I
read
the
reviews
on
Google
thoroughly
before
coming
here
and
was
surprised
by
many
negative
ones,
seeing
most
of
them
replied
-
which
I'll
come
back
to
later.
Despite
some
negative
comments,
we
packed
and
booked
a
2-night
stay
at
Hotel
Superior.
The
hotel
is
clean,
rooms
are
nice,
food
is
delicious,
and
the
pools
are
maybe
better
than
expected.
It's
not
all
brand
new
and
at
the
highest
standard,
like
the
TV
in
the
room;
beds
are
maybe
old
too,
and
so
on,
but
it's
not
a
premium
price
either,
so
that
computes.
However,
there
are
a
few
things
that
felt
bitter
afterwards.
Firstly,
after
paying
12
euros
for
the
sauna
per
person,
one
would
expect
some
teas,
fruits,
water.
The
first
day,
there
were
just
empty
plastic
cups
scattered
around,
and
the
second
time
not
a
single
cup
was
to
be
found.
There
were
water
ponds
all
around,
and
I
think
I
saw
a
guy
who
is
staff,
but
surely
wasn't
giving
that
impression.
The
second
thing
is
that
the
staff
at
the
thermal
(pool,
sauna)
reception
is
not
really
pleasant,
but
I
guess
that's
okay.
I'm
not
a
snowflake.
The
last
thing
is
a
44€
lunch
that
we
paid.
Paying
is
okay
when
it's
announced
and
expected,
but
this
felt
a
bit
like
an
ambush.
I
mean,
the
highest
room
service
meal
is
22€,
so
how
can
a
two-person
lunch
cost
44
at
the
buffet?
All
in
all,
it
was
good,
maybe
we
will
come
back.
But
one
thing
you
should
do
is
read
all
your
replies.
In
neither
one
did
you
admit
to
any
of
your
mistakes
but
just
opposed
everything
said.
I
believe
that
is
the
first
step
to
take
if
you
want
to
improve
and
become
a
5-star
experience.
Best
of
luck
🤞"
