool at the weekend is not recommended. The pool is extremely filled with screaming children! Even though I did enjoy the stay, I would not come again. I wish the personal was nicer and that they changed the oily bathrobe.

I read the reviews on Google thoroughly before coming here and was surprised by many negative ones, seeing most of them replied - which I'll come back to later. Despite some negative comments, we packed and booked a 2-night stay at Hotel Superior. The hotel is clean, rooms are nice, food is delicious, and the pools are maybe better than expected. It's not all brand new and at the highest standard, like the TV in the room; beds are maybe old too, and so on, but it's not a premium price either, so that computes. However, there are a few things that felt bitter afterwards. Firstly, after paying 12 euros for the sauna per person, one would expect some teas, fruits, water. The first day, there were just empty plastic cups scattered around, and the second time not a single cup was to be found. There were water ponds all around, and I think I saw a guy who is staff, but surely wasn't giving that impression. The second thing is that the staff at the thermal (pool, sauna) reception is not really pleasant, but I guess that's okay. I'm not a snowflake. The last thing is a 44€ lunch that we paid. Paying is okay when it's announced and expected, but this felt a bit like an ambush. I mean, the highest room service meal is 22€, so how can a two-person lunch cost 44 at the buffet? All in all, it was good, maybe we will come back. But one thing you should do is read all your replies. In neither one did you admit to any of your mistakes but just opposed everything said. I believe that is the first step to take if you want to improve and become a 5-star experience. Best of luck 🤞"

I went for the wellness boot camp week. This gave me two treatments a day, including sessions with the physio and other spa treatments. All of which were excellent. I followed the diet program which was tailored to my needs and tastes. I had a personal trainer twice a day, Vesna also looked after any requests I had with the entire program She had to be very creative as I have some injuries, but we still achieved my goals. Overall, the flexibility shown with designing your own program made this a fabulous experience

Great experience at this hotel. Thermal pools suitable for adults as well as for kids, tasty breakfasts and dinners, very friendly and professional personal, all speaking English. Room service perfect too. We spent there very nice week and would love to come back once again.

Nice, clean hotel. Most of the staff super, especially the receptionists were great. However, some waitresses didn't even smile at the customer and seemed rather bothered by our presence.... The massage wasn't bad, the spa was fine.

The wellness and sauna area is nice and clean, massages also pretty good, but the staff in the reception is not very professional. Not all, just a particular lady who needs to work on her communication skills and hospitality education.

Kaum was los vor Weihnachten. The spa was nice, very big and clean. Hardly anything going on before Christmas. We didn't stay in the hotel but in a cheap flat 5 minutes from the spa. Few kids. Food in the spa restaurant was a bit too expensive for the price/performance ratio. Chef was rude. Menu offer a bit complicated: the menu only includes a drink OR a salad, not both, as it says on the poster. Parking was not free (but it might be for hotel guests) for us, 5€ for the whole day (<12h), in the underground car park. But the price was very low compared to Austrian spas, so that was great!

Guys, thank you very much for the reviews! You just turned me down, and I almost already paid for the hotel. Therefore, if the staff is rude: I'M NOT GOING!!! I am a 'King' and I want such a treatment:-) Cheers to all!

Although, general standards are okay in this hotel, they didnt have the special small details that make your stay more precious . Especiwlly during christmas. Very very poor beds in the room with bad pillows. Had the worse sleep over four days. And very very very bad hospitality, rude staff in general. The waiters jn thr dining hall do not want to attend to anything!

Nice place. Wonderful nature. Right on the bank of the Savinja River. Birds... Ducks... I saw an otter. Nice pools with thermal water. Nice Wellness center. Great Salt room.

My review is only for the services of the Wellnes center. Goven the standard of the hotel I would expect more. Massages are average, both thai and classical. Baths I would really not recommend as the ad pictures are far from what you will get. A very basic jacuzzi bathtub with a snack in a room with no window. Manicure is average and not particularly detail oriented, using Indigo. Facials are the same. The most positive experience I had with staff which is extra helpful and professional.

The hotel provides superb breakfast and dinner while supporting local food products. Staff in the restaurant and at the reception is very kind! The pools are clean and look spectacular, the whole building is well designed, visiting the hotel itself is kind of an experience. Maybe a bit overpriced but they often have good deals, always check the hotel's website before booking a stay.

One of the biggest disappointments in recent times, I heard a lot about the thermal pools of Laško, and finally I had the time and opportunity to go there. In short, it is quite boring there, and there is not much to do. And it was also a little bit cold. And now in more detail: In the main room there is one large indoor pool (with a small part outside), part of this pool is allocated for imitation of waves (which in our case worked only 10 minutes every hour and a half), three small jacuzzi-like pools located above the main swimming pool (see photos), and one very simple water slide. Still in the same hall there is: a very tiny corner for small children, a cafe and a small restaurant. There is still one summer pool outside with a couple of slides, but it was closed since I was there in winter. In general, the complex was colder than we expected, at least in other terms it was always much warmer (I'm talking about both water temperature and air temperature). In the saunas part there are only 5 different saunas, and they are small and at some point there was even a queue for one of them. There were almost no free sunbeds, it's took us a time to find a place where to put our stuff. And the icing on the cake is a parking. Leaving the parking lot, I insert the parking card into the machine to open the barrier, to which I was told that I had to pay for parking at the cash desk, I returned to the parking lot in search of the cash desk, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. It turns out that it had to be paid at the reception at the entrance to the pools. How was I supposed to figure this out in the first place? I had to park the car again, go up to the lobby, stand in line at the reception and only then pay for parking. Why you can not put a machine for payment in the parking lot itself, I do not understand that.

Pretty swimming area but not tourist-friendly. Very beautiful swimming area, our 3 year old had a lot of fun with the water slide. The bigger slides outside were under construction. However, for someone who doesn't speak Slovenian the whole visit is very confusing. No price charts in English, a big glass screen at the service desk so the staff can't be understood. After the visit it took us 15 minutes to figure out where to pay for the parking, no information about that anywhere.

The Laško Thermal Park is a wonderful place to relax, especially in bad weather. When it's damp and cold outside, it's always summer here! There are many pools, water slides and other entertainment.

We go to thermana Laško almoast twice a year because of pools, jacuzzis and other things in thermana which are for adults and children. Rooms are also pretty good if we don't count bathrooms because they are very old and horrible. Food is also pretty solid but service is sometimes very slow. Sometimes we eat and go before service even come and ask us what would we like to drink. Overall good experience but don't expect a very high level hotel

The hotel is well organized, service super friendly and in an up-to-date modern style. For our 2-nights stay we had spacious 2bed room (ca 30m2), incl a bath/WC-room. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet, even from the street side. At breakfast and dinner buffet, we enjoyed a wide range of delicious food and drinks, mainly from the local area. The coffee is Italian style strong. The local Lazko beer is recommended. There is a nice hotel bar and a useful fitness room. Right outside, you cross the bridge and you are in an enjoyable park area. In the thermal bath, we swam in several swimming pools - lots of kids have a lot of fun and action. The sauna area has a verity of different saunas and hot&cool pools (but no bar!) - it was very pleasant and relaxing. Overall, highly recommend visiting for youngster.

I had a really awful encounter with their staff. Long story short, they tricked me into paying a stay that I wasn't supposed to. It was due to their mistake and instead of owning up to their fault, they even used threats of calling the police on me. I was startled, since nothing similar ever happened to me but now I wish I called the police on them, since I am pretty syre that what they did was illegal or at least so unprofessional they shouldn't be in business.

Very nice bar wit coffe, smoothie and sweets located on the ground floor of hotel with view on a river. Pools are also nice and appropriate for little kids.

We spent three amazing days in Thermana in June! We had a really nice relaxing three days and kids (and parents) had so much fun in Thermal pools as well as with VR games! Our apartment was spacious and the bed were so comfy! The food is amazing and there are a lots of choice for everyone (Vegane, Ayurveda). My husband said that he would go back anytime for Thai massage 😁. The people in their Wellness center have golden hands. If you are looking for place that will recharge your batteries fast than certainly choose Thermana Lasko ☺️

Very nice food and service. Pool area is nice and sufficient for the large capacity of the hotel. The location near the woods is great and the hotel is environment friendly. Nice and quiet for a hotel with the capacity.

Great hotel in a beautiful setting; friendly staff, nice food, fantastic pools and water slides. Plenty of activities in the area; hiking, biking... Our kids loved it too. We will definitely return.
